I have been a member at CrossFit 406 for over 7 years and cannot say enough about this gym and it’s owner, Brooks Lindquist. I joined the gym initially to stay in shape for my military PT tests and stayed a member after I separated from the Air Force because of the great community within. Everyone who steps foot in the door is immediately welcomed and becomes part of the CrossFit 406 family. The workouts are great, the instruction is phenomenal, and the people keep every class fun and exciting. I’d give 10 out of 5 stars if I could!
