Phil has helped us find qualified renters for the apartment in our two family house for the last fifteen years. Hes done this often in record time and always to our satisfaction. We appreciate that he listens to what is important to us. Our elderly mom always ended up feeling comfortable and liking the tenants that lived in the apartment. Phil Raices is an excellent real estate broker and more importantly, a genuine, attentive & empathetic man. Throughout my career as an attorney, I have known and conducted business with scores of brokers & their respective agencies. Unfortunately, in my experience, I have found that, as a general rule, real estate brokers tend to share the worst of those stereotypical characteristics that are ubiquitously associated with attorneys.
