I initially called for wheelchair repair and adjustable bed repair. Kevin determined the part for the wheelchair would be very expensive. Being that I was covered by Medicare he suggested I use that rather than pay out of pocket (which meant he wouldnt profit from it). I purchased a new adjustable bed from him at a very reasonable price. He went above an beyond when delivering it, making sure everything was just the way I needed it. He provided excellent service. I will definitely use Mobility City again.

Kevin, the owner of Mobility City was fantastic!!! He set me up with a scooter after knee surgery so I could attend a trade show. He was very informative on how the equipment worked. He also explained how to disassemble the scooter so it could easily fit in a van or vehicle. The service was superb, couldn’t ask for anything more!!!

We needed a wheelchair for my son after his recent surgery. The customer service was fantastic! They were very accommodating and answered all our questions. The wheelchair is very clean, comfortable, and easy to use. I was very happy with this company, and that my son was able to get outside with the use of the wheelchair from Mobility City.

Had a factory installed issue with my new electric lift for my mobile scooter. I called Kevin , the owner explained issue. Kevin immediately got Mark ( technician ) on phone. This was alll late Friday and thought I would not be able to use my car until Monday. Mark said he would come and fix the issue. Arriving prior to dark Mark made a few diagnoses and after undoing the electric box and discovered the issue. After a run to Menards for screws, Mark reassembled the box and “ whala “ he had me up and running.Now this is what I call Customer Service. Thank you Kevin & Mark
