Wow… we constantly get other people’s mail and packages… I have one package right now that says it was delivered…once again nope nothing…this place needs to be reported to the government so it can be fixed. I’ve lived many places never had this issue until living here. Get some real workers in here…I mean are people just keeping the packages there are so many stories on here you have to wonder about theft….someone call someone if they know the possible route to fix this major issue.

I recently sent an iPhone through delivery using these location and I am getting word that it did not arrive were it was supposed to. I am getting charge 600$ by apple. I will be involving the police and I will never come here for delivery again. I tried calling but they make it super difficult to where you can actually talk to someone. I wish I could give these place 0 stars.

Wont answer their phone, supervisor is entitled & incompetent. Had a package that required a signature delivered to my apartment, it said it was signed for by someone else, it was in my mailbox despite not being designated as such via tracking. USPS is by far the worst shipper, cant believe my shipper would even use them for a $4k package, theyre getting the next earful from me.

My mail has not been delivered in 11 days. My mailbox is completely empty. I attempted to resolve the issue with the post office through the USPS site. I just received a call saying my mail box was full and undeliverable. I have had zero mail service in 11 days which I conveyed to the woman calling. She got very rude with me and hung up on me. I was not being uncivil just trying to figure out what is going on.

I live in another city far from Grapevine and I was very ticked when I found out this location was holding my package hostage. What is the deal with that? And I am not the only one, seeing there are other reviews that they are doing this. Is there a specific reason why? Why hasnt an investigator for USPS been called to at least find out what the hold up is. Keep this up and youll become extinct like other businesses out there and UPS will be the one that customers look up to regardless of prices. By the way answer your phone for once.

I dont leave reviews ever unless I believe I am being wronged (Wish I could leave 0 stars). This facility has had my package for over a week! I have athletic wear I need as my current workout clothes are getting raggedy. I was really looking forward to getting them soon. I ordered mine the same time I ordered my husbands (from different sites, so they went through different carriers. His did not pass through Grapevine Texas thank goodness or he wouldnt have gotten his either). My package has been there over a week!!! I havent been able to get through to anyone to ask them about it either which infuriates me more! Now that I have read through the reviews of this facility I dont think I will ever receive WHAT I PAID FOR!

I am NOT one to typically write reviews, but Im so frustrated that I felt I needed to write one. I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. EVERY time I order a package from Amazon and they use USPS as a carrier, the package never gets delivered or is held at the post office. This last week alone, Ive had multiple packages showing as delivered, but when I go and check the mail, the package is not there. How on earth is this possible?! After reading other reviews, it looks like its not just me either.

Im a shipping manager at a warehouse and make scheduled pick up requests, months in advance, and still no one comes. They havent picked up in 3 days!!! Ive called at least 10 times in a row with no answer. I hate the postal system!!! Not trustworthy at all!!!!

Why are they still operating package sent to them on 01/05/21 today is 01/14/21 still nothing. One of my tracking devices says pick up dispatch I live about 30-40 mins out and they don’t even answer the phone. And the usps tracker says departed there facility on 01/11/21. How’s that possible I still don’t have it and these are business days. And package still shows in grapevine.

The post office in Grapevine, TX is ridiculous! My package was sent them on 10/5/20. I cant believe they have made no attempt to send me my package, today 10/26/20. Thats why I love Amazon. I get my packages on time. Forget about calling. You can NEVER speak to anyone.

I’m not shocked that USPS is on verge of bankruptcy. Tried to print my own priority label at home and when I went to post office to get a flat rate envelope there were no sleeves to use. When I asked the representative he told me that the sleeves are only available for international packages and I would have to buy clear packaging tape from them to adhere my label to their envelope, for $4. Between the cost to ship and the cost of their supplies it’s cheaper to go UPS or FedEx.

Ordered a package on amazon. Delivered by USPS on Sunday. Live in Grapevine so I know this is where they come from. Also live in a apartment complex. Package was supposedly delivered & placed in mail box. No it was not! Mine, along with about 10 other packages delivered by USPS were left out front of the leasing office. Not gated & someone could’ve stolen all the packages. How lazy & ignorant could they possibly be. I took pictures of the packages left out front & plan to send this to one of the news outlets.

