Mike and Francis both helped me recharge my battery and clean up some nasty corrosion. The fact that they offered these services for free and still provided such good care is a testament to how much they value customers. Ill definitely be back for my next car project or issue!

Catfish even gave me a “great & credible” referral for other auto issues I had, that Auto Zone doesn’t service. Was having a Hell of a morning and John and Edward were MORE than helpful. Was able to purchase a new car battery and they were sweet enough to help me install it on the spot! I would like personally to thank Tyler who came to my rescue when my car battery quit on me while I was in town running errands. I have contacted Autozone and shared my battery problem. Francis, the store manager, assisted me in purchasing the battery and Tyler came to replace it. He also ran some testing to make sure my starter and alternator works properly. Over, all I had a great experience. I would highly recommend this Autozone location to anybody for any car troubles.

Awesome customer service. Looking for a replacement blades for my Audi Q5, called the dealership and they were $60 apiece. Called AutoZone and they had replacement blades, in stock, for a third of the price. Not only that John K, the store manager was kind enough to install them for me. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Had a very disappointing experience with John. Actually had to call on district manager for assistance. Only thing that John did was to show how their system can put you in a position to lose out on your money. Their system does not always record your phone number,so you can lose out. FYI to everyone, keep your receipt and check that all your info is correct on it, especially if its a big purchase. And dont bother talking with John.

I called twice just to get a product held for me at the counter. I was given confused details with the first gentleman I spoke with, Edward, he also didn’t have a good attitude with me so I asked for a manager. John is the manager and I spoke with him. He also gave me confused details and then hung up when I wasn’t finished talking. Not a good experience. Finally did get a hold of someone who was able to hold an item for me at the counter. After that the process was fairly quick

Amazing customer service from Devin and Dennis! My battery on my Mercedes went out and they were so helpful on fixing this issue and did it super fast! I went to the North Richland Hills location at first to see if they could install a new battery for me and they were so unhelpful and wasted my time, but Autozone Grapevine was extremely kind and even gave me a discount! I highly recommend the Grapevine location, especially Dennis and Devin, they are very knowledgeable and truly honest so they will not make you spend more money than you need to. Thank you guys for the awesome and speedy customer service, I really appreciate it! Definitely will be coming back!

Awesome people! I came in on a rainy day to get wipers, which I really needed a year ago. As a woman, it can be intimidating to go to an auto parts store by myself, but they made me feel right at home. Steven, Eddie and Dennis tried their best to get the right blades for me (I have a Fiat 500L and I need two different, less common sizes with specific attachment pieces for my wipers and they knew exactly what to do). One of them was not there, although they tried looking through a freshly delivered crate of products to make sure. They had someone else from another store off of Davis Blvd. bring in the right one. I had a chance to go get groceries, pick up my kids from school with my one new good wiper, and they installed the other one for me when I came back later that afternoon. They were SUPER kind and generous! I HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks again you guys! 🤗❤️🙏🏼

Love this place. For the novice mechanically inclined, this store is a huge asset. Yes, they have the parts and tools, but more importantly they are extremely knowledgeable and the customer service at this store goes above and beyond what I’ve experienced other places in DFW and Texas.This most recent visit I was purchasing brake pads and a couple of small tools I needed when Edward, an Auto Zone associate, came to ask me if I needed help. After I explained the parts I knew of the project I’m working on, he asked a few questions and was happy to explain the steps I missed and help guide on me on possible mishaps I might encounter, along with problem solving tips for when I do (an example: how to properly reposition the pistons and how to best/more easily so).He was such a huge help and I not only got the tools and pads I needed, but also learned so much from him that I’ll be able to use not only today, but always.While I was here, I wanted to note that I also heard and saw all of the other employees on duty working with customers, the store was organized, well stocked, and clean, while everyone present also maintained COVID guidelines and recommendations. Highly recommend.
