I had 3 large bags and the vehicle was the perfect size. The driver was congenial, on-time and knew exactly where we were going. It was an experience worth repeating. I will book with super shuttle again.

Absolutely terrible! We were scheduled for a pick up at 3:15pm and the driver showed up with a coffee at 4:11pm. We got in the van, ready to go and the driver strolled out and sat on the curb to sip his coffee. What?!? We were on a tight schedule and needed to be home by 5pm to pick up our dog from boarding. We called the company while waiting and were told that there was nothing they could do................ okay....... Dont have scheduled times if they dont mean anything. Overall, would not recommend. :)

This the easiest way to get to the airport. You tell them your flight number and airline and they tell you when they will pick you up so as to get you to your flight with time to spare. No fighting traffic, wrong turns, or arguing with my husband. Ive used SuperShuttle many times and always had a positive experience. Will definitely use again.

I had not used SuperShuttle in many years. I was surprised to see the app and loved being able to see the shuttle on a map as it traveled to the pickup point. The instructions that got me from baggage claim to the pickup location were great! On my return to the airport I accepted the wrong piece of luggage from the driver. The Contact Driver button on the app allowed me to quickly reach the driver and correct my mistake. And it was my mistake not the drivers. Wonderful! Watching the van on the map as he returned to my location was a great relief. Loved the service!!

This was my first time to try Super Shuttle from the airport to my destination. It was easy to do, with clear instructions. I told them where I was and they found me. I didnt have to walk all over the airport to get to my ride.The driver was safe, courteous, helpful and pleasant.I will be using Super Shuttle from now on instead of imposing on my friends who dont like to drive in big city traffic any more than I do. I also took a Super Shuttle back to the airport when I returned home. It was also a very good experience. I highly recommend Super Shuttle.

I know of the other ride-sharing companies with four letter names, but super shuttle drivers are professional and know their service. I use them exclusively and NEVER had any issues or problems. Use their app for everything and you wont be disappointed. I mostly travel from North Texas to the west. Great service, easy to use, and reasonable.

Scheduled a round trip service with super shuttle 3 weeks prior to a trip for a party of 7 online. The service does not inform you they only drop off at the airport, no airport pickup. The online service allows you to book round trip.Upon return, we were allowed to check in and received a confirmation. After waiting over 40 minutes, called and was informed no one can pick us up.Dispatch was extremely rude and stated “there’s nothing I can do because we don’t pickup from the airport. If I transfer you to a supervisor she’s going to tell you the same thing.” No one from super shuttle called to inform us no one would pick us up yet sent several confirmation text.Thanks to black car for being immediately available and beating super shuttle rates. They saved us from being stranded with three senior citizens in the cold at Dallas Love Field Airport.

Super affordable shared ride experience! Be prepared for long wait times, pick ups, and drop offs. It took me 2 hours from the time I landed at the Dallas airport to get to my destination (Sheraton Dallas Hotel), so be sure to block out some time to wait. But overall, Im satisfied with my shared ride, and it was extremely affordable!

Had the best experience with Super Shuttle. My flight was over an hour late but they continually tracked the flight and kept on touch with me via text. My ride was there waiting when I arrived. I am in a wheel chair and was greatful for a caring and competent driver who knew exactly how to work with my disabilities in an efficient manner. I will indefinitely use Super Shuttle for my transportation needs when I travel in the future. I give them 5 stars.

Take heed of the reviews you read here about Super Shuttle informing you they have no vehicles available to pick you up mere hours before your pick up time. It happened to us, even after we had received an email the day prior confirming or ride to DFW airport. They then called a couple of hours prior to our ride (very early in the morning) saying they have no vehicles! And the kicker is they still charged our card! After 2 requests for a refund on the website, not a peep from them. On the website, it even says that WE cancelled the ride! How can you trust a ride service if you never know if they will have vehicles and cancel at the last minute? If you like uncertainty and chaos on your trips, Super Shuttle is definitely the ride for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and make a reservation with a company that will guarantee their service.

The overall cost was reasonable, and the driver was friendly and gallant in getting my door and my luggage. The vehicle was clean and well taken care of, and he drove safely and got me to the airport, at my termiminal, in plenty of time. Very pleased with the service.

