I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered chairs from Target and they used EFW as the shipping company. Original delivery date was supposed to be 8/9. They werent delivered. When I checked the tracking, it showed that they arrived at the hub in the destination city on 8/5. It is now 8/17 and still no delivery. I have contacted them 3 times in the last 8 days. Each time Im told it will be escalated, but there has still been no progress. I contacted them today and was told my shipment hasnt even been transferred to dispatch for delivery, and they cant tell me when it will be sent to dispatch, so they dont know when it will be delivered. My shipment has now been sitting on their dock, 30 minutes from my house, for 12 days. I asked if I could come pick it up and was told no. So I cant pick it up, but they cant tell me when it will be delivered? This is a service that I paid for!!! I also contacted Target and they werent any help either. They just said they can cancel the order and issue a refund if I want. I dont want a refund, I want my order! This has been the worst customer service, most frustrating experience. Frankly it makes me not want to order from Target, or any other company that uses EFW, ever again.

Worst shipping company I have ever had to deal with. Makes USPS look like heaven. They are non-responsive, their tracking is HORRIBLE, and you cannot speak to a live person. The only option is a chat function on their tracking site where they just reiterate the same thing every time you try to get resolution. My item has been in the destination city for 12 days now with zero contact or updates to delivery. Now Im told for the second time that they will escalate the issue. I was told the same thing middle of last week. Im not hopeful. The last time I was forced to use this company, a very expensive item was left at a model home on a busy street with no notification and nobody to receive. Why Target continues to use as a shipping partner, I will never know.

Hi there -My parents ordered a truck from walmart about 6 weeks ago, it was supposed to arrive a month ago (it never came), I called EFW 100 times, no reply, online chat doesnt work, instagram and facebook were also not helpful. I decided to give it one more shot, I told walmart to cancel the old order and place the order again, guess what? still cant schedule a delivery - no one will answer me. Is this your service? This is disgusting that I cant get any help. I dont expect anyone to reply to this either. **folks, its bad luck if EFW has been assigned to deliver your items** You will likely not receive.

Ordered an elliptical from horizon. Said this company would contact me to set up a delivery time, 9-5 M-F. They did, unexpectedly texted me and tried to deliver the next day when I was working. I said no, that wont work, may I please reschedule. They gave me one option, 5 days later, when they would be in my area. In between the hours of 12-4. Fine. I moved all my appts at work to 9am-12pm. This first text was Thursday last week. From Noelle. Pam texted me yesterday and asked me to confirm that I would be ok with it being delivered between 9am-12. Ummm, no. 12-4 is what I agreed to, planned on, and moved several appts on my work schedule to accommodate them. Lady named Pam texted me and apologized that due to cancellations, the ETA of my delivery was 11am tomorrow. I texted back that I will not be home to accept delivery because I moved ALL my work appointments to the morning to accommodate THEM. I texted back you cant deliver it at noon or anytime later?. Like you originally agreed to? no text back. Called the 800 number. Waited 20 minutes to talk to a person. He said my item is indeed scheduled to arrive between 12-4 tomorrow. I read him all the texts I have received. He said they schedule their own appointments. He sent them a message to call me. Still awaiting that call. 7 hours later. I totally understand that it may take awhile for shipping. If you need me to sit at home from 9-5, thats fine. Dont tell me 12-4, or 9-12, and then I adjust my schedule for that. Terrible communication. When you gonna call me back? Still waiting.

On time, courteous delivery person. However due to the weight of the item the box had a big hole. I suggest two men for heavy items.

This arrived quicker than my order anticipated which made us very happy that happened. The communication of delivery was great. On top of all of this, the driver was absolutely outstanding. I was at my office due to meetings that I couldnt leave. The driver was respectful of our neighborhood and my wife. He did his job above and beyond, as well as timely. My wife said the gentleman was one of the most respectful delivery drivers we have ever deliver a ltl load. She felt completely comfortable and that he took care of our load with the utmost care. He does a great job for you guys and should be recognized.

The two staff delivering my couch were wonderful! They practiced safe social distancing and were great with the drop off. We had a very nice, brief conversation. They were great.

