I have been working with the Company for over a year and have only been out of work for 4 days. The pay is great. All the employees are awesome at their jobs and has not yet failed to provide positive feedback. If someone is looking for work, I constantly refer them to the company and will continue to do so.

It is unusual to find a staffing agency that specializes in your own career field but that is what you get with FlexTech if your experience is related to low voltage electronic systems and/or electrical power. They have plenty of contacts in the industry, they diligently try to place you with a company that fits both your and the employers needs, and they are proficient and professional. I worked primarily with Rudy Soto who is a pleasure to work with and he always got back to me promptly if I had a question or need. Highly recommended.

I don’t know how they are as a temp agency but we got a beautiful Christmas card from them. We are a Life Safety Company in Kennesaw Ga who does fire alarm installation, low voltage, IT and more. I had a chance to speak to Melissa who was quite delightful on the phone.

Great staff thats in touch weekly with there employees.I was kept busy even if assignments ran out. Great place to start working asap with benefits and paid time off after grace period.

Maria is a total scam hires undocumented people with absolutely no experience. This person needs to be fired this position is not for her very childish and unprofessional & takes work to personal with her life. Hope osha looks into this and makes big improvements.

Please. Just stay away from this company. They do not have any Job. Their drug test is a pure scam. I am really scared because i gave them my Social security. They might use it to have benefits from government. Please just stay away from them. I have already fail victim of their schemes, please dont do the same mistake. Signed up with flex Tech in late January didnt go to work with them at that time wanted to go through all these classes jump through all these hoops and everything of the such come in today jump through more hoops just to be told that Im not able to work for them because I do not have a valid drivers license I just come off the road as a superintendent building hotels historical and I wont put me to work with the valid i d that goes to show you what kind of people are these are wasted an hour and a half of my time this morning just to be told her boss man drew a line in the sand cant put nobody to work without a valid drivers license but yeah I can drive over here in my 2010 Dodge Pickup 4 door

Completed and successfully worked with four different companies then comes one negative review from the last company I was assigned and they completely cut ties with me with little to no communication. They will attempt to boost you up with false hopes of getting full time employment with companies but thats just a tactic for them to get the most work out of you for the least amount of money. I recommended them as a short term solution.Update to Response: Clearly ?? If youre taking shots in the dark trying to guess who I am then CLEARLY this happens at a regular basis at Flex Tech. Ive given this company years of hard quality work only to be given the cold shoulder when I really needed them the most. I could understand if they given me a call in an attempt to get my side of the story but unfortunately Flex Tech CLEARLY uses their work force like a match book, burning thru employee with complete disregard to livelihoods or potential.As for the poor guy with pink eye I hope TWC approves his workers comp.Update 2020: I’m thriving , I’m the telecom director for a top DFW fiber company. The worst job hiring place ever they pick and choose who they wanna give jobs too havnt received not one phone call from them and it has been four days i called them for three days seeing if thei where any openings they kept lying saying nothings available when i have a friend say skills as me got a job the next day.They never have anyone in the system but they drug test you when you come fill out the application.
