Thank you for being reliable. I would have given 5 stars but the only thing I didnt like was the damage waiver fee is non refundable. Maybe in the future you guys will consider at least giving a customer $50 back especially if the item is returned undamaged. Other than that highly recommended

When I sent a quote request to Kelly Rentals they had responded right away with a quote but also a text with the best number to reach them. I had less than 24 hours to find tables and chairs for a gathering and Kelly was able to help. Before I found Kelly Rentals all other websites and calls I made said I had to make a reservation 48 hours prior and nothing they could do to help with a last minute rental. Kelly also called and texted before they came to drop off. When they needed to pick up I wasnt home so they said no problems and that they would come back later at a more convenient time. Everything was easy peasy, quick and professional. Highly recommend Kelly Rentals.

Poor customer service when waiting TEN days for an issue to be resolved. They did not measure the tent as requested prior to second payment. Xavier said yes they measure to make sure which they did not. On the day of delivery at 5:13pm the tent was incorrect fit for space. It was for our outdoor wedding in hot July weather, disappointed. Quick communication on payments but customers/clients will be constantly reaching out when problem arises. Xavier is too busy now and Nancy constantly says we need to do an “investigation”. Refund is what we requested. Simple. Save yourself the trouble.I wish I had checked Yelp reviews before booking with this company as other customers are experiencing the same service.

My experience with Kelly Rentals was great! I got the 5- 6ft tables and 30 chiavari clear chairs with cushions.The chairs and tables were delivered on time; the drivers for delivery and pickup did well to inform me of their arrival time at least 30minutes to the time, which was great. The chairs/cushions and tables themselves were good, no damages seen and made the event look amazing. I will definitely be using Kelly Rentals from now on for my events.

We recently rented chairs for a baby shower that had to be rescheduled twice - once due to weather and the second time due to the baby showing up early, but they worked with me on rescheduling with no problem. Pick up and returns were easy and the chairs were in good condition and clean.I highly recommend them for your rentals.

I highly recommend this company first off I’m not from Texas I actually live in Chicago I was only in town for literally three days to help plan an event, when I arrived Friday I noticed all the equipment needed had not been reserved I literally googled rental companies hoping to find someone last minute who could accommodate our needs and they were able to accommodate my every need for the next day! They arrived on time they were able to assist with set up and they were very friendly when it was time to pick up, if ever I’m in town again I know where to go for all my rental needs thank you so much!

We had a last minute tent rental after AA rentals left us stranded. Kelly’s rentals was onsite roughly one hour after the order was placed. They have us solutions instead of excuses. They completed our project within 2 hours once onsite. Very professional and I highly recommended them for your tent rental needs. Thank you Kelly Rentals, bailed us out big time!

No stars. My experience with Kellys was not good AT ALL. As a hostess for an outdoor baby shower in Dallas I chose to rent from Kellys for convenience since I live in Tyler. I called and rented white garden chairs. The next day I called to ask if they also rented white tents and explained that it would be easier to rent than to haul mine to Dallas. The only white one available was 14 x 14 so I agreed to that one. Kellys employee asked if it could be delivered a day early at no extra charge since the delivery truck would already be in that area on that day. No problem. It became a problem when it still was not there the morning of the shower. After several texts (no response) and phone calls (no return calls), we were finally contacted and assured it was on its way. When the delivery guy arrived and began to set it up - it looked like a cheap brown tarp. Not okay. More phone calls. I was told that white tents were not even available and that the picture I had seen was just a stock photo. Well, I had not looked at any photo nor ordered online. I was told over the phone that I was getting a white tent. W-H-I-T-E The owner was unwilling to make any adjustments to the chair rental but did refund the brown tarp charge (or said he did - we shall see). As a business owner, I would have made an adjustment to the charges after realizing the mistake or chalked it up as a terrible mistake and eaten it to please the customer. It was the biggest mess and the owner didnt have the decency to call and explain, apologize for the miscommunication or apologize for the deception. Do not use Kellys Rentals. It seems Kellys either has a 5 star day or a no star day.

We rented chairs and tables from Kelly rentals and the chairs were not picked up at the agreed upon time. No one called and let us know that they weren’t going to be picked up at the agreed upon time. We called several times and Jessica who answered the phone could not reach anyone to assist us with the Issue. We had my father n law come over on the morning they were supposed to be picked up and he moved 50 chairs and tables to the front driveway so they could be picked up easily. However, as stated earlier no one showed to pick them up. Jessica texted the owner and tried calling him but he would not reply. Now, I have all of these chairs in my driveway which I am not going to be responsible for overnight or tomorrow cause we will be at work. We come back from our honeymoon to deal with this nonsense. I would not recommend renting from Kelly rentals.

After the initial contact they failed to respond to further communication attempts. Their initial response was they were short handed.I would definitely not use this company as they broke a little girls heart today.

Kelly Rentals had the cheapest prices and some of the best reviews, so we went with them and couldnt be happier with our decision.We received excellent customer service and timely communication. Even with an hour delay on one of the major highways, we received the tables just in time for the event. I recently just used this company to rent chairs and tables for my baby shower. My event was on Saturday but they were so kind enough to deliver the tables and chairs on Friday evening, which really help led us so much to set up for the event early. Getting them on the phone was never a problem! And they spoke very nice and professional. I will definitely be using this company again for any funds events, I highly recommend them.

We rented the white garden chairs for our wedding the chairs were beautiful, however... we paid extra for same day pick up and they changed pick up to 3 days after the event (no refund). They also charged extra to roll the stacked chairs an extra 100 yards and knocked over a sign I had put up. Not very impressed and do not recommend.

Ruined my wedding rehearsal! Booked them to have tables and chairs delivered. I needed them to deliver on Friday they told me “we can just deliver Thursday” I told them that can’t work because of the venue I was using. They never delivered the tables and chairs didn’t answer the phone at all. Now I’m fighting with them to get my money back. Never again.

My items were delivered on time. When it was time for pick up, the delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure the items were picked up.

On website it states you will receive a quote same day i requested a quote before lunch never received a quote. I called the follow morning to place an order i was told i would receive an email to pay the invoice 5 hours later still no email. Ended up going with another company entire order completed and paid for in less than 30 minutes. They are very hard to get in contact with every time i call no answer you have to leave a voicemail. Please take business elsewhere.
