.Carrier would not open the gate and walk to my door , so i could sign for a letter.Not the first time i have dealt with this. Other carriers have been lazy , too.Now i have to make a special trip to the post office and track down my letter.What if it was important, or bad news?I dont need the extra stress and worry.Why dont you just do your job?NOT CRAZY OVER THE WET MAIL, EITHER.

I can honestly say the post office help in the retail portion has improved greatly in the past year. I used to dread going to the post office.However, the reason for my low review is due to a recent experience with the post master, Travis. Ive had a few issues (only 2) over the last 4 months of receiving packages at my new address and finally figured out why. It took an hour and half long conversation with the 1-800 number and then they forwarded the claim to the local office and Travis called to dive deeper. Rather than being helpful, he proceeded to in his words explain the system and when I asked questions about it I was accused of arguing with him. When I tried to ask questions hed talk over me and not give me time. When I would finally have a moment to get a word in edge wise - hed cut me off and interrupt. When I asked if I could have a turn to talk he said I wont be spoken to this way and promptly hung up the phone.I called back to ask to speak to his supervisor and he said he was it and there was no one above him. I asked who he answers to outside of out local office and he hung up the phone again.I called a third time and the phone rang into the retail office and one of the workers escalated the situation the person above him and said I should be receiving a call this evening or tomorrow.

The employees were very friendly and inviting. They had a lot of different options for stamps that had really cool designs on them. They were knowledgeable and expertly answered all my questions. Great customer service, nice air conditioned atmosphere, lovely experience!

Best post office ever.

Hardly ever receive my mail and when I call Im told there is nothing they can do about it
