I bought a pair of earrings for Valentines Day. And it was missing some crystals, they were slightly bent. So I went back the next day to see what they can do for me and they exchange them for another pair no questions asked.I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I dont make a ton of money so spending something like this is huge and to fix the problem like this is awesome.
