Horrible, customer service was worse than what youd expect at like a DMV from a disgruntled employee. They cover Dnata and JAL (Japan Airlines). We had a kitten shipped to us from Russia and they were just clueless on how their own systems work. You have no way to pay the $100 fee to them in person, it has to be done online and that is also a mess in itself. Prepare to wait an hour in the beginning, then to customs for 30 mins and then back to here for another 30 mins +.Ill stick to Houston Airport and cargo services.
Bad place for truck drivers. 3 hrs and counting with no action. No one at the office to ask just a terrible place. Do not deliver here
