Every Dollar Tree store I go to has extremely helpful personnel. Today in Grapevine Texas a lady employee was stocking the shelves and stopped what she was doing to show me three different places where I could find items I wanted. I specifically search for Dollar Tree stores and not just any dollar store

This used to be a really great DT but somethings changed. Its kinda dirty and the shelves are sparse or empty all the time now, and no longer have the latest and greatest items. I wouldnt bother going to this one until things change.

I love that everything is $1! I was looking for screen protectors, but unfortunately, they didnt have them but...I took pictures of what they did have to prove to my son they didnt have them. So anyone interested to see...here you go.

Found what I needed even if it was last minute

Im in the store Karen has a full conversation with a customer about homemade Salsa while the lines are building up then finally tells the lady her total. The lady is slow paying then after she pays, Karen takes a minute to text someone on her cell phone in front of customers. Nearly 8 minutes in line the other cashier is still checking out the same lady.

I just wanted to let people know that dollar tree does have quality products. I work at a nursing home and we just found a valentine balloon still floating in 1 of the patients rooms 4 months later! Also, the new healthy nacho chips were good as well

Its went down hill alot in the last year. Employees sitting on check out area when you walk in. Eating at the check out, not wearing a mask even tho its posted on the door everyone needs to wesr a mask. Store not as clean as it use to be and not as well stocked as in the past. I stopped going into this store this past year. The other DT are great.

Wonderful place..ms Rosa ..is especially professional and so friendly ..as are all the folk I come in contact with there.. keepers

I visit dollar trees all over DFW. This one is the most organized . No clutter or inventory blocking the aisle like I seen toi often at other locations. I didnt find the products I wanted there, such as face cream, and other beauty products. But had to come to say how impressed I was to see how neat it was inside.

This is one if the cleanest and neat dollar trees ever! I really love shopping here. Miss E is very nice and friendly. I always walk out spending more than intended because of all the wonderful deals. Just love it!

Too many people are not wearing face masks. Had to leave.

I would give this store a zero if I could. The Store Manager Karen was not only extremely rude and unprofessional tonight, but she wanted to argue with me about my return. She have the clerks telling all customers they can only exchange Christmas for Christmas items. How is that whenever Christmas is next week and if customers have their original receipts they should be able to return items and exchange for whatever is needed? Shop at other locations if you can, because Karen has issues and The number one rule is never argue with customers or keep trying to go back and forth when you are not honest and definitely being untruthful. The District Manager for this location needs to be cognizant of who they have representing Dollar Tree. Take your money to other locations.

Continued review I waited for Ashley & Vicky to Roll the Camera back . I checked out under the camera I told her to just roll them back to see that I gave the money to the cashier. Vicky was nice but Ashley was very rude to me and treated me like a criminal and profiled me . She told me after asking me to leave the store that Jim Boca would call me back . I never In my life experienced this kind of treatment at a Dollar Tree Store.

I went into the store today and was greeted by a lovely cashier named Katie. She pointed me right to the items I needed and was just a cheerful person. Thanks for the warm smile. It made my day!

Great store. The team is always willing to open a new line during busy time. Selection is sometimes lacking but overall a great store and shopping experience.

There is a fee if you want cash back, and if there is a long line they don’t have enough people working to open another lane. But pretty good.

I am a BIG fan of the Dollar Tree for one thing in particular - Greeting cards. The idea of spending more than a dollar, for something that is most likely going to be tossed away, annoys me greatly.So I buy my cards here, where many can be found two for a dollar.
