This place is great! I have brought many things here to get fixed: phones, thumb drives, hard drives, and laptops. He is very knowledgeable and skilled.

They have many great reviews. I wish I could have brought them my business. A simple iPhone repair. The customer service person assisting the customer was not wearing a mask. The customer was wearing a mask and so was I in very close quarters. I walked out. I can understand if this was incidental. Please explain if I am jumping to conclusions and I would be happy to bring in my business.

When my iPad fell on the garage floor and the screen shattered, I scheduled an appointment somewhere else to get It fixed. The other place was going to charge A LOT more and the part was going to be black and my iPad is white. (So the back would’ve been one color, the front another and the button yet another). 911 Tech repair had the right part at the right price. It looks and works like new. I’m so happy! They always answered the phone when I called. And the repair was done well and ready for pickup when promised. I highly recommend their services to anyone who has a device to be repaired. This place is a find!

Used this place twice now. First time to replace my laptop keyboard and second to fix the screen when it started fritzing out. Both times they have been super quick to work on it, reasonably priced, and very friendly.

I had a destroyed iPhone se front screen, barely anything of the screen left. I called 20 minutes before they closed and the nice man brought my iPhone back to life like it’s brand new in 10 minutes. Very pleased. I Will definitely be returning for any of my tech needs.

Got a new hard drive installed in my 2013 MacBook Pro which was slow as molasses. Then also upgraded the memory at the same time. Wow!!! It’s like a brand new laptop and super fast. Much cheaper than just buying a new MacBook. Thanks for your help and advice. Great service.

Shout out to the guy who helped me! (forgot to get his name I apologize). I had just rewired a system with 5 HDD/SSDs using new SATA cables and the motherboard was not detecting them. When I used the old cables everything was working fine. Thought the cables might have been bad. The technician tested my cables, found they were working fine and gave me suggestions on how to proceed. Turns out it was a motherboard setting that had to be tweaked and now everything is working fine. This was all done for me at no charge. The technician could have make a quick buck and tried to get me to bring my machine in, but instead helped me through the process. Although I didnt pay anything at that time, if I ever have a serious issue I cant fix on my own I will be back. I highly recommend, a trustworthy shop that wont nickel and dime you.

Best experience ever with a computer repair. They really know what they are doing and take their time with your issues to figure them out the most efficient and correct way. I will suggest them to anyone who needs to repair their computer, phone or any other electronics. Today people are impatient and always in a hurry but we all need to remember good things take time. They put the right amount of time into solving you issue and the outcome is always accurately executed. If they cant fix it, its not possible.

My daughter brought her laptop in about 2 months ago. The power cord was not working. We had it fixed and back in about a day all for under $100. I was thrilled I didnt need to buy another laptop. Fast forward to today. The computer has had no problems whatsoever.

I got my screen fixed bc of cracks and not even a month later the screen begins to break without even dropping it or putting any harshness on it. full chunks or glass falling out leaving gaping holes in my phone. Then the whole entire screen starts coming off from the top. Absolute horrible quality.

I recently had a sudden hard drive failure with no warning on a 6 year old Dell desktop. Wedge @ 911 replaced the hard drive and installed Windows 10 in no time. I had the computer back in three days and it has been working fine ever since. I highly recommend them

Great honest place, they are hard to find these days! I needed my microphone on my phone repaired! I thought it turned out to be my temper glass cover was defective and without hole for mic! They could have told me it need a mic or which ever but he was honest and charged me just for his time! Great place will definitely use them again!

I took my computer in September 1, 2015. Today is February 27, 2016. I have NEVER received a call from them. When I originally took my laptop in, it was supposed to take approximately a week to fix, 2 weeks later I still havent heard a word so I went to the store. At the time I was told that they took my number down wrong so they couldnt call. Understandable, mistakes happen. They still needed some time because a part they needed was going to be in at the end of the week. Another 2 weeks passed and I did not hear a word so I went back. The part was still not in. I went in another 4 times and it was always the same story, at the end of the week., we will call you.Not a single courtesy call. No communication at all.The laptop belonged to a small dog rescue so we really couldnt afford anther one, fortunately a supporter donated a new one.I think it is appalling that they could not make a single call. I made 6 visits, never an apology but always a strange look, they had no idea who I was even after all the visits. They have that laptop to this day.In response to the owners response:I find it laughable that you say I was there twice. I was there a total of 6 times and each and every time you said you were waiting for some hinge. Amazing that I receive voice messages daily yet you couldnt leave a message. And again, I came in 6 times between September and December and each time you looked at me as if you had never seen me and I had to repeatedly go over who I was. Yes the last time I was there I told you if it was not done, I would bring the dogs there since I had no way of posting them. Your service and inability to tell the truth are shameless.

My first experience...My son cracked his screen near the camera so both front and back needed to be reaired, they quoted me time and cost and it was exactly as they said.2nd...my phone and texting stopped working, i took it over there, they fixed it in my presence and didnt charge me.Thank you 911.

