They came to my rescue after another company was three hours late! I made an initial call to them on a Thursday afternoon to have my hardwood floors clean for a special event. Within an hour a technician was at my home to review my floors and test the stripping chemicals for waxed build up. An Estimate and a schedule date was made for Saturday. On Saturday two professional and knowledgeable technicians arrived on time. All our questions was answered and they gave an explanation of the process of how they would proceed cleaning the floors. My floors look fantastic! We Will definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

I came home from a vacation and found a few pet accidents throughout my house. I called ChemDry and spoke to Paola. ChemDry came out on a SUNDAY (Normally closed) and removed all of the pet stains! Family owned and operated. Very thankful I found them!

Chemdry is great! They removed a coffee stain on the carpet, 2 pet stains, sanitized and treated all already of the house. They aren’t the cheapest, but they are definitely worth the money. The carpet is dry within an hour. That’s the best part. With others, it takes 2 days to be completely dry! Will definitely use again.

Paola and her crew arrived on time to clean my upholstered bench that had become stained. She had a great plan to clean the bench and took red lipstick stain out of my silk spread for the guest bedroom. She was kind and responsive and her assistant did a great job of cleaning the stain.

Paola talked to me on the phone for consult before arriving to my home. I asked for a price breakdown, and once I sent her photos of the rooms she was able to give an approximate amount. We had the carpet in all rooms done and a large recliner. Unfortunately to clean everything and add the 10X10 Sectional couch was going to be too much so we ommited the couch, however when they came they were able to spot treat small areas on the lower couch for an additional affordable price. She was honest, up front, and straight forward. Throw in the friendly customer service and it results in a perfect review on Customer Service alone. BTW, the house doesnt smell like a large dog den anymore. Thanks!

Paola from Chem-Dry was very responsive and we chatted via text to set up my appointment. On appointment day, I received a text when she was on the way. After the equipment was set up, I ran out for an errand and when I came back, the house smelled so clean.The technician took extra care to clean my rug by hand with the wand instead of the big machine and she explained everything she did.My 15 year old rug, that has never been cleaned, looks fantastic. I got great value, quality and a service I HIGHLY recommend.
