I had a great experience with Sullivans. I had to have a computer wiped and reformatted with a good copy of Windows and I had an additional hard drive that I wanted to use as a data drive. They completed both requests flawlessly and were kind enough to make sure I received the computer with virus and malware protection installed. I have a subscription to an antivirus service that I like, but I thought it was a great touch to make sure the computer went out the door protected just in case. After all that, I was charged a very fair price and was good to go. Great business!

Walked in this morning with my Computer. He was able to take it apart, listen to my computer and diagnose the issue right away! He told me what I needed to know to replace my cooler, came home and purchased it. Taking it back in to have it replaced! If you have a computer, do business with this guy!

I can do most hardware replacements and upgrades. But I have never done a CPU. Plus this task required a bios flash and Im kinda scared of that. Anyway. This store did the task perfectly. I ask them to remove my i3-8100 and replace it with i5-9700k that I picked up myself. This store did the hardware task and did the bios flash right on point. Great Job and thanks a million. I have been doing my business with Sullivan’s for over 15 years. I have never had an issue that was never dealt with professionally and timely.

Had two computers that needed repair. Got a new screen and a new 1TB SSD for less than it would have cost to replace one of the computers. The shop also has a great selection of parts if you want to upgrade or build a nice machine.

Extensive knowledge about computers, limited inventory (likely a symptom of the pandemic) but still had everything i needed to build a PC. I will be going back in a couple of months to buy parts to build another. In my opinion spending a couple extra bucks for components was a bargain when traded for expertise.

Everytime Ive come into this establishment Im never disappointed with the service I receive, as well as the little things the owner does to really make you feel taken care of. Now for the most part Im literate with computers, but on several occasions Ive been in to ask for advice or assistance with things that Im just not too sure of and he has gone the extra mile to provide me with his personal assistance as well as providing me with little things here and there that are useful to me at no extra cost. Absolutely give this store your business when it comes to computers, its well worth your money.

These guys know what they are doing. They are not going to charge only for what you truly need. I have used them twice now and they were fast and very reasonable. I would certainly recommend anyone to call Sullivans first.

I had a difficult time finding somebody in town to retrieve my information off of a damaged external hard drive. I took it to one place who had it for six days and did nothing with it . By that time I was frustrated and took it in to Sullivans, hoping for the best. I wish I had taken it to him first! In five minutes he had me out the door and saved me a ton of money while making sure I had all my important data at my fingertips, ready to use! I will definitely go to Sullivans anytime I have computer problems ! Go here first!!! Every time!

The guy is cool, respectful, I for sure want to come back. Helped me over the phone and invited me to bring my pc in to see if the pc I had would actually work before I bought a power supply from him. Bought a decent case here for really cheap and every thing is reasonably priced. Plus he was able to diagnose my fathers computer unlike Recompute!

Ive only been in here a couple times, but it is a very nice shop to go to!The staff is very polite, and very helpful. They dont talk down on you if you ask questions, and they are willing to explain things to you.

I went in looking for a slightly obscure cable, which as he turns out he didnt sell. But he reached into a box with a bunch of spare parts and found the cable I needed. When I asked how much he wanted for it, he told me it was free.Great guy, will be coming here for any PC or electronic needs in the future.

Ive had two desktop units built from scratch by Sullivans. Very helpful- enjoy hand-picking components. Love getting a computer without all the pre-loaded garbage and security. As with the other review, their service is also excellent; have saved me a trip or two over the years, and they dont try to address issues that arent in their area of expertise or upsell you beyond your needs. Looking forward to their new location.

I had a hard drive failure while traveling and needed my computer for work I was doing here. They were able to recover my data and replace my hard drive today, so I can do what I need to do while Im here. I am so appreciative of the service I received and I definitely recommend Sullivans if you have compter challenges.

Go here if you REALLY need that one cable or other part nobody else carries. Prices are high, but more sales volume should help that.

Went there during business hours, suppose to be open but it isnt . There is no lights or anything suggesting he is out on a service call either. Really disappointing..
