I had Chamberlain out to fix my Samsung TV. He was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. I am impressed and thankful that he was able to fix my tv the same day. Great service and would highly recommend. Please give him a raise and praise. This is how all repair technicians should be.

Our Samsung tv had an issue and after a conversation with Samsung they scheduled a technician from ME/NH computer repair in Gray Maine to fix the problem.Chadwick was prompt and exceptionally courteous. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he was able to fix the problem. We experienced a level of customer service that is rare these days. Well done Samsung!

Had a great experience working with MNCS to fix and issue with my new Samsung microwave. It was covered under warranty and they took care of everything with Samsung.Their tech Dillon was on-time, very polite, and patient when walking me through the issue and how he was going to resolve it.

Excellent in-warranty TV service. The technician they sent arrived on time and had the mainboard in my Vizio 4k TV replaced and working in under an hour.