Lack of communication, confusing communication (multiple different emails stating different days and times for delivery date), do not give enough notice (less than 24 hours) notifying that your item will arrive and someone needs to be home to sign for, which I did not have to sign for anything. You will be on hold for greater than 30 min while waiting for customer service. Staff is rude and hangs up on you. Asked for a call 30 min before delivery, no call and just showed up. When asked about calling, said oh they were just in the neighborhood. Would not recommend! When asked to speak to someone higher up regarding experience, was hung up on. I sent an email. Got a response 7 days later with a sorry (no phone call and appeared computer generated). Oh also item was damaged (not sure if it was them or from Walmart where item was ordered from).

The men who delivered and assembled my tread where amazing. They were kind, respectful, efficient and amazing with my son who was very curious with the assembly. I’d highly recommend this company.

The delivery team (the coordinator (Vikas) and the delivery person (I forgot to get his name)) were exceptional and kept me apprised of when the treadmill would be getting to us. Even though he ran late, he alerted me via text that the delivery man would be there indefinitely within the next half hour. The delivery man also helped my brother and dad bring the treadmill down our basement stairs and into our basement. What a wonderful gentleman!! Thank you EFW so much for having such care and patience with us and our last minute mind changing.

Eddie the driver was of great assistance in helping me unload the large delivery which was an almost 700 lbs basketball goal set ordered from Academy Sporting Goods. Eddie was able to back his truck up my sloped driveway and place the end of the truck as close to my garage as possible. We unloaded the very heavy equipment and stored it in my garage where it will stay until I actually have concrete poured and Im able to erect the hoop. Thanks again to EFW and Eddie for the great service.

The two delivery guys were very friendly and efficient. They called when they were on their way and they were well in the estimated window. I was very happy with my delivery.

I ordered a treadmill from Horizon. It was shipped and arrived at the EFW warehouse on 3/18/2021. I have not received a call to set up delivery. I tried to do so online and I am not able too. I have emailed both emails for EFW on 3/22/2021 and i have still had no response. I called Horizon who also emailed EFW to contact me for delivery and no response. For far this has been horrible service. When I try to call their phone number no one answers and their automated system just goes in a loop. This is sad because this is not a shipping company I picked, shipping was set up by Horizon. I will never choose to use EFW after this experience and I just hope they eventually decide to call me to deliver my treadmill since I will be bill by Horizon wether I get the treadmill or not. Bad service so far. I would go 0 stars but I had to chose 1 start to leave this review.

The delivery driver was amazing! It must have been 95 degrees out and he was super pleasant. He called me about a half hour before arriving and called me again when he was on my street. He was all alone but managed this 190 lb package like a true professional. The best delivery experience of this kind I have ever had, thank you!

Used this company for a Target nursery glider delivery. My driver was delightful! He was very friendly, helpful and respectful and maintained social distancing. Seeing as I’m pregnant, I really appreciated that. I signed up for text updates on my shipping, which was easy to do, accurate, and kept me up to date on where my order was. Overall great experience.

I ordered a treadmill and it was delivered on the scheduled day and time. The box was quite beat up because it was not strapped to a pallet. Surprisingly - the treadmill was not damaged. I would have appreciated the driver to at least ring my door bell to tell me he dropped it off. I didnt know it was delivered until I went outside at night to find it sitting in front of my garage.

On a $2000 sale appt was set up a day later they decided to try and deliver when ever they felt .Valerie is customer service is horrible unprofessional and rude 😒 Yall need to reevaluated customer service and what it means to you as a company anything to do with yall customers beware

Weve had two appointments to have this delivered. Someone has stayed home both times. They claim an attempt was made but yet no delivery ever came to our home. The second I wasnt even notified that there was a glitch at the warehouse. The person emailing me back just said once again we are sorry.Edit* third appointment today Dec 24. The driver just drove past us. The person pretending to be a supervisor could only tell me that dispatch was closed at noon, but yet they still had deliveries. My grandson now will not get his Christmas present. Very unprofessional. If you order from Walmart are any where else make sure they dont use this company.

Not only will they damage your shipment but they will also not bother to come pick it up when scheduled so you can’t get your refund

The delivery guy, even though he didn’t have to, helped me get my 270 lbs treadmill in my condo building. Was a great human being and I could just tell he was a great person. I appreciated his atmosphere, helpfulness, and kindness. He was also early on the delivery time, which was awesome!

