They are very fast. Will have you in and out in no time. Once I checked in with shipping and receiving and backed up to the dock it took them no less than 30 to load.

Driver yelled at me and left my package on my side walk. I called customer service they were so nice sent the driver back. After I explained I lived with my elderly parents and asked if they driver could put in my garage (where I left a tip). Driver came back and put the package in front of my garage and left. Frontline and dispatch told me nothing they can do. See if a neighbor can move it. So it’s blocking my car and I can’t move it and it’s going to rain tonight. BBB is my next call.

Got there to deliver a load the night before. It has plenty of parking. Went to check in 40 min before my (7:20am) appointment and got a door right away. they had me out of there in 25 min.

Its the they treat their employees, i rather flip hamburgers than work there after seeing how they treat theolder people that did work there ..
