When I went Automotive City for a smog check, the guys were friendly, expedient, and very customer-oriented. They even filled my tires with air and topped my cars fluids. The price was very competitive, too. Ill go back there for any future car repairs or needs.

A great experience overall! I called to ask them much they would charge for an inspection, and they said they would do it for free! They could have quoted me any amount of money, but they didnt. In the inspection they found only a few, very minor, issues where they could have made up something that needed to be fixed. They have gained my trust with there clear integrity and honesty.👍🏽

I had front end work done on my Dakota at the dodge dealership and was very disappointed in the results. After several attempts to have dodge fix it, I gave up. The awesome crew at automotive city took the time to listen to the problem I was having and after a little back and forth it was determined that the torsion bars were not set correctly. (Thanks a lot dodge 🙄). After years of hating diving my truck, I love it again. Rides almost as nice as it did when it was new. Thank you sooooo much.

I had just picked my daughter up for the school next door and was leaving the parking lot, I heard a man yelling from the lot and stopped to see what he needed. My car is lowered so I drove on the grassy area, the gravel can be a challenge some times. He basically told me I couldn’t drive in that area ,something about potentially collapsing a septic tank and that the school asked him to be the parking lot police. Then he called the school and complain about me and said it was a fire hazard.The next day I come to pick up my daughter and the whole lot that I partially drove on was full of cars.And not a single person was talked to about it. Being a Person of color and having this type of experience from a business that doesn’t even own that land, speaks volumes to me, especially because the gentleman specifically said he wasn’t trying to “single me out”. I’m sure this company does great work but the way you treat people needs to be consistent.

Made my appointment to get smog check & health check/oil change. When I picked my vehicle the technician went over what was done and things to keep an eye on. Completed on time

After I recently wrecked my Hyundai Elantra, I immediately had it towed to Automotive City where they immediately got to work hunting down salvaged parts to save me some cash. After repairs were complete, my car now drives better than before my accident!

Recently moved to the area and needed a shop to work on a purchased vehicle. I have been driving past Auto City for weeks since the move and said I need to stop in and get a feel on the operation and when I did Ken the owner, Spencer, & Dan were just awesome. The prices were par or better in most cases but the quality of attention, memory, and support was awesome. Automotive City is my goto mechanic and they will even help with making some aftermarket upgrades with a reasonable cost for labor and parts. They will also suggest certain upgrades to deal with known long term issues regarding your vehicle to make a more sound and reliable out come. Thanks guys.

I dont know how many of these reviews are really true and accurate but my experience was very different with Ken. I found his customer service to be very poor and unprofessional. My car was given back with trash left in it from the mechanics and had additional issues when the car car was returned. When I returned with my vehicle to let him know, he showed very little interest in diagnosing the now new problem but was quick to quote a price for his assumption. I will never go back. I found Ken to be very rude.By the way...Ken talks a lot about his reviews so he was very concerned that I not post a negative one. I am sure he tells everyone to post for him. I am posting this only to warn others. I am an honest person that doesnt want anyone else to go through what we did. There was no excuse for his behavior.

Recently my elderly mothers car had an issue with her rear windows. I wasnt really sure what was going on but didnt think it was a quick fix. I called Automotive City and they told me to tell her to come in whenever she could and they would take a look at it. She brought it in and Ken, the owner took a look at it and fixed it on the spot. They didnt charge her for their time and she was so happy! My Mom is hard of hearing which also is a challenge. Thank you so much for your help and for not taking advantage of a situation that many shops would have!
