I have been going here for 10 years. EVERY VISIT is a pleasure. EVERY STAFF member is courteous, friendly, yet professional and ready to go above and beyond. Today I went in for a mammogram and bone density test. I showed up early, expecting to wait at least 30 minute until me appointment time. Instead, they took me almost immediately and I was actually out of there before my appointment was scheduled to begin. AND I got my mammogram results in my In Box within 4 hours of my visit. WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I called to schedule a yearly mammogram with is covered by my insurance. During the call they asked if anything was concerning. I said that I had some itching. They scheduled me for a diagnostic imaging test that wasn’t covered by my insurance. I was never told that was the test they scheduled and believed I was going into a yearly procedure. 500 dollars later, they are defending their position that it was explained to me as a diagnostic procedure. Isn’t a mammogram a diagnostic procedure? As a lay person, I don’t know the difference and was not given a choice. I got no where with my complaint. It fell on uncaring deaf ears.

I took my images to Baylor Grapevine Breast Imaging to get a second opinion. Dr. Woomer and his staff were phenomenal. They got back to me the same day I took my images to them. (Shantai-the receptionist was so helpful/sweet to me when I called too.) The biopsy was scheduled quickly and Sharon talked with me several times on the phone beforehand. She was also with me the ENTIRE time on the day of my biopsy, walking me through everything, making me feel as comfortable as possible. I had some dizzy/faint like issues after the procedure and Sharon held cool cloths on my face and Dr. Woomer was so patient and helpful. (Along with the mammography nurse)I can’t say enough wonderful things about how I was treated and cared for.

The scheduling staff is a nightmare. Horrible communication. I originally had a diagnostic mammogram scheduled for in the morning and then it was moved to the afternoon. Called earlier today to confirm my appointment which I was told was today at 415 with a 4 arrival. When I get here they say Im not in the system and then go back and tell me that my appointment was at 930 this morning and I missed it. Never received a text or phone call to confirm. I had to call the office to double check my appointment time which I had on my calendar for weeks. No one told me when I called this afternoon about the error. I have to love coming out to a clinic in the middle of a pandemic for nothing

I have been going to this Center for several years now. They also offer 3D. I have never had any problems and will continue to go here for my mammograms.

Their front desk, pre-registration, technicians all need patient service training. I was given conflicting information when I called in for schedule /reschedule my appointment. Due to delay at the front desk (i had the last appointment) the technician wouldn’t even let me pump before the exam. And only scanned me partially. I felt like she was in such a rush to get it done, she just did a very poor job.It was only for Ultra sound and my insurance is not even going to pay for it. After the scan the Doctor didn’t even come to visit me, just said that it looks stable and they will scan again in 6 months. I really wonder if the technician working their realizes that depending on her irresponsible work My situation could have been misread? I will still be paying for the full service where as I was not provided or scanned properly. I felt like cheated!Even the front office was very rude, they were sending me back because i wanted to make sure how much of pocket i have to pay. I did my homework called the pre registration and my insurance office even before confirming my appointment.. but they didn’t care about my schedule-the effort us patients have to go through taking off from work, arranging child care just to make an appointment successful. They really need to put themselves.

Very bad experience here. I had an abnormal (1st ever) mammogram. I scheduled an ultrasound to follow up -- as my general doctor scheduled. I had a previous appointment with my general doctor the week before (a day before the original mammogram at the SAME location.) I got checked in and taken to the back for my ultrasound, was sitting in my medical gown when the technician came in and asked if I had been covid screened (which I had.) She then asked why I didnt tell them I was a covid concern. I told them I wasnt. She then told me she was looking at my online charts and could see it. Apparently my general doctor had marked she had required a covid test after our virtual call - which I did not hear during that call. I had no reliable thermometer, and no feverish feelings, but always get allergy/sinus issues this time of year and just need antibiotic once the drainage turns green.. which it had. She did call me in antibiotics, but I had no idea she was requiring a covid test or noting me as a Covid concern. (All of this said, this same imaging place chose to see me the very next day for the initial mammogram. This imaging/ultrasound follow-up appointment was 6 days later.) The technician at this imaging location just stared at me implying I was lying, then told me she couldnt do the test, to get dressed and she would escort me out. She walked me all the way to the front door. I felt like a criminal. I was super upset because having an abnormal mammogram is unsettling enough, much less the derogatory and insensitive behavior. Very unprofessional and uncaring. I say all this to highly discourage you from scheduling at this location. I know everyone is going through a lot right now and everyone has added pressures, but unprofessional behavior is unnecessary. There are plenty of other imaging centers within short driving distance from this one.

PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO HERE... I went here & had a very bad experience. The doctors may be great. but the front office lady was so...so...so..rude. There were two ladies at the desk. The younger lady was great. but the elderly lady cancelled our appointment for 10 minutes delay. Our comment is valid only for this location.

Multiple appointments over the last 7 years. No issues - courteous staff. Had to go back for re-exam and radiologist was very good at explaining my findings to me. Def recommend.

Waited for more than an hour. Was told (rather sternly) that they take people back as they get them....what was the point of having an appt??? Finally left. Will go elsewhere.
