Arden Place has a wonderful staff! Very caring and loving towards their patients. My dad was sent there for hospice and was looked after very carefully and lovingly. My only complaint is that after my dad passed, they did not return his rosary. They claim that they looked but could not find it. That was something special that I really wanted to get back but it was never found.

Therapy was the best. The people are nice. The building is nice. I would recommend other people come for therapy. Food could be better. Nurses are friendly.

My grandmother had a great experience here. She admitted for rehab and did really well getting better. The nursing staff was good, and she loved the therapy department. Would recommend.

My father was here after stroke for rehab, nursing , therapy and over all experience was good . I would definitely recommend this place for rehab .

We had our annual skills fair and it was very thorough and well thought out. The nurse managers personally made sure every staff member was competent in their skills. Job well done!

They waited till my mom couldnt breath to get her to the emergency room were she passed away 2 days later cause was pneumonia because of covid we could not check on our mother and this is what happens when you cant check on your loved one

Sorry to see some the negative feedback about this facility. I worked there as an Activity Director some years ago. We had one of the best teams ever. I am sure this facility will make a great come back if it has not already!!! I noticed it was under new ownership. Some of these complaints are due to this transitions process because people come when these changes take place. Go Woodridge!

Yikes. I just delivered a meal to this place and the smell of urine literally almost knocked me over and the staff was extrememley rude. As someone just walking into the building being treated that way I can only imagine how they treat the residents there. So sad.

Ive worked with the therapy team and DOR here and have nothing but good things to say about this facility. Therapy is very organized and gets their patients taken care of in a timely manner. The therapy staff is kind and passionate about improving their patients quality of life and health.

Careful. My wife was promised on a Thursday a private room for rehabilitation from an auto accident and while preparing to move the following day we were informed that the room was no longer available. Definitely a management problem here. I cannot recommend this place.

I had my mother in this place for about a month. I sat down with the entire senior staff during my visit to Grapevine some 3 weeks ago. Everybody was as sweet as honey to me. At that time I agreed that should Medicare stop paying I would take over and pay a rate of $5,000 p.m. on a pro rated basis if less or more than a month. We agreed that my mother would remain in the same room and get the same treatment that she has while under Medicare.I was notified last Friday that as of Monday she would be a private patient and I would have to pay the agreed amount. I sent the documents back and included in my email the referenced amount of $5,000 p.m and/or pro rated.Monday they tried to move her to a double occupied room and one of my mothers friends stopped them. 2 days later I confirmed with one of the senior staff members, by phone, that my mother would remain in the room that she had occupied so far and that the rate would be $5,000.Yesterday I was informed that the rate is snot $5,000 p.m. but it would increase to $8,4000 p.m. because she was in a private home. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT.I made other arrangements and removed my mother from the home today. When I requested to have her medication so I can hand this over to the new facility they told me I can have them for $325 or they would destroy them. Not forgetting, my mother paid for these meds.I have filed a complaints with her health care provider - who agree with me and I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Department of State Health Services.

We moved our mother here after another 5 star place treated her badly. We have seen improvement and she is happy.

Staff very kind and loving to patients and family. They give excellent care and place is very clean. Great place for loved one.

Very nice, friendly and willing to help

I had my husband here for almost 3 months. He was treated very well here - Staff was very pleasant and understanding. He has Alzheimers - so we have moved him to a place that specializes in Alzheimers and Dementia. But, for Nursing Home care this is a great place.

If you try to put someone here, they will milk you for all you had. we literally had to drop $10,000 from our cousins trust fund (thank you randy!) because their employees loved to exploit my drug-addicted brother (sorry davis.).

Only get small portions of food. And the food they due provide isnt any good. Absolutely no privacy. People walking in your room all hours day and night thst dont belong there. Rude nurses. If you call to talk to your loved one,good luck getting ahold of them. I could go on and on. Piss poor way to treat our elderly.

My mother was there for therapy for 3 weeks and ended up getting a deep bed sore. I wouldnt take a dog there, cause theyre a bunch of rattlesnakes. They hire these rude African people. When I visited, it stunk like a porta potty. The sheets were gross, and when I asked for clean linens they walked away, like i never said a word. Do not take a loved one to this facility.

I enjoy working here. We have such an amazing team, staff and residents!

I was there ayear ago and if i had to go back i would shot myself. The food was horrable told them i didnot like chees and just about every meal was with cheese. the rehabit staf was great mors the nurses were also good. first time i got there was left on the side of yhe bed sitting for an hour no help or call light to get help when i told my daugther and she went to the nurse she said i was confused. i was ther for rehab only

Terrible care for my loved one, NO bath/Shower for a week, did not wash her hair for a week. Therapy was to little, some therapists couldnt lift her so they had to get someone to help which wasted her therapy time. Therapists brought in their children on the weekends while they had patients in therapy. Were not taken to the bathroom EVER!. Also were not helped in getting ready for bed,ie brushing teeth.If your looking for a lot of therapy your not going to get it, this is basically an old age home.Not all her cloths were returned to her when she was removed from the facility.
