Had a pickup with them and the item was horribly misrepresented in the photo that was supplied. I was told go to one address got there and paid for my item which was a 25 minute process due to continual confusion of employees and customers. After finally paying I was told they were waiting to be told where the pickup address was. Once the pickup address was figured out I arrived at the address and was told they had no information about an auction. After 15 minutes of trying to contact someone at the auction I was told that it was at the storage near the address I was given. Once getting to the storage the item was at the back of a packed storage unit filled with large pieces of heavy furniture which we had to unpack ourselves which wouldnt have been an issue had I been given that information within the auction site. Bad overall experience. 2 hours to pay and to get the items out of the unit. Wish they had been able to tell me that on the phone the day before so I could have waited on getting a rented truck.

I backed out of the bidding because of the price. A few days after the auction closed Myers called and said the bidder backed out. I made the purchase and Myers handled the shipping to PA. It was one of the most painless transaction I have done long distance. Great people

The employees and owner were very nice but the way they go about pick ups needs to be seriously reevaluated. I won something that was a hell of a deal $1k worth of material for $80. This is the only reason It was worth driving 45 min away for, so I drove from Burleson to Irving. Once i get there Im told that my item was taken by someone else and they can refund my purchase. Its obvious that they dont care about the fact that i lost out on a great deal or the fact that i wasted my time and gas just to be refunded because the incompetence and apathy of the company. I was the second person there that had to be refunded due to this problem. I hope they figure out a system for pick up day where they can stop this problem. I know they may have not thought about this as a big issue since it doesnt effect them but it is a very frustrating situation to be in for customer who resells winnings for a relied on income.
