We had a good time here. The guy at the dock when we returned was a little brash with us because he wasn’t on the same page as the guy who checked us in originally and he thought we were supposed to have returned earlier. He probably could have done a better job of checking rather than immediately coming at me hot about being late only to have to apologize later. Other than that the other employees were kind and the boats were good for a good price. We had fun. We would go back.

We rented a Pontoon for 5 Hours for 9 people and also rented a tube pull behind. The people were nice and treated us well.The whole day was perfect the only problem we had was there were so many spiders coming out of who knows where while on the Pontoon. Dropping from the canopy onto us. Walking across the floors and seats. I got bit on my ankle. They need to bug spray these pontoons and boats regularly. That was an experience I would not like to go through again.

Bad experience with jet ski rentals. Gave us cheap jet skis that were useless and when needed to get assistance to have them towed back to the dock due to them not working effectively was charged an excessive fee... dont rent jet skis from there, they will set you up for failure. Horrible customer service btw as well too

This was a very fun place to come to, unfortunately I came here on the day I had to fly out so I didnt get to fully enjoy being here. Overall I spent about three hours here and I was surprised since I had rushed through most of the exhibits. Its a great place to bring your children and let them learn. My favorite part was the aquarium and the earthquake simulator. But there are also exhibits on earth and its wildlife, astronomy, anthropology and geology. Very fun and very educational.

Rented a jet ski and got to the dock 5 minutes late and they charged us $150. The most hostile employees Ive ever met. Brittany was so rude and disrespectful. Worst customer service ever. Rent from someone else, this place is not worth it

We had a great time on the lake thanks to Sams Dock. Everyone on staff was super helpful; and took time to answer all of our questions and concerns. This was my first time renting a ski boat, and it couldnt have gone better. Our boat was in good working order, with a few minor items like the trim gauge and depth finder not in working order; but we really didnt need them. My advice: definitely show up 30 minutes early, and make sure youve completed all of your paperwork ahead of time so you can get to the fun faster.

WORST COSTUMER EXPERIENCE EVER. Front desk should never be allowed to work there. Came 10 minutes late and they charged me for another 2 hours. Never going to rent from here again and i suggest people should watch out coming here

Shoutout to employee Vincent. The overflow parking area was very muddy after a heavy rain and my truck got stuck. Vincent came over to help, and we got it out. It took a long time and a lot of effort, but Vincent had a great attitude the entire time. He deserves some well-earned recognition!

I called to get some information and spoke to rep Taylor, I have not been on the boat yet for the experience but Taylor was not very pleasant and spoke to me with attitude the whole conversation. It’s very unfortunate because now I’m not feeling so good about my future experience.

This place was awesome. My husband and I went for our anniversary and we had a blast. We rented the Craigcat. Parker helped us and he was amazing. Very friendly staff and they answer any questions you may have. Great for family and even a romantic moment. The craigcat is great for couples. We will definitely be back soon.
