I use Sunbelt rentals for all my rental needs. I run a small landscaping company, and any tools I need that I don’t have, they have. Their equipment runs great with no issues. When any issues have arisen(bound to happen with my luck) they are quick to fix it, and get me back to work again. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Hands down best rental company in Southlake and Grapevine.

They are the best! They were so helpful their response time was amazing and I thought I had a problem with one of the machines and they were out there with in the afternoon. Truly grateful!

My experience was easy and hassle free. I rented a small wood chipper/mulcher for a day. The chipper worked great, the pickup and drop off processes were smooth, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Sunbelt Rentals has any kind of construction equipment you can imagine. I have rented from them for many years. They always go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Equipment that they rent is always in excellent condition. If something does give problems they switch it out immediately and try to make it as little of an inconvenience as I can.

Too slow to get in and out. Too much red tape. Have a sales rep and acct for 10 years still treated like a thief. Sign print date, blah blah blah takes an hour to get in get out. And dont wait for someone to ask, get out and go find the employee. If you dont they will assume you are there for the sport of it.

I rented a bobcat for the weekend on a Friday afternoon. After they loaded it on the trailer, the operator/loader took the key with him. I missed out on a full day of my rental because of it. I also got charged extra because I couldnt complete my project until Monday morning. No bueno.

Good value on rental equipment

Went to pre pay for a rental and they managed to change the time of the reservation leading to a full day on the phone and a delivery at night
