First time there; the place was very clean and nice. Staff was very friendly. Lauren was the one cutting my hair. She was very professional, very pleasant and very delightful to speak with. She took her time to cut my hair and she cut it the exact way I wanted. Thank you Lauren.

I went here because of the good reviews. They were very accurate. Alexis did a great job, she really knew what she was doing. Ive been to Main St. Barber 3 times and couldnt find a barber who was as skilled as Alexis. This is going to be my new pace for cuts. 10 out of 10

Hard to find the route but the place and people are good. Very clean and organised. Not too rush unlike other places.

I went in for a haircut and this very nice stylist greeted me right away, Emily checked me in and took care of me as soon as i walked in. the customer service was tip top and I was very happy with my haircut and the professionalism of the employees. I love the fact that I can get a good haircut in a timely manner and not miss any of the sports game i was watching when I left the house. I can check in online and Emily will be ready for me when I get there. they send you a text when your stylist will be ready within 15 minutes. So if I have to leave to run a errand, I will know its time to get back to the store for my cut and beard trim. Its also nice that I can come in every 2 weeks and get my neck line cleaned up for free anytime. So i look sharp all the time for my sales job.

I just moved to town in December and have been to this location a few times already. The Manager, Mariah, (hope I spelled it right) has cut my hair each time and has been very professional, and friendly. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’ve only had one or should I say two bad experiences there. First was a older lady that just straight jacked up my beard. Uneven ,had to shave it all off when I got home that day. This was over a year ago, went back there a month or so ago , the lady did not seem to understand what I was wanting. I just wanted the sides shaved on a number 3 setting and trim the rest to make it even. To grow it out. We barely got threw the explanation of the shaving portion.This Being said,I have had plenty of good experiences as well. My advice to everyone would be hope you get a good stylist and stick with him or her.I never complained about the bad experiences ,not to management or corporate. I didn’t want anyone loosing their job over me.I’ll go back, I’ve learned of this person isn’t working.. better to wait.Adam olsen

I walked with a the no waiting sign lite up in and before I finished signing I had an hour wait and 2 of 3 the stylist were not working when I signed in. I understand online sign in but one else showed up for 5 min after I walked in.

Staff friendly and helpful. But like many salons they want you to register for their loyalty system. No way. Not doing that. But if your phone number not in their system, its a hassle. They need alternative checkin option for non loyalty members.

I was offered a complimentary water while i waited which i hadnt heard of a place doing that before. was my stylist and she did a great job, it was a very relaxing experience! I rescheduled again with her in a month and will be coming here from now on.

I would give a 5 any other day I go to this sports clips but when I went in today I was taken care by someone i had never seen before. Maybe she was fresh out of school so it isnt entirely her faughlt but my hair has looked the worse it ever has in awhile. Hope next time I go in it looks great like it has before.

Have been coming here now for about a year plus. Usually the quality is consistent, but there have been a couple of issues. However the management is top notch, they always reach out anytime there’s anything weird that happens, and most of the time everything is great.

Pretty fast if youre using the app to check in and Ive never left with a bad haircut 👍

Ive taken my son there multiple times to get a haircut and I always have to take him back to fix it. Nobody up there seems to be able to fade a haircut. They charge way too much for a kids haircut and they cant even cut it correctly. I posted pics on yelp if you want to how bad they do.

Came in today for a hair cut.Checked in like I always do an waited patiently for 30 min.During this time every one was seen, including walk-ins.Finally looked at their board to see when I would be next. Instead of being next in cue.I show an additional 49 min added to my wait.Front counter said it was a mistake and I would have to wait.If youre needing a cut and have ALL day.This is your place.Never going back. Lost a long time client.

Lady cut my 5 year olds hair and when we told her what we wanted she told us we should do something else and then we asked her to edge up his hair in the front she said ok but when she was done she said she cut off all his hairs so he didn’t have to get it edged up.......we are highly upset. We are never going back. She originally asked another lady to edge up my son and the lady said yes so I’m even more confused why she just cut it all off

I stop taking my son to our old barber because I must say these barbers at Sport Clips know how to cut good hair and give a great service. I am never disappointed when Rodney, Amber, or Mary cut my sons hair. The service is always consistent.

Wonderful place, I have been cutting my sons hair for 16 years and am having a hip replacement surgery so Im unable to stand, so we took him in and Sarah take care of his hair and it looks absolutely wonderful

No ability to call ahead or make an appointment means you could be here a while. I would recommend putting your name on the list and then run errands in near by stores.

This place is horrible !!!! Recently took my son to get his haircut wanted a one on the sides faded and some off the top my son has curly hair and meant cut it with scissors she cut all my sons hair off and did a terrible job on his front lining (was horrible) my son was in tears and crying uncontrollably take in my mind hes 11 yrs old and had his curls for over 4yrs I do not recommend this place period very disappointed

Sports Clips has reworked the check in system. A person can check in on line to create a time window to get your hair cut instead of having to sign in at the store and maybe wait an hour or so to get a haircut.

Walked in and put my name down on the sign in list. Another gentleman did the same three minutes later at which point Amber came forward crossed out his name and took him back.I will never visit this establishment again.
