We just used the Maidss Yellow Group again for a deep cleaning service at our house in Vernon Hills. We were very pleased by their professional and caring service. I have been using The Maids for years, through two owners and many employees. The current owner is great, runs the business very professionally. The employees are all part of a 4-person team. Each is trained completely before becoming part of a team. I have had the same team for years because Im very happy with them and chose to keep them. If youre not happy with their performance on any given visit, its not their fault.....they will do anything you ask them to and will come back and redo it until you are completely satisfied. I cant say enough about The Maids in Grayslake. Give them a try.....you wont be disappointed.

I love my yellow team! They have been cleaning for us for almost 5 years. They consistently do an excellent job and seem to like our three dogs as well.

The Maids came to my home to complete a deep clean after we moved in. We had tons of dust from construction and with a new baby at home it was just too much! The crew couldnt have been more kind and was very understanding of me moving from room to room with the baby. They were even kind enough to check to see if they were disturbing the baby. I had a few additional requests, including wiping the cabinets down due to construction dust, and they were happy to wipe away! My home looked beautiful after they left and the crew couldnt have been nicer. I was impressed with the final walk through we completed together to be sure everything was done to my liking! I would definitely have The Maids return to my home and highly recommend them!

We chose The Maids for moving out cleaning services. Very happy to have chosen this company. The owner, Bart, was accommodating to help set up the service for us. The team, headed by Veronica, were super! Proficient, efficient and simply did an excellent service.

Mike and his team are the best! Four uniformed professionals showed up to our home and did an amazing job. You can tell Mike really cares about his customers and takes the time to train his team well - they even gave me a copy of their insurance certificate upfront! We know The Maids was the right choice for us and are very happy with their service.

I paid a few hundred dollars for a move out cleaning. Banisters and blinds were left undusted, tons of dog hair still in the carpet, freezer was dirty (they couldnt use chemicals because I didnt turn it off, but a little soap and water did the job just fine for me), and worst of all was the damage they did to my wall removing a desk I was throwing away that one of the cleaners wanted. They had permission to take it, but were asked to be mindful of the freshly painted walls, which they scuffed and didnt even say anything. I had a family member let them in and out of the house so I didnt gst to see the result until I went there a couple days later which is my fault. Wont use them ever again.

Professional, punctual, thorough, and pleasant do deal with. The Maids are the complete package. Theyre in and out without disrupting your household - they just clean it. I would highly recommend The Maids.

They do a great job and are easy to communicate with if I need to make last minutes changes on when theyll come or what theyll clean. Highly recommended.

Only poor review because they wont service the town right next to them. My home is 4 miles from their West Chicago location but they refused to service.
