This company will get you under contract, charge you different fees than what’s in your agreement, and refuse you service. Customer service does not exist and they will hold your business hostage. STAY AWAY! I should have read the reviews before suggesting this company. Beware, beware, beware. Once you go under contract they will not work with you.

This place rents out office space. The first two times that I was there I met the individual in what I would describe as a closet. The second time was in a so-called conference room with only four chairs, and the individual that I was meeting with had us wait to make sure that it was vacuumed. I would never rent from somewhere like this. They over rate themselves. The first time I visited, there was no sign for the individual that I had scheduled to meet, so I was unsure if I was in the right place. I would give this location two thumbs down. I think that any business needing to utilize their spaces has some cash flow issues. Its not at all impressive when you walk through the door. A real dump!

I cant possibly go into the whole ordeal, but unless you want terrible communication, unfulfilled promises, and your money to be stolen all the while never getting a response from anyone, I would avoid this place. Maybe all of regus, maybe not. I wouldnt recommend dealing with Mandi at this location though. Right now Im out about $1,500. Well see if they keep ignoring me and charge me rent again next month despite me notifying them within a few days of moving in that we wanted to cancel verbally and via email. Havent heard a peep yet since I toldMandi that. Im due back 2 months deposit and they just hit my card for what Im assuming is next months rent today, but I dont really know because I cant get anyone above the receptionist on the phone or via email. Mandis number says its disconnected despite the receptionist telling me Mandi is perfectly fine and working.Id try one of their up and coming competitors if I need temporary office space again. Also Ill be smarter and make them PROVE what they can provide IT wise before I sign a contract. If you just need basic internet youre probably fine, but if you need to vpn back to a company headquarters, theyll tell you no problem but good luck getting it actually done when you move in. If I could do 0 stars I would.

Pretty straight forward experience. Office was clean and ready. Staff pleasant and helpful. I visit this location regularly.