I’m extremely disappointed with this post office. I had a water color painting done of my family homes and it was supposedly delivered to my mailbox 9/8. I went to the post office on 9/11 to lodge a complaint. They said that they “would open an investigation”. Today I received mail for two other people besides myself. My neighbor next door received mail for me! This is utterly ridiculous and something needs to be done! 😡

Went to this location a week and a half ago to apply for mine and my daughters passports. The guy that helped us was super nice and helpful. I had a wallet sized birth certificate from Indiana that he asked another employee about since he wasnt sure it would be accepted. (For reference, its been used for plenty of things, including changing my husbands Visa status, so I was certain it would be accepted.) The person he asked was an old skinny white lady with short hair. She argued with me saying it was a souvenir birth certificate and that it wouldnt be accepted. I decided to call my mom and try to get her to send me a copy as we are on a limited time to get our passports. The guy helping us decided to ask the postmaster instead if we could send in the wallet sized one. The old lady was definitely wrong. Not only did they accept my birth certificate, but our passports are supposed to be in tomorrow. Thats less than 2 weeks from applying. Thank you to the postmaster and the guy that did our applications. I would give 5 stars if not for the argument.

Very poor customer service!After waiting over 20 minutes in line, was told I needing to fill out a label for the returned package which already had the return address on it!Then had to wait even longer and was late for my appointment because they had to over complicate something that was simple!As a prior postal worker I know this could have been addressed better, I get that we are in difficult times, but over complicating the lives of people you know nothing about is not gonna keep you in business!Maybe why there is talk among the federal government of getting rid of this entity!Will definitely stick with ups and fed ex!Also says what service this place gives with only 2.5 stars.

Does not deserve the 1 star, I had to choose it in order to post my comment. Our substitute carrier today needs lessons on what mail goes to what house. He delivered our neighbors (525) mail to us and put the next neighbors mail (527) in her box. I found my mail (523) in my other neighbors mailbox (521)stuffed inside with all her mail. Didnt he realize he had already put mail in there? He was driving very fast around our neighborhood. I observed him on the opposite side of our street as well as coming around the corner of another street. I realize my regular carrier needs a day off but please put someone who can read in his place. I tried calling the customer service line but would have a 35 minute wait to speak with someone. Proves that there must be many complaints. Thank goodness our regular carrier will be back tomorrow.

Hands down the best Post Office I’ve been to! Ed and Ray were so friendly and helpful in helping us get our passport applications together. We’re from Lewisville and came here because they’re one of the only offices in the area who accept walk ins for passports. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt like these guys deserved it

If I could give no stars, I would for this. I have waited over a month for my order to be processed. All I know is that its been at this location since July 8th and I dont even know if its arrived or processed. I ordered an item through etsy and according to etsy its been in grapvine for the past month and Im located in Houston, TX. Theres no reason for it to take this long. No one answers the phone or my messages so Im basically just sitting here waiting in hopes it will arrive one day..........

After visiting this USPS location I realized that it doesnt matter which location you visit because they ALL have zero clue how to operate with people. Im guessing much of this is related to the fact that these Federal employees are working for the Federal government which has absolutely zero incentive or motivation to operate with the consumer in mind. As with most government agencies, theres no plan or strategy to be better, no market share to grow, therefore zero motivation to act or behave with the customer in mind. I would normally give poor service a 2, however nothing less than a zero would be accurate at this location. I would be embarrased to call working there a job. And shame on all the lackeys that work there daily. My advice to people reading this review would be to do what I always do and use a carrier like FedEx. Its less expensive and all around a better experience.

Friday afternoon and only a few people in line! 😊 Postal worker was very nice, helpful, and efficient. They had lots of priority mail envelopes and boxes available which is a huge plus since a lot of post office locations are terrible about keeping them stocked. Overall its a great location and Id drive a few miles out of the way to visit this location again.

GAVE ME THE RUNAROUND...My husband (posting from his account) went up the this office to get his passport process completed and was in and out that day but Ive came here 3 days later around 2:40 pm and they said they were booked and closing at 3pm but will be opening up at 9am to continue.Arrived at 9am, they said that they arent doing passport services until 12pm-3pm. Told them that I was told something different. I left and went to the Hurst location and they told me they were appointments only.Ive call the 800# to see if someone were available to take care of this now. I was told the Grapevine location are starting to process at 10am. I drove back and all of a sudden, they are available to process my passport when they told me an hour ago that they arent doing anything until 12pm.Either they are a bunch of liars and is lazy because of the Gov. shut down or didnt want to help me at the time because of the color of my skin....and dont say (oh, here she is pulling the race card because thats the 1st thing people say when theyre not experiencing the same feeling).Things like this should be more organized when it comes to this level of importance.I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO GET THE RUN AROUND.

