I had smartlipo on my upper & lower abdomen back in June. The procedure went very well, wasnt painful and i felt comfortable. As of now i feel i have been healing pretty good. Would of given 5stars, but im very disappointed that the Dr has never called to check on my recovery

She has to be the worse, unskilled doctor for fillers. It’s been 3 years and Where she put the filler under my eyes I have this blue lump there. She put way too much and then couldn’t melt it all out. It’s supposed to go away w time but whatever she put there is still there and looks horrible. I have to wear color correcting makeup all the time to try to cover all that blue under eyes😡😔

Finally a Dr. that listens. I had 2 procedures done on December 18 & 30, 2020 and I’m 1 month with my abs n flanks, and 2 weeks with my inner thighs. Both procedures went amazingly well💃🏾💃🏾 I can see a tremendous difference and I still have swellin, but I 💗my results already. Dr. M makes you comfortable and relaxed as she does her thing. For Professionalism, patience and understanding without judgment Dr. M is your lady, Making women look n feel beautiful again one touch at a time.

Dr Deb is the best! I have been going to her for over 10 years and wouldnt trust anyone else but her with fillers to my face. She is very attentive and gentle. She is honest and will always steer you in the right direction. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Marciano is by far the best MD on Long Island! I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Her office provides the latest lasers and dermafillers. Dr. Marciano provides a relaxing and safe experience during whatever procedure you’re doing. She communicates with you every step of the way. She is very professional and has an A+ bedside manner. I saw Dr. Marciano last night for lip fillers & all I can say is I’m in love! I’ve been doing juvederm on my lips for about 4 years now with a different doctor and while I was always satisfied I was looking for something closer to home. My mom recommended Dr. Marciano as she saw her a few months ago for injections as well. The technique and placement she used has made my lips look even fuller than they ever had before. I would highly recommend her & will most definitely be coming back!

I had Belotero injected by Dr. Marciano for hollow under eyes. She suggested to purchase two syringes where one would have been more than sufficient. She injected the filler too superficially, when I got home I was immediately swollen under my eyes which is normal but then with each day the swelling got progressively worse. I had horrendous bags under my eyes, I couldn’t even go outside. I had to visit her several times to dissolve the product. What bugged me the most was Dr. Marciano’s demeanor claiming it looked great and she didn’t know why I was coming in to dissolve the product. Not only did I go weeks with huge awful bags under my eyes I was never refunded for the fillers. I eventually went to see another doctor to have the product completely dissolved and have it replaced with Restylane.

I have been getting injections for 10 years. I discovered Great Neck Medical Spa 2 years ago and know this is the best place I have experienced. The staff is fast and courteous. The doctor??? Dont get me started...fast, professional, knowledgeable, doesnt try to upsell you anything but when she has given me suggestions I have taken them and have no regrets. I highly recommend this place if you want to look younger or improve your appearance... I travel almost an hour to her and pass many other options on the way, but this is worth the trip....

I made my appointment for 40 units of Botox so I showed her where I want it my browser on the side of my eyes without saying anything so she went about doing it and then when she’s finished she said she use 60 because it’s 20 per area I did not know it worked like that is how much you buy you can distribute it wherever you want

I had a hydra facial today. It was wonderful ,my skin never felt so clean. My esthetician, Lauren explained all steps and took her time and did a great job.

Dr.Marciano was the 3rd doctor I used for fillers and she is the only doctor I will continue to see even without a groupon her prices are reasonable and I get consistent results every time. She listens and knows exactly what I want and doesn’t try to talk you into anything else. Lauren has also been treating me for laser tattoo removal and my results are great , I can’t believe it’s almost gone !

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years to get 2 of my small tattoos removed. I found them on Groupon and they have been honoring my Groupon price ever since! It has been a long process, but it is SO worth it! Lauren is great and really cares about her patients. She is honest about the lengthy process and gives genuine advice. She’s also just really cool! I rarely have to wait for my appointment and they are always flexible if I need to change it.

Dr. Marciano gave me Juvederm injections for my cheeks and the lines on the side of my nose to lips. She did an amazing job and I am now totally addicted to this procedure! She filled out each area with care. She is very humble and personable and always does a great job!

I came here for Restylane injections. I really hate to leave a bad review.Dr. Marciano was kind, but very rushed during the procedure. I ended up with a few lumps, which we tried to work through to dissolve. In the end, it was simply not administered properly, and she injected too close to the surface: The filler is already mostly diminished after just a few months, and I still have one noticeable blue-tinted lump, which is a bit painful.Ive had this same procedure done in the past and did not have these complications. Aside from how it was administered, I question if the true product was even used. I now have to go to a dermatologist to get it fixed months later as it never went away, despite her ensuring me multiple times it would. I cannot speak to facials and other services offered here, but sadly I would highly recommend going elsewhere for fillers.

I have had several lazer procedures with really good outcomes. They are quick, but dont rush, very skilled, and thorough. Deborah is a very good, Dr. She is fast plus she has a light touch. The spa also has state of the art equipment.

