Fantastic Internet service! We never thought that we could get pings of 5 in the country or 100 mbps download speeds (true speeds, not up to). Absolutely amazing!

Definitely the fastest and most reliable Internet (so far) in Wise County. We live a few miles south of Decatur and have struggled for 20 years with different Internet providers, ranging from CenturyLink to a number of now-defunct fixed-point wireless companies. We are signed up for Elon Musks Starlink service, but will probably not even bother now that we have such low pings + fast upload/download speeds.

I have been a DSL and fixed-point wireless Internet user for over 15 years in Wise County (south of Decatur), and have FINALLY found the perfect provider. I am experiencing single-digit pings for the first time in my life and real 100 mbps download speeds (10 mbps upload is not too bad either). Installation and monthly pricing are both super reasonable and I was up and running in just a few days after contacting them in response to a recent postcard advertisement. Best junk mail ever!
