I wanted to take the time to compliment an Agent: Casey Hitt!! Yesterday I took a load from him, and his excellent communication skills, and Customer service excelled not only to me , but 1 of my drivers, (which happen to be the Owner of the Company). This morning, when he finished his load, told me that he loved working with Casey, and that he had great communication skills, THAT HE HAD COMMUNICATION WITH HIM EVEN AFTER HIS WORKING HOURS ON THIS LOAD. I was very surprised to hear it from him, so I thought this deserves to be heard by the Agent 1st, but not only that, his supervisors also needed to know they have a GREAT employee. I didnt want this to go unnoticed. Please congratulate on our behalf.

Terrible, our driver did everything correct for the collection of detention and he still havent receive the detention. email after email email after email and no answer. Emily Bounthisane was the broker contact. not sure if you guys know the necessity of drivers. This is not a good customer service at all.

The broker his name Jacob Deloera.Way to talk very rude and without any reason cancel Load.I told him my truck on the way.He just 10 miles away from place and my truck on time to pickup the load.But He didnt listen what I am saying.I request him please don’t cancel load.If broker cancel load then after very hard to find load on the spot.He said sorry and hang up the phone.Don’t work with them.They are not respect the carrier fleet.

Never deal with them, booked a load with Dakota Crowe, and after 1 hrs he telling me that he made decision to put another carrier on this load.

They dont know we run by ELD and for reason we need DETENTION and LAYOVER. Once we crank the truck, our jobs starts and we need to get paid.3. If on the rate its 42,6k pounds and they load you with 45,6k pounds, thats not a problem for them. They dont care about this DETAIL.3. If you have a delivery appointment and you lose it because they didnt load you in time, you are responsible for that! You will sit for FREE until next appointment is available.

Do not book any loads with this company especially Jesse Lewis or Adam Jahner. Booked a load dispatched my truck and does not want to pay a tonu after he told me i need to roll fast because it is a hot shipment. Totally ruined my drivers weekend at 5:30pm on friday

Bad bad, this company is one of the worse companies, Do not do business with them unless you have to, they dont pay detention or layover, they always set load with apointments, beucase if you miss it they can keep you waiting all day to load the truck and that way you will miss the delivery apointment...,

The owner Albert is a professional scam artist who needs to be out of business as soon as possible. Its very easy for us to all work together and put this company out of business, do not allow them to use your trucks. Arpco has decided not to pay our drivers idle time and layover. Truckers support the industry do not book! Stay Away!

ERIC WEER AND ASHLEY Hanson booked a truck driver excepted tracking then , they pulled the load from under the driver without issuing a truck order no use . ran 1 load with them previously same load delivered with no issues. Ashley must have trust issues and bring it to the office but my drivers not free when i get Truck order no use !!! I will remove the comments

We provided this broker Trucking service from the port of Miami to only be burned and not get paid. This company needs to be put out of business by the trucking community not allowing them to book your trucks. It’s a very simple solution truckers do not use this broker unless you want to work for free and take a loss. On another note their employees are not trained properly they have no idea about how ports work and will ask the trucker to sign paperwork with piece counts on a sealed container load. Truckers we all work too hard to pay out drivers and maintain our equipment, do not allow this company to burn you. STAY FAR AWAY. BTW the 5 star reviews is an effort to hide real negative reviews it’s a company playingGames. Their credit is no good!

We are a trucking company out of Houston. I have worked very closely with ARPCO for the last 3 years, and have nothing but good things to say about their entire staff. David Joseph and Matt Mayberry go above and beyond with every work order we handle for them. They communicate all information in a timely manner, so we can keep the wheels turning. They pay all of their invoices on time. Any discrepancies in billing, they bring it up to us immediately, so we can get paid. Partnership has been great for us, and we hope to continue this partnership for years to come.

7 Santini Brothers Trucking has done an extensive amount of business together with Arpco Transport Services. All of our dealings with them have been very professional and error free.We have worked with Matt Mayberry and David Joseph, and find them to be very receptive to our needs and concerns and always available when we call. They have been quick to resolve issues with the shippers and get our trucks moving.To date we have had zero billing issues and our payments are always timely, or paid a few days ahead of time. Great people to do business with if you have the opportunity. One of the few brokers you can actually trust.

Truckers be aware, the owner Albert is a COMPLETE SCAM artist. Do not work with this broker, do not answer this brokers emails, they are not paying $2,000 + in detention even though we have clean and signed bill of ladings. Drivers waited in Orlando from 8 am to 9 pm, did 2 loads from Miami to Orlando, 2 drivers had to rent hotels and stay overnight due to ELD Mandate. This broker doesnt want to pay the drivers layover or all his hours. This company needs to close. Lets all support each other by not working with this broker and putting them out of business ASAPBtw all the positive reviews posted on the same day I posted is an attempt to hide my valid review. This company is a complete scam.

Never Use this Broker unless You have no choice. they trying to make money they didnt work for.I have been in business for some years now, work with some of the biggest brokers this is the first time i am going through this. they change the rate after receiving the BOL.ARPCO aint worth a DIME.

Truckers stay away from this broker. They do not pay detention or layover fees. We have removed them from any access to our app! We also have reported them with the DOT and Load boards. This company cannot be trusted. You will be burned.

Manager called me amd fixed the issue with TONU. I am glad that they took care of the issue as a company. They should however instruct their dispatch people better and to respect their carriers to mitigate this issues happening ever again.WORST COMPANY EVER...... NO DETENTION AFTER 4 HOURS. CANCELLED LOAD, NO TONU.....

Waiting to see how a detention, redelivery load is going to come financially out I will update this review when we can finally offload after having a receiver derailed an appt time and we are back 3 days later same appt time and currently being derailed again for an appt time in Grays Court SC. ***Update, communication with Arpco was on point. Although the situation was frustrating, they dealt with me head on. I was paid a little less than expected but certainly in the fair range. Now if youre reading this dont ever go to ZF Transmissions in Grays Court SC, but know that as a brokerage they really do go to bat for their carriers when necessary and understand that we have families to feed as everyone does, they are trustworthy in my book~

Dont waste time! They are crooks! They screw you on the load, promise you a TONU and come back 4 days later making up lies and excuses to justify why they wont issue you a TONU!! If you own a trucking company, ARPCO is one of those brokers you use that will cause your company drivers to quit on you!!!!Stay away from them!
