I just love this place! I love that I can go to the Mall & make a little money on the side, while shopping.

Came here after getting an invitation from a lovely lady as I was walking through the mall. Been coming here for about a month to test a few products and it has been great! Been paid on time and the process to qualify is simple. Only negative is the amount of time you may spend waiting. There is not usually an appointment time for you to return, so you are at the mercy of whoever is there and the number of people waiting--so be patient and be prepared to wait. They definitely need more space and more staff to accommodate the number of studies and people they have coming through their doors. Otherwise this is a cool place to come to make a few extra dollars.

Stephen is a very rude individual. You need to help people more and also when you answer the phone. Youre getting paid to do your job and help others, not for being rude. Also the lady with dark brown hair at the desk isnt very helpful as well and provides wrong information and doesnt actually help you when you ask for it. Theres one lady with light brown hair whos always there thats very helpful and polite. Everyone else there I think should be fired.

The staff is very unprofessional and slow this place is rarely crowded with people and its still takes them one hour and a half to get to one person. One of the staff that works in test America sticks out in particular for being lazy and not wanting to deal with people also very rude to me and my wife and everybody else that goes there her name is stella she doesnt like her job at all shes extremely and poorly judgemental and makes people feel like never going back there which is very bad business for the company. The staff lies about compensation over the phone, test America should really consider some new staff these people dont like dealing with folks. The staff thinks theyre better then anyone else that walks into that depressing place never again would I bring my wife there so they can make jokes and laugh in our faces sad place to walk into Indeed.

Easy money doing surveys and very nice personnel.

AFTER what seemed like hours of studies, i left here WITH a 7 dollar check! These ppl keep promising 2 mail my other check. Its going on 2 weeks and it still hasnt come. Nothing about this surprises me. They fail 2 mail out checks and answer messages via text or voicemail. The ONLY good metroplex survey place is at north east mall. I did 3 studies there in about an hours time and left with 18 bucks cash! The other malls turn u away if u r NOT Hispanic which is most of the time, smh! Seems like the above mentioned demographic always gets preferential treatment. 7/12 i did get my check yesterday and it came with a barnes and noble egift card.

They say one price then when you go to do the survey after your done the price is lower. Bad customer service.. They lie to the people that takes the survey
