We rented a truck as well as storage units from this facility. Everyone working here was very friendly and helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

We appreciate the understanding and helpfulness of the staff here. However, it would be nice to have a better price on our storage unit for our long term items. If our unit was heated or chilled I could understand the cost?

Not at all impressed with the customer service at the 10th Ave South location. Originally reserved for three days but circumstances warranted an extra day. Was originally given the ok by email to extend our reservation for a few hours but was then told by the local office asking us to return it since they “needed it”. Was charged a late fee on top of that! Keep the cash U-Haul. Maybe you guys can buy a coke and a smile. Buy a trailer folks.

Uhaul system was down when we arrived and the 2 people that were there had no idea what to do and did not even attempt to try and help.... when we went back Seth said he could do it manually but it would take some time. Thanks to Seth hilliard we finally got our truck rented. He needs a raise in fact he could take some of the wages of the first 2 people we delt with because they were worthless. Thank you Seth for saving the day.

Travis smith gave me a truck with a balding tire I asked him for a different truck he said i dont have any and i cant change the tire call roadside assistance when I had a 1200 mile drive to AZ worst uhaul experience ive ever had also forgot to include i reserved a 10 foot truck a month in advance and they gave me 15 footer so folks do a favor and find a different option!

I had to rent a car trailer and the whole experience was very nice and easy. The staff..all of them were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The gentleman that helped me today was extremely helpful. He saved me some money and walked me thru the rental process. I would definitely recommend the UHAUL on 10th ave S. I have to pick up my deceased daughters car from another town...and this gentleman made my day a little easier with his professional attitude and kind nature. Thank you to the Company for employing such a person.

I use the online check in and only had an issue once and the manager there really helped out and got me squared away. This is the only uhaul I use now.

Great visit. I visited to obtain an environmental protection storage area. They are remodeling the storage area and are currently using shipment containers. Sebastian took care of my requests very well.

These guys were very friendly. They had the truck size I needed and I was glad I had reserved the truck the day before I picked it up. When I returned the truck Justin was also very nice. I recommend these guys if you need to get a uhaul.