I opened a PO Box there last year and it took them three weeks to change the lock, so I had to go back during business hours to retrieve my mail until I WATCHED them change the lock which took about two minutes.And before I moved and closed my PO Box last month I filled out a change-of-address form and gave it DIRECTLY to one of the employees and guess what? To this date I have not received ONE PIECE of forwarded mail at my new address.You would think the government could train people to perform the simplest tasks but I guess that’s asking too much.And as I’m posting this I’ve been waiting almost TWO HOURS for a callback to see where my mail is. Ladies, I would avoid Steve at the counter. My box has been here for 2.5 years. Pretty soon after I got the box, I would take something up to the counter on occasion and realized that Steve is extremely friendly and disrespectful. I try to just pick up my mail and go to other locations to mail things and get stamps to avoid his smiles, conversation and glances. Today I lost it and told him I will wait on another person to assist me in the future. He asked for my credit card specifically telling me he didnt need it but only wanted to know my name. He mentioned he notices when Im there. He asks how Im doing when Im clearly not reciprocating ANY conversation. Today he skipped the entire LONG holiday line and came to me to get my package. Then I told him never to do that again and he pouted that he, went all the way to the back to help me. I said, Exactly. I dont want your special preference and I will not interact with you again. Are we clear?

Very good passport experience! Went on a Saturday afternoon around 12:30pm, waited in line maybe 15 minutes and was in and out in no time. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and had a sense of humor. I would recommend coming here for a passport as they make it so easy.

Seemingly nice people working at the counters, unfortunately the delivery service needs work. They didnt drop off my package, so I scheduled a redelivery and they still didnt deliver it. Had to drive there myself to pick up my package after work...To say that theyre racist is the most asinine thing Ive seen on these reviews... theyll help anyone whos in line no matter your race... Theres just not enough people to keep operations up from my experience.

We came to passport office yesterday. There was no sign on outside of different passport hours. Hours for passport are from 10 AM to 3 PM but last visit to be allowed in was 230 for some reason. We came today at 1 PM. We have been here for nearly an hour. Door is closed. Post office knows we are here. Officer literally only needs to write one sentence, stamp envelope, and collect $35. That is it. There is no reason for this.

I wish there was a way to select that you would NEVER like your packages to be delivered via USPS when ordering on Amazon. They are too lazy to deliver to your door and wont even leave the pink slip on your door, theyll put it in the back of your mailbox, so if you live in an apartment and dont check your tiny mailbox often you might spend countless hours on the phone with USPS customer service trying tolocate your package and they assure you it will be re-delivered to your door which again it is not.

Came for passports and the wait was very long for everyone in line. Plan ahead for long delays and be patient. The good thing about the long wait is that if you forgot something on your application or photos, you have time to redo, make cheaper copies at the nearby FedEx Office and get passport photos taken elsewhere. The P.O. also does passport photos and copies for a fee.

The passport application process was quick and efficient, with one major flaw: the hours posted on their own website are not accurate.The USPS website states that passport services are available beginning at 8:00 am on Saturdays. The State Department website states they are available beginning at 9:00 am. They aren’t actually available until 10:00 am.If the office doesn’t open until 10:00 am, you would think their website would reflect that.

The passport time was advertised as walk in until 4.30 pm. I came about 12:45pm on a Saturday and was told the office was closed and I could not get into the line that clearly had people in it waiting for passports. I finally got in line anyway and they said they could only take 25 people that had signed up on a list. However 3 people on the list left, but they would not let anyone take those spots. The sign on their passport door says they are seeing people until 2:30pm, but they would not see people after 2pm because they are short staffed. Such false advertising and horrible staff.

While I have had a few good experiences there at the actual branch. The post office workers who deliver packages tend to be joke. This has happened multiple times before at a different address but after waiting all day for an important package to be delivered I look at my tracking number yet again at 6:30pm and it says no secure delivery location was available that they tried to deliver at 6:06pm... Interesting because I was home and NO ONE came near our house. It also says that a notice is left on our door.... again interesting because nothing is there. So apparently it is ok for them to lie about delivering packages. I now have to go into the post office to pick up my package because why on earth would I trust them to deliver it again, they never tried to the first time.

Good location but they are going to cut their closing time to 6, which is super annoying for people with Ecommerce business and like to deliver orders up until 7.This location has been the cause of over 20 packages arriving late! Tracking shows they take packages and put them in the back to be processed the next day. Not so cool.