Just spoke with Super Shuttle twice trying to book arrangements for a family member coming into town. And they stated the reason I was having trouble was because they no longer service Dallas thus there would be no pick-up from DFW to Fort Worth. Nice..... SuperShuttle left us stranded at DFW airport at 1:30am in DFW - despite having made a reservation weeks in advance - and despite having received both a text and email confirmation from them the day of our arrival (with the correct flight information ~ 12:20am arrival time).Upon arrival at 12:20am, We checked in as directed, and we were sent a text that the driver would be contacting us shortly. After a 1/2 hour of waiting, when the driver did not respond, we called. We were then told, by the dispatcher that they had NO DRIVER to come get us, and that we would have to wait a few hours. REALLY???? They knew for 3 weeks that we had a 12:20am return flight. There were no changes, no surprises. We will never trust them again. DO NOT DEPEND ON SuperShuttle, find another way. ZERO STARS

We already made a prior reservation for 1 Am and they dispatched that shuttle to someone else. When Ahmed, the driver, arrived He refused to help carry and load our bags. Then he told us that he would call for another shuttle, started unloading our bags and left us in the middle of the terminal in the middle of the night. He was extremely rude and had the least bit of common curtesy. After calling the company for another shuttle, they told us that the next shuttle wasn’t available for another 2 hours. They said they were sorry and asked if we wanted a refund. I would never recommend the super shuttle company to anyone. They are unreliable and do not care about their customers.SuperShuttle contacted me via email and offered 20% discount on my future shuttle.They are horrible. Why would I give them my business after what they had done. They should take action against that Ahmed driver who was lazy and made excuse about his bad back.

I reserved, prepaid for super shuttle pick up at SFO airport but they never showed up. I tried calling them from the airport but nobody attended my phone call. I have requested a refund but again no response. Do yourself a favor and use other services.

For a family of five, SuperShuttle service provides the best value for your buck. The vans are clean and the drivers are good and helpful. They send timely notifications to keep customers informed, and arrive on time to pick up passengers. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Horrible service! We had a scheduled 5:15AM pickup & it was almost 7:00AM before our ride arrived. I was left standing in the median with my elderly mother, at the shared ride sign as instructed by dispatch. Then had to wait for another pickup & drop off before finally arriving at our destination. I did not tip the driver - he went ballistic, screaming & shouting. Dispatch blamed the driver, the driver blamed dispatch. Its been over 2 weeks & still have not spoken to a customer care representative regarding my complaint. SuperShuttle is not customer oriented & displays no concern or care for their customers. My advice - stay clear if you arent prepared for delays & frustrations. I posted 1 star, only because it wouldnt let me post zero!

Ive used SS several times without issue. However, I received a text after 5pm today regarding my shuttle pickup to the airport for tomorrow morning. I booked this shuttle several months ago. My flight is tomorrow morning at 8am. SS moved my pickup from 5:25am to 5 am and told me the next pick up time isnt available until 7am. I could not do a 5am pickup. All they could say is sorry and do you want a refund. Less than 24 hour notice to me but if you cancel you must give a 24 hour notice. This is absolutely ridiculous. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Great service! Shuttle was waiting on me when I arrived. The airport directional signage was lacking so I couldn’t figure out where I was supposed to be, but the driver called me which was very helpful! Van was nice and not crowded at all. I highly recommend this service!!

Ive used Supershuttle for years when traveling for business. It is especially helpful when catching an early flight. Takes the guess work out of what time do I need to get to the Airport. The drivers are always friendly and helpful as well.

I gave it a star because that the only way to get to comment but my wife and I had a 6am departure our pickup time was suppose to be 4:15, driver showed up at 4:30, so he has another pickup along the way in which he waited 10 to 15 minutes on these people. So he gets out and ring the doorbell, that shouldn’t be in their policy to do that.So long story short we miss our bag check and flight, so were on the standby list and it’s 5:19pm and still trying to get a flight. Weve missed our cruise out of Miami already but were still trying, at this point my wife and I just want to get away our anniversary is Monday and we’re just trying to vacation a little

Last month and this month were not great experiences. Except to wait for at least 45 minutes to over an hour for pick up from your return flight. Will not be using again.Both times on the ride to and from the airport, the drivers were excellent.