This was my first appointment seeing Dr Marciano. I went to see her through a Groupon referral purchase. I got Juvederm fillers in my lips. I have had this done before and she by far was meticulous and executed the process phenomenally. She let me know her suggestion and outlook and proceeded with a great result which I am so happy with. Wanna start off by saying how clean this place is, i felt very welcomed and the staff was very friendly! Im removing my tattoos and noticed it fade a lot after just one session with picosure! if you want your tattoos removed, i would recommend coming here!

Lauren is awesome! Shes funny, great to talk to and definitely knows what shes doing! Ive suffered from hyperpigmentation/dark spots and pock marks for many years. I decided to do the picosure treatments but I was nervous as to how my skin would react (Im a black woman with darker skin tone). The laser itself was a bit uncomfortable but not unbearable (and they give you a fan to cool your skin during the treatment) and I was a bit red for two days after. However, I noticed a difference almost immediately even though Ive heard it usually takes until the third treatment to see a change. I am so happy with the difference after only 1 treatment, I cant wait to see what my skin is going to look like once I complete my package!! Worth every penny (especially since I have a wedding in a month). I also did a microdermabrasion treatment today and I was amazed at how much dead skin came off. My skin is thriving! Lol. I will always go to great neck medical spa to see Lauren for my skin care :)

I went to this place for a PRP facelift that I bough in Groupon. When I arrived the secretary asked me for the voucher then called me to take my blood. At the room another person was there and told me to sit. I asked, are you the doctor and she said, yes. The doctor was unfriendly and was so cold. She started putting the injection on my face and after 10 minutes que told that she finished. I did not see any result yet. I paid $659. They just care about your money. This place it’s scam. Bad service from the doctor and from the customer service. The doctor did a really bad job.

This doctor did horrible job I bought filled from groupon the large size Radiesse filler she didn’t use all of it and she did a very quick which gave me lots of bruises I have had this filled before with deferent doctor but never got bruises before just like to make money doesn’t care about the patient does every thing very quick .

I bought a deal on groupon, $135 for 3 sessions. I was very excited to see how these three sessions would go, since I havent seen much results from my previous tattoo removal sessions at a different location.The first session was great- it was done carefully and efficiently. I was very impressed. However, when the second session was done, the medical assistant Carla, was not as efficient with the tattoo. Certain sections were not covered as closely and did not seem affected at all by the laser. When I asked about it she kind of just brushed it off and said that the skin isnt going to react the same way each session. I took in what she said and let the day pass, anxious to see how it would look once I woke up; the tattoo was barely pink and the area of the tattoo that wasnt affected ended up looking exactly as it did before the session. I called the following day to let her know that I wasnt happy with the session and that I was concerned I wasnt getting the full benefit of the treatment that I had paid for. I didnt feel as though my concerns were being heard and she again stated that the treatment isnt going to be the same for every session.I went to the third session only for the simple fact that it was already paid for, if not, I would have went to a different company. Before the session started, I asked if we could concentrate on the part of the tattoo that is still predominantly dark since it was barely affected last time. She said the whole tattoo has to be treated equally; the session took a little longer than last time which I was pleased with.The next day I woke up to a huge blister on the section of the tattoo that barely had any ink in the first place. Ive experience blisters before, as this was my 5th tattoo removal session, however, the blister that I now have from this last session is the worst by far.I would not recommend this place to anyone!

This place is most definitely not a scam. I purchased their Groupon for picosure laser. About two years ago I got a really bad tattoo. I had a really great picosure place upstate but I moved to Long Island. I ended up finding a place in Rockville center and after 3-4 sessions I kid you not my tattoo was not fading. Not only that, I paid doubled the price for 3 sessions. Anyway, I found great neck medical spa and after one session my tattoo faded INCREDIBLY. I just did my second session with them and cant wait for this tattoo to be gone! They are great and will definitely be reccommended by me.

I purchased a Groupon for Picosure Tattoo Removal a few months ago. I just made an appointment for my third session and just recently purchased an additional Groupon. I have a pretty large tattoo on my back and I wasnt sure if the entire piece would be covered for the Groupon price but Carla was great to work with and informed me it would be. The process itself is a bit painful but Carla made sure I was comfortable the entire time and stopped each time I needed a break. As the other reviewer mentioned, I blistered as well, however blistering is quite common in tattoo removal. My skin healed very well and the tattoo is noticeably lighter already. After the first session I asked Carla to turn up the machine a bit and she did with no problem. Im excited for my next session and to watch this tattoo fade away!Thanks Carla and Great Neck Medical Spa! You guys are awesome!

I had an appt that didnt get put into their schedule. I was seen but I felt more like a nuisance than a patient from all staff. Im thinking maybe because it was a Groupon.

I did not like it I went to do the double chin with the sculpsure and he told me that I did not want to get 2 cannula to remove the fat from the chin with anesthesia and I am not looking for that I am not looking for something non-invasive
