Prefering to buy local, I ordered three major kitchen appliances. They charged the full amount & promised delivery in a couple of weeks. Nearly three months later, I canceled & got a credit back to my card. NOT ONCE did I receive a call from them. When I called them, I would get another estimated delivery date. The date would come & go with no contact, EVER! This happened a half-dozen times. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that the staff was polite & issued a credit without a hassle.

Dont waste your time if you want appliances. 4 months out. Very small selection.

While the staff at our store may be friendly the prices are outrageous.

My husband and I decided to replace our old appliances in our kitchen. We did a lot of research online prior to going into the Sears store so we knew what we wanted. We received excellent service and they price matched so we received the best price possible. Upon delivery of all the appliances there was an issue with the refrigerator. They quickly offered a solution and replaced it within a couple of days. They even made sure to remove all the tape and packing materials from inside the appliances during delivery. I would highly recommend Sears in Grass Valley. Excellent service and very friendly!!!

We are so impressed by the new owners of the Sears in Grass Valley. The new owners, Allen Kratz and his wife, along with their staff were amazing helpful with a problem we had with some Craftsmen equipment. Not only were they prompt at responding at resolving the issue, they were all so professional, polite and helpful. Their customer service is such a welcome experience today. Thank you and good luck. My husband and I put all new appliances in our home from our Grass Valley Sears store. They were so helpful choosing which appliances and helping with when to deliver. The service was outstanding and they were so accommodating. We are so pleased.

I called to gather some information on prices before I went in and spoke to David who was very helpful and knowledgeable! He spent time and answered all my questions, as well as offering helpful suggestions. Good sales person.

Im about an inch away from refusing my new washer/dryer delivery. Salesman stated Id get a call scheduling the delivery, then another call from the driver before coming, on the day of delivery. No call. He showed up 25 minutes early. I got back home 15 minutes before scheduled time. He was gone. Has not returned, yet. For the $81.99 delivery fee, I expect better. Not happy, here.

I called in asking about a craftsman chainsaw that needed repair got the run around on the phone tree to call different phone numbers. Then when I decided to talk to someone. The guy suggested another store gave me there info then hung up on me. With out saying good bye. Even there own customer service say to go somewhere else. No wonder sears is going bankrupt. Sorry I needed help and they offered non.

Went in to shop locally at Sears for washer & dryer , probably would have purchased a lot more since we lost everything in Lobo fire in Oct. and are now starting to rebuild. Was told there was no free delivery unless I applied for a Sears card. Dont need a Sears card. Just wanted to pay with cash.

Went into this store today and was shocked that they are not complying with the State order to wear masks for Covid-19 protection. You wear masks if you care about your customers not to protect yourselves. Im not a customer of yours anymore. This store should be closed.

I ordered a Frigidaire dishwasher after checking on line & read all the details,of the price . -I then visited the store talked to Allen & saw the dishwasher, &, .I went home & ordered it on the phone .&, he had it in my house within a week. It was a easy experience , as I didnt have to go to the store a second time to buy it, I just gave him my credit card information

Fabulous!!! The salesperson Joe assisted me in picking out the fridg. Unfortunately, they didnt have the one I wanted in stock, so he gave me such a deal on the floor model without any hassles! Thanks Joe, will be back for a stove!

Terrible service, I highly recommend going through someone else. No call, no show, two weeks in a row. Management on the phone was very unhelpful and then hung up on me. I will never use Sears again and I advise you not to either.