I don know what happened, the first time I went everything was great. The second time I took my daughters laptop in for a cracked screen. He was going to order the part from China to save some money, said it would take a couple of weeks. That was June 15. 2016. I left a $100 cash deposit on the part. A couple of weeks went by, I called...they told me the part was stuck in customs. A couple more weeks, still stuck in customs. By August I called to let him know my daughter was going back to school in New York, and we needed it fixed, said he would check and call me back. Now its Sept and still have not heard from them. Ive left messages and stated I want my deposit back, no one will call me back, and Im out $100 and my daughter went back to school with a cracked screen.

Wedge is a wizard of the highest caliber and knows how to relate to customers. Brought in a dead external hard drive which was a primary back up to my computer for years. Within a few days he had the data copied to a new drive, ready for pickup. Not only did we not have to wait in a queue like in Best Buy for the Geek Squad to overcharge us even if they failed, we were given all the information up front about what to expect and the results were more favorable than expected in both time elapsed and total cost. He also took the time to describe which component had failed on the original drive. I highly recommend this business for your mobile and computing repair needs!

Asked for a simple screen replacement for a phone. He said and I quote I will have it done by tomorrow. One week later, no calls back to me. I called him and he said he would have it done the next day and said he would call back. I waited and still nothing. I called back and he said the part was still coming in the mail but would call back. At this point I had to go back to school quite a ways away so I had to have it mailed to me. 1 day became three weeks of waiting for this guy to do what I assume should have been a simple task. Now, my phones battery life is ruined. It went from 29 hours of usage to literally 2 hours if I am lucky. He also placed the fingerprint scanner back in wrong so that doesnt work anymore either. DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS. WEDGE IS UNRELIABLE

I give myself one star for accidentally knocking my iPad onto the floor, but they replaced the screen very quickly. Five stars.

Took my iPhone 6 in for a battery replacement. It was an absolute pleasure to have experienced and friendly staff take care of this issue at a fraction of what Apple charges for the same service. I did not have to make an appointment and my phone was ready in about 1 hour. I highly recommend this place as a much more convenient and cost effective option for iPhone battery replacement.

Wedge was very helpful with my home business computer that was attacked by a virus. Work was done quickly and they made changes to my virus protection at no additional charge. They also added memory to my computer(at my request) that has made it much faster. I will be using them for all my computer needs in the future!

I know we dont get overly excited about having to get our phones fixed... but when it was as quick easy painless and cost-effective as this shop...ts something to be excited about. He even let me use my diagnosis feed towards payment of the overall charge. within a day( maybe 36 hours) i had a new screen replacement and my phone was working again. My MacBook Pro crashed. After over the phone trouble shooting with Apple(was out of warranty)... I brought my laptop here. My only minor gripe: the initial communication about timeline of work was unclear but overall the guy did great work at a price much cheaper than Apple. Also had it back to me in 2 days which is very reasonable---apparently theres only one guy here... Overall very happy 5/5

This man was excellent. Foxed my iphone 6 plus from the flicker grey bar on top of my screen. Apple was going to charge me $330 for it and this guy was only $70. Really good at customer service. Highly recommend this guy.

Very customer friendly. These guys helped repair my tablet after suffering from electrical damage that rendered it unusable without wiping the data which Im very grateful for. Not to mention the repair prices were VERY reasonable. Definitely the place to go for tech repair.

Avoid this place like the plague. HORRIBLE customer service and experience on trying to repair my PC. They still have my PC, and I won’t ever be picking it back up because I’m not paying for this waste of time WITH NO RESOLUTION. If it’s totally broke just call me and tell me.... I don’t get it.Dropped off a Toshiba for battery issues and was given diagnosis after diagnosis. I had to call every single damn week for an update. Months went by, literally MONTHS, and every time I called it was the same thing from the World of Warcraft expert employee “oh I was just doing a diagnosis and testing and seems the testing will be done later.” This happened at least 10 times. Maybe put down the pizza and cigarette and try to learn some customer service...I even paid a few surprise visits to this place and was given the same response. You’re telling me it’s been a month, and you’re coincidentally “testing” my battery as we speak. LOL. These guys are a f’n joke and I hope you wasted hours and hours of time trying to fix my laptop that I will not ever be picking up. This place might be good for iPhone repairs, but I would never in a million years come here for another tech repair.

Went and got the glass on my IPhone fixed in about an hour for half of what others charge and it looks and works flawless. Well worth the trip.

They charge $60-80 to just to open the Phone to check internal parts. Also dont have mobile phone parts on stock. Wasted time visiting the store.He gives $5 off, if you leave Good review on Google.. Very Innovative!

Took in my sons iPad Air, and the technician knew exactly how to fix the home button that was not working. I also had an iPhone 5S with a shattered screen (it took a dive off the roof of a car). Fantastic service and skill. Both items were fixed in a day. Im sure Ill be back with another injured device soon!

I used 911 called repair for a broken screen on a Galaxy II. He did have to order since it was an older model. But it came in next day and I dropped off phone and waited at nearby starbucks. It was ready in 2 hours and is good as new.Great service and priced around $90.00.

