I had been trying for several months to get our family photos off of a Mac Airport/Time Capsule that I had been using as a hard drive to store the large photo library. I dont know why it failed, but everything I tried ended with more frustration. I took it to someone local and that didnt work so I reached out to Secure Data Recovery. I was a bit skeptical and afraid to mail off my hard drive full of all of our photos, but I didnt have any other options and the company had good reviews. My data recovery specialist was Anna Kazakovtseva. She was able to answer all of my questions and give me advice about what hard drives to use and what recovery plan I needed. In the end the process was smooth. The initial price was high, but they were able to help me out and came down a good bit. It was worth and I would recommend them and use them again for any data recovery needs. Hopefully I wont need to. I got about 97% of my data back, which was great! Thanks Anna!

I sent a failed hard drive into SDR Services so I could hopefully get the personal data I had on their recovered. I was immediately assigned a point of contact, Eric Dvorin, who outlined the whole process and gave me price options in regards to how fast I wanted it back. The slow part in this whole process was me as it took me a few days to decide what I wanted to do as the process is not cheap. I made my decision and immediately got an update from them on the status of the recovery. Eric was great at keeping me updated, and was always very responsive in answering any questions I had. While they did not get 100% of the data recovered, they did get well over 98% of it back, which I was more than happy with. They quickly returned the material to me, only for the backup drive I had sent them along with the failed one, failed as well. So I contacted Eric and he responded on a Saturday and said they could send me a new one. They quickly sent me another copy on an extremely nice secure drive. While it did cost me to get the new copy and drive, it was well worth it to me as the new drive is really phenomenal - much better than the one I sent them. Overall I am extremely happy with them, and especially with Eric. Hell take great care of you, and is super responsive. My hats off to all of them, but especially to Eric!!
