He answered all my questions with confidence and professionalism! He got me in next day, explained everything in great detail about what was going to happen then and after they were done! This is an Amazing Place to go to. At first I did not believe in what I was getting told but then I read the reviews and put my faith in them. I am really glad I did. The process was VERY EASY and Zach Zenzen was very easy to talk too. Zach is very professional and has great customer service. I visited to this place because of good customer reviews. I was shocked why people give 5 stars. I wanted to estimate the hail damage prior to fix it. They dont gave. They said they only provide real estimate if I will fix my car at their shop. How can I decided to fix my car at their shop without knowing the cystitis? Its terrible. I would recommend other people dont waste your time by visiting this place.

Highly recommend American Auto Hail Repair. They did a fantastic job! They carefully examined my vehicle and found damage my insurance company missed. They fixed everything. You cant tell there was ever any damage! They communicated with me throughout the process. Im very satisfied!

From start to finish we had a great experience with these guys. We had a few people stop by our house trying to get us to take our car in to their companys shop, but they were all pushy and hardly informative. When Jameson stopped by he was very casual and not pushy at all. He answered all of our (many) questions very thoroughly. So we ended up delivering our car to them with the peace of mind that we knew what we were getting in to. Communication remained fluid throughout the duration of our car being repaired. Hopefully we won’t get hail damage again, but should we, we will definitely be taking our car back to them.

After looking for a place that would still cover our deductible several months after the hail storm American Hail was the only local company so we thought we would give them a try. We sure are glad we did! Stephen and his team were fast, super helpful, and even took over the majority of communication with our insurance through the process. I had my 2014 Ford Fusion repaired from a bad hail storm at American Auto Hail Repair and the quality and service was amazing. Steven was so nice, helpful and explained every question I had. All my phone calls were answered or responded to immediately, the service was timely and the quality of the work is 10/10. He worked so well with my own schedule and altered his own to fit mine! America Auto Haul repair is hands down the best PDR and body shop Ive ever been at. They repaired my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and did a great job. It looks as good as the day we bought on the showroom floor.These guys really went out of their way to accommodate us, from arranging the rental car, to dealing with insurance, and in the end a fast and complete repair of my hail damaged Jeep.Do know this, these guys are local, this isnt their only Northern Colorado brick and mortar location. They are not operating out of tent set up in some vacant lot.I will never hesitate to bring them my vehicles in the future.

These guys did a PERFECT job on my pickup truck after it got pounded in a hailstorm. If they seem to be taking a long time, it’s because they’re a very busy shop. They are busy for a reason. They are the best. They even went to bat for me when my insurance company tried to say that parts of my truck were already damaged prior to the hailstorm. I didn’t even have to deal with my insurance company because American Auto Hail Repair took care of it all. My truck looks new.

One of my first ever experiences getting my car fixed from the hailstorm and I couldn’t of made the right choice going with these guys. They made the entire process as easy as they could make it even after the insurance was being a pain in rear end! They even helped with getting a rental car which is usually a pain but the car was already rented and just waiting for my arrival to pick it up and they did all the work all i had to do was approve the work a handful of times to the insurance company hahaha but eventually after the insurance company decided to do there job. It was time for pick up of my car and let me just tell you that the car looked amazing looked like a new car felt like they swapped it out for a new one but little details that i had in there gave it away that they indeed didnt hahaha point is these guys take pride in there work and let there work speak for itself and let me just say it spoke!! I cant say enough good things about this repair shop. I just bought my brand new car and a month later, I got caught in a hail storm (golf ball size). They walked me through the entire process of submitting my claim, to updates throughout the repair process. I even got a free rental car while my car was getting worked on.