My son dropped my laptop on accident, the charging cord was still plugged in and the prong broke off inside the laptop! I took it to 911 Tech Repair and they pulled the prong out for me right then and there and gave me advice on where to buy a cord since they do not keep those in stock. It was fast and friendly with no charge!

Similar experience to others where we were told our iPod was going to be fixed and never received it back.We brought our iPod here and the male who works there told us several times over a span of weeks that he was ordering new parts and batteries for the iPod only to never get a result out of our broken iPod. Every time we would go there for an update on his progress, he would insist that the iPod would only take another week and he would contact us when he fixed it, but we never got his contact AND the iPod was never given back to us.Never going here again. Do not waste your time here. You may never get back what you had.

Took my cell phone in for repair. Waited there while the phone was checked by the technician. Turns out the sim card tray was damaged and some pieces of plastic had broken off preventing the tray from locking in. Tech spent at least 30 minutes on the repair. When I asked what I owed he said no charge. Nice place with friendly service.

Horrible place to go! Brought my daughters iPad mini in back in May 2017. I just today picked it up, Dec 29th 2017. Still not fixed, broken parts inside as well as wet glue all around the top. All I heard for months was oh another part was ordered and should be in tomorrow. Thats amazing each time I call, theres another part Conviently coming in the next day... Then he ends with Hopefully it will work... Wait a second, shouldnt you know whats wrong with it? Or are you blindly taking electronics, switching good parts out of my device and putting them In other devises - which people are paying for new parts, not someones used ones... Then putting defective parts back in, hand it back and say nothing you can do. Seriously? It takes you SEVEN MONTHS to tell me you dont know what your doing? Come on! The screen wasnt even put back on all the way, it popped of when he handed it to me. I will be reporting this place to the BBB.

I dropped my Samsung galaxy s4 in just the right way and shattered my screen only weeks after getting the entire phone replaced. In a panic to have it fixed properly without my fiancé knowing I ran to these guys after seeing all the great reviews. They were amazing!! The price was far less than a couple places Id called. They did amazing quality work and my phone is as good as new. Not a single problem with it. He told me to come back if I had any problems.. not a single one. My phone is as good as new and they replaced the entire screen and housing in less time than it took me to drive there!! Wonderful company while I waited. These guys are funny and very easygoing. He understood my financial crunch and worked with me best he could. I will consider no other place for all my electronic fixes. Thanks guys.. btw.. I ended up telling him anyway and he threatened to make me send smoke signals if I break it again. But he is very impressed with the fix.

The most desorginized guy ever. It took over 2 months to fix my baby monitor, we callled him many times leaving voicemessages and never getting a call back. We went there to find out it was not even fixed yet. And the screen was also missing and he couldnt even remember where it was. Worst service ever. Ive brought 2 iPhones and a Samsung galaxy tablet to this repair shop. Every time I have brought an item in, Ive received great service, an even greater price, and amazing results. Both of the Iphones, as well as the tablet not only look brand new but they also work perfectly without a hitch. First off, Id give ZERO stars if I could. The disorganization of this establishment is ridiculous. My husband brought our baby monitor in at least 2 months ago because it wasnt charging. The clerk (who told me today he was one of the owners) said he would let my husband know what the situation was and would then be able to order part/parts if my husband gave him approval. He (owner) never called my husband. My husband left 2 voicemails and was never called back. 2 weeks ago I went in myself to see what was going on. He said he had left my husband a message that he knew which part needed to be ordered. I told him he had my approval to order the part and fix the monitor. I also gave him my number to call. After 2 days I still had not heard from him. I went in AGAIN and he said one part had arrived but he was waiting on another one. I told him at that time if it was not completed that day, since he had the monitor for 2 MONTHS, I would be picking it up even if it wasnt finished. He did call me that night saying he was working on it and it should be done at the end of the night. I went in today, 3 days after, and he said he was now waiting on MORE parts. As other reviews have mentioned, he acted as if he had no idea who I was. Im here for the monitor blank stare, The touch screen? Nooo, the baby monitor. Ohhhh, well I am waiting on another part More was wrong with the monitor...apparently. I asked him to just give it to me. He said it would take a few minutes to put together, now I know he probably had no idea where it was because when he came back and I left, my husband pointed out the screen was missing. I went BACK in and he said ohh, it must be stuck to something. I commented on his disorganization, inability to return phone calls, and overall inadequacy as a business owner. I mentioned that he hadnt even offered to repair the monitor at no charge. He responded by saying he would do whatever he could to rectify the problem. I was so angry that no way was I having him keep our device. It was probably further damaged by whatever he did (OR DIDNT) do in the 2 months since he has had it. NEVER AGAIN will I go there. If you have anything besides an iphone/ipad or cell phone screen to be repaired dont go here, he has no idea what he is doing, and even if he does, he has no customer service skills WHAT SO EVER.

These guys are bozos. They dont answer the phone and when they do (I had to try THREE times during the day) they have horrible attitudes. My phone had water damage and they asked for an upfront NON REFUNDABLE fee of $89 dollars just to diagnose the problem NOT including any repairs!!These people are ridiculous, young punks with zero customer service etiquette.