Does anyone even read these reviews? Do you have staff meetings to talk about customer reviews and customer service? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If this was a retail store I would refuse to return. All you need is some customer service and acknowledgement of your customers. If you dont have enough staff and theres a long line, communicate that to the people. If theres a line at the window to pick up packages and you dont have anyone to answer the bell, communicate it. Ignoring customers just fuels the fire. I have walked out many times because of frustration. When one customer in line is disgruntled, they make sure everyone hears it and it spreads. Good customer service goes a long way when youre too busy to accommodate everyone. Youd be surprised how effective it is and how people will be willing to wait if you simply speak to them. I was in this morning and walked out after listening to all of the angry customers and not one associate felt the need to explain that they were short on help! I cant even rate this review with a single star.

Cassandra was a great help to me today. I went for a quote on the box I needed to send and used the machine but I knew it was wrong. I had done something wrong. I got in line for a clerk to weigh and quote cost instead and Cassandra helped me. Once I determined the cost Was affordable to ship... She even waited patiently for me to go ahead and get my package all the way together so I wouldnt have to leave and come back. Thanks Cassandra! Helpful positive pleasant people in the post office really makes the post office more bearable. Update January2018. Ive been back to this location several times since this initial review actually i had given them a 5 star review a couple years ago that i cant find online anywhere...anyway i have only had to use a person to help me a couple other times after cassandra. Keith is always helpful, and serves with a smile. We had to send a package to Austin, TX today with a return envelope inside that was stamped. After we sealed the package and was prepared to send it, he said, You didnt seal the package did you? I had to scan the return envelope! We were shocked at our error, and then he said, Im just kidding. LOL. Great experience. We used this postal office more than once and had the pleasure of being served by Keith. Not so terribly bad. I went during lunch and they had only one staff member at the counter. Line built up because of a complicated customer and about 15 minutes later another employee (likely a manager from the back) came out to help. My transaction took 30 seconds.If they have more help, they should definitely stagger the lunch breaks. If not, they should hire more help.

I checked with my employees, and ran the camera which shows no USPS walking through my door. I reached out to stores in the same shopping center who states they didn’t receive a package with my name on it so I flagged down a USPS driver who gave me a number to the office. The lady answers the phone and and didn’t listen to any of my concern she told me she’s call me back, once she called back she gave me a date of a delivery that was not in question and proceeded to hang up the phone. This is very awkward as the attitudes are very suspicious with this particular location. Make sure you ask for a signature upon delivery as I’ve sense these people could possibly be taking your mail. I will be reaching out to this departments HR dept as she was totally rude and her attitude was uncalled for. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Very disturbing to see your Postal Delivery man driving down the street, in the USPS truck, while looking over his left shoulder at his cell phone! He was completely & knowingly unaware of his surroundings moments ago and could have easily crashed into one of the many parked cars on the side of the street. Worse yet, he could have hit and killed a person or animal stepping out into the street!

Slow service. Ive had tow packages spend over 10 days at this post office without any updates. I hate that my packages have to be transferred through this facility. If any post offices have to be shut down, this one should be on top of that list.

Grapevine as a whole is a great city, full of friendly, competent people, but the local post office serves as a large blemish on an otherwise pristine record for the city. I would recommend any other mailing service first.

I came to this location years ago to get my passport and it was a great experience, but now I come just to use the self-service kiosk and it was down very unhappy about this. No note or anything. Please fix your machine!

They have lost my package, refuse to admit it and refuse to reimburse me. Everytime I call they tell me something different its the original sender has it its on its way to processing its out for redelivery its on its way back. Dont use this location!

Spent an hour trying to get a hold of them over the phone, and when I finally got to talk to someone, they were extremely rude to me over the phone. I tried to politely end the phone call with, Thanks for you help, and have a great day. She responded with Cool then hung up.

Lower rating would be more honest but I must lie by giving this post office one star. If you want you packages delivered by the post office, you can forget it!!! I have lived in Grapevine a year and have had to file numerous cases with the USPS corporate office just to get my packages delivered!

My package has been sitting here for a month everyone complains about stuff coming from China slow No it got to the states promptly but sat in California for a month and now a month in Grapevine I guess they are trying to make China look bad ha look in our own country Slackers!!

Yeah how about not be lazy and drop my mail off in the rain? I’m seriously so done with the usps especially this location. My package has been delayed four times and now they “attempted drop off”??????? Literally all you have to do is drop it in front of my door but that’s just too inconvenient for you to DO YOUR JOB.
