Working with Brian at Wickham Tractor was a good customer experience. I told him what I was needing and he got the specific model of RTV I was looking for from another branch. As a first time buyer of a skid steer, he went through what I would be using it for and made sure it would do the job as well as understanding the operation of it. Delivery with a full tank of fuel was certainly appreciated. Delivery was very timely, actually quicker than I expected. I appreciate that I can give Brian a call with any questions and concerns that I have going forward with my purchases. And not to leave it out, I am totally happy with my zero turn mower as well!!!

After losing a tractor on spring planting day, Lincoln and Ryan pulled a tractor off the “for sale” lot into their rental fleet to make sure I didn’t lose time and money. These people know how to treat a customer, and treat your business as if it were there own. If you need to but or rent equipment, this is the place to do it.-Thanks fellas.

Truck parts are the reason I go to Wickham. The guys at the parts counter are terrific - knowledgeable and helpful, they will find what you need. The prices, however, seem to be quite high. Not sure if this is the norm for Navistar dealers or not. Because of the prices I like to call this place BOHICA truck parts - BendOverHereItComesAgain. If you walk in for truck parts be prepared to walk out a little sore.

I went into their Greeley store for parts... the whole counter of three guys was very welcoming. I dealt with Dave and he was very helpful. He had to ask for help and he asked his manager, Kyle I think, but he came out from his office and helped figure out my needs. They were so helpful that I have told multiple ppl about the experience since. I would definitely recommend them for any tractor needs.

I went in to get a quote on a tractor. I was quoted super quick and with a fair price. I will most likely be back to purchase. While there I stopped by the parts department to get parts for my old Ford 5000. The gentleman with facial hair helped me out and they even had the filter I needed! Much closer than LaSalle to get parts and a great overall experience. Would definitely recommend.

I am an Iowa farmboy who loves his IH tractors. I brought my IH Hydro 70 to WTC when my 3 point stopped working. I knew that IH 3 points need a mechanic who knows what they are doing. I called the service department and asked if they would have a mechanic that had experience working on the 3 points on these older tractors. They gave me a confident yes from 2 different service managers. So I hauled my tractor the 3 hours from my place to Greeley. After a few months I got a call from Clint telling me that they were having problems finding all the parts they needed, at that point they couldnt figure out why it wouldnt work so the were throwing parts at it to see if that would help. I sourced and bought the parts from Rock Valley Tractor parts in Iowa WTC thought they needed even though the guy at Rock Valley Tractor parts said he never saw these parts wear out. I told this to Clint. I understand that if you want a mechanic to stand behind their work you need to let them do what they feel is necessary. So I spent the $1000s on parts they said they needed to fix my tractor. Finally after a few months they called to tell me my tractor was fixed. I took the afternoon to drive down with my truck and trailer, about a 7 hour round trip. When I got there my 3 point didnt work. Everyone was dumbfounded. So I left it there and week later they called and said it was fixed. I could not leave until 4pm and I had called to ask that they leave it out for me to pick up after hours, I was told that would be ok. So Im on the way down the mountain again and there guy calls to tell me that I have to pay the bill over $5000 before they will set it outside the gate for me. Reluctantly I gave him my credit card because i was already on my way. He assured me it was fixed. I got to WTC at about 8pm and guess what, my 3 point still didnt work. Extremely frustrated and knowing these guys are either liars or very incompetent I took my tractor home. At this point they had my money and they did not answer my calls and did not return my voicemails. They are good call screeners if that tells you anything. Finally I left a voicemail saying I was going to dispute the charges after trying to contact them for a few weeks. Bingo they called back. Motivated by the pending dispute they tried to make it right. When they brought my tractor back, my hydraulic fluid was 7 gallons low and the 3 point still doesnt work right. But now it is too late for me to dispute the charges so they have my money. I have left Charles the manager several messages with no response. I am a big Case IH fan and I always wondered so many of the tractors I see in Colorado are made by John Deere. Now I know. All you have to do is look around the countryside and you will see which dealer the farmers and ranchers trust. I will update this review if I hear from WTC so you know if the response from WTC is BS. P.S. It is worth your time to check that the parts on the bill. I had my dealer in Iowa review the bill to see if he could figure out how to fix my tractor. He recognized within a minute that they had billed me for 2 of an expensive part that the tractor only had one of. He also said that the reason they had so much difficultly was most likely because the mechanic turned some set screws that should not be adjusted as they are set at the factory. I will now need to replace the entire assembly with one that is still set from the factory.

Helped my friend bring in New Holland tractor to put a cab and heater on it. It would not start when we tried to unload it, thought it was a bad battery, even though it was just purchased two weeks before. Got it unloaded and went to pick it up 3 weeks later, cab glass was so scratched up that you could not see through it. Heater was not mounted so when they finally mounted it we were told you have to remove the fuses to turn it off????? They could not put in a toggle switch between the battery and heater? I told the sales manager that he should make it right with the scratched up glass that you could not see through. Was told it came that way and scratches were because of packing and shipping.....( well it should have been sent back to supplier for replacement, it was so bad and obvious. looked like others had sent it back several times before) Found out the original battery was perfectly good later on and they had sold him another battery plus other parts when apparently all it was was a loose wire. I looked the sales manager in the eye and said you should make this right. He walked away and was never seen again. My friend was so mad that all he said was I just want to get out of here. I have never been to such an incompetent business, that had absolutely no concern for the customer. We were totally ripped off for thousands of dollars. I was considering purchasing a tractor for my place but never here.

There is something very wrong with the culture at WTC. Based on two major shopping experiences, they are very good before the sale, and very bad after. My first experience was shopping for two Can-Am Outlander 570 ATVs. I was very impressed with the policy of no added fees - a welcome contrast to the Fort Collins and Denver dealers. Well, one of the two machines I bought had multiple problems. The fix for rattling in the transmission case turned the engine braking up so much that the machine was zero fun to ride after that - constantly lurching and lunging on any decline. WTC told me there was nothing wrong with it, even though I provided, in writing, steps to see the difference between the bad Can-Am and the other, identical Can-Am that was fine. I tried again to get them to fix it, and my calls went unreturned. I had to get rid of the Can-Am after owning it for only a year. The next time, I was shopping for a compact track loader. I looked so seriously at the Kubota SVL75 that for a while I expected to buy one. The sales guy was ever so attentive and friendly, emailing me no less that 35(!) times. But later, when I emailed him to say, as politely as I could, that I was buying a different machine, he couldnt spare 35 seconds to say thanks for letting me know, or anything. Just no response. I guess my future business or that of people I talk to doesnt matter.