Box damaged. Told that it comes “as is”. After driver left I found damage. I’m sure the company I bought it from has quality control standards so I think it is on the trucking company. No one accepts responsibility for their actions anymore.

Update: I emailed them 12/28 as the owner requested. I got back an email saying someone is looking into it. Its 1/2 and I still dont know where is my shipment, no one has told me anything yet.Absolutely awful. My package arrived to their location on 12/16. The automated system gave me the option to schedule between 20th and 28th. I said 20th, the system heard 28th. I called to fix it, after a long hold the lady said she couldnt get a hold of the dispatch/logistic team. I will be contacted by then in 24 hours. 48 hours later I called, after a hold again now the gentleman said there is an issue with my shipment I will be contacted 23rd and dont expect it to come before 28th. Its now the 28th I havent heard anything. I called and the system said it would be delivered Monday January 1st!! The closest Monday January 1st is in 2024. January 1st 2021 is on a Friday. I tried to get to a representative and after 30 minutes on hold I gave up. If the package is in the DFW, tell me where and Ill come get the darned thing.

At first we received 2 of the 3 boxes ordered. After contacting customer service they were very helpful in locating the 3rd box and we received it the next day. The woman from customer service we initially spoke to even followed up the next day to see if we received our package.

Worst Customer Service experience I’ve ever had. Delivery is already 5 days late. Have not received one notification about my order being delayed or any correspondence whatsoever.I finally got somebody on the phone today and they have no idea why it’s late. Asked if they could expedite the order and they would have to get that approved and That would probably be a few days to hear back on that. I would be very embarrassed if I was the company that hired this freight service.Lesson learned...ask what freight service is used when placing future orders! I guess we just wait and see if it actually comes now.

I called after my chair was not delivered and Target changed my delivery to the following week. I spoke to an extremely nice gentleman who was kind, reassuring that they had my chair and would actually deliver it the following day to my business and between my business hours! The delivery man was helpful in bringing the chair inside and the package was in excellent condition. As a business owner I VALUE customer service and it was the best! I notice things like how clean the truck, delivery man and my package was - they care!

Despite a small unforeseeable mishap upon the first delivery atrempt the driver was here within the time I was given. I ordered a king size headboard. The outside of the box was a bit damaged and I was quite worried that there would be some damage to the headboard. However, the item was packaged extremely well, with multiple layers of styrofoam, cardboard on each edge of the headboard, and a sleeve over the entire thing. There was absolutely no damage and it arrived in perfect condition! I am extremely happy with this shipping experience, thank you so much for treating my item as if it were your own!

This is the absolute worst shipping company I have EVER dealt with. This company picked up 3 chairs from my house on June 16th to ship from Arlington, TX to Waco, TX to return for Walmart. This return was requested by Walmart... all the company had to do was drop the chairs off st the FedEx location. I have been waiting on a refund for these chairs for FORTY ONE DAYS because I could not receive my refund until this company dropped the chairs off at FedEx... they held on to these chairs for nearly FORTY days.... and the chairs were only traveling a total of 100 miles from my home to their final destination... barely out of the DFW metroplex. Walmart called them multiple times and was told that the chairs would be going to FedEx on different dates, yet the continued to fail to deliver them to FedEx time and time again. Absolutely worthless.

I ordered a patio chair from Target and realized EFW was delivering it. I immediately googled because I had never heard of them. The reviews were terrible and I was thinking “lovely, here we go”.I was actually pleasantly surprised. The order status said it was in Dallas (very close to me) and that it would be delivered the following week. I’m pretty impatient so I called and asked for an earlier delivery date. They were VERY accommodating and delivered it the next day. It was delivered a few hours after the window they gave me, but I didn’t mind considering it was a full week earlier than Target promised it. All in all, I was happy with the experience and customer service.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Never thought I would ever get my delivery. Every time I talked with someone there was a different story, a different lie. When I finally did get my delivery it was only 1 of 4 boxes. Back to calling... I will never buy from a company in the future that uses this delivery company. The only positive was the guys that finally brought my items were very nice and went out of there way the next day to bring the rest of my boxes when I was told by someone else that they couldnt be delivered. Come to find out these guys didnt even work for the company, they were just helping out. That makes sense since they were actually honest and dependable.