Ive always had a good experience with SuperShuttle. They make it easy to make a reservation, particularly on their app, let you know when theyre coming, arrive on time, take you where you need to go and are reasonably priced. I cant think of any reason not to give them 5 stars.

Good thing (for them) they get you to tip online in advance. They must know the service is so poor you won’t want to. I waited 40 minutes at the airport, the assigned vehicle was switched on me 3 times, the online tracker doesn’t recognize my confirmation number so I can’t see where it is and the dispatch just keeps telling me it’s going to be here in 5 minutes... no wait, this time it’s 10 minutes. Not happy. When I finally did get a vehicle, the driver was courteous and got me safely to my hotel. Now I need to adjust my return ride, given the poor service, and give myself a lot of extra time for the way back to the airport. The phone maze and hold times are as frustrating as waiting on a ride. I’ll see if I can change it online instead...

My wife flew to my work in Mississippi every three weeks from DFW. SS never had a problem and was always on time for pick up from our house in FW. However, they were always late up to an hour for airport pick up on return. Also they would not pick up from the airport after 8 P.M. No one ever answered the Dallas dispatch phone. No driver showed up 2 times including Saturday afternoon. She had to pay a taxi.

They never sent me a receipt and then I could not get anyone on the phone to request one. This made it impossible to document the ride for my expense report. I spend ~10 minutes on hold hearing about how important my call was to them before giving up. Their byzantine phone system gave no hold time estimates or callback options.The ride itself was great, but no cheaper than a taxi.

Atrocious service. In fact, no service at all. Shuttle booked almost a week before, confirmation received and yet no shuttle appears. Lots of lies about when we might expect a shuttle to arrive when we called them from the airport and a very kind offer to refund our money so that they can just forget about us and leave us to solve our own transportation issues when we stopped believing the lies. Worst airport shuttle Ive ever dealt with. Book with a professional company instead.

We were to be picked up on Sunday,July 7th between 3:45 and 4:00 AM. The week of I received an email informing me I had an upcoming trip. On Saturday night I got a confirmation that I would be picked up. I was getting ready on Sunday and decided at 3:00 I was going to check my texts just to make sure. There it was, a text left at 2:30 AM that we were not going to be picked up. I called and they didnt have a van available. What?? I scheduled this trip 2 months in advance. They didnt have a reason, just We dont have a van available. I had never used Uber before so I uploaded the app, and requested a ride. 9 minutes later, they were at my door. So, my advice, if you choose to use this company, have a back up plan. If you have to have a back plan, thats probably your clue not to use them.

We were stood up at D/FW Airport by Super Shuttle. After completing a 10 hour international flight we waited for almost two hours for a shuttle that never came. The pickup had been booked two weeks in advance. While we waited on the ghost shuttle, phone call after phone call to their office yielded shallow promises of your pick-up is right around the corner and will be there soon. Lies. Nothing but lies. This companys time has come and gone. You simply have much better options out there. My advice: use those options and dont waste your time with this pathetic outfit.

Booked a private trip for my family to Denton. After waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle I called and the best answer I could get was “maybe twenty minutes it’s a busy time” then why did I have to pay a deposit to reserve the shuttle? Horrible customer service

We played for a private ride from DFW on 5/18/19. Our flight was 3 hours late due to the terrible weather in Dallas that day. We let SS know where we were but when no car came we called and were told that we could not be picked up on the upper level outside the baggage claim. So we went to the lower level as instructed to do by SS. Still no car, so we called again. A van came about 20 minutes later and let us know that they didnt have enough cars for private rides and said we could take a shared ride. However that van was going to downton Dallas and we needed to go to Garland and we would not be able to be the first stop. We declined that ride as we didnt want to spend hours driving downtown and back. After waiting an hour and a half we finally got a private ride with a driver named Ben. Ben was a really nice guy. So sorry we were so tired and irritated by then. Took us over 2 hours to get home. This is the exact reason we pay more for the private ride. What a joke. Will probably take a cab the next trip.

Update: I finally heard back and they will process a refund.Made a reservation 2 weeks ahead of time to be picked of from airport and driven directly to my destination. I gave the time I was landing and flight number. Figured they could work out the timing so i would wait more than 15 minutes. Paid in full. I call to get picked up the day I arrived and they there is no ride available and they will cancel the reservation and provide a full refund. Whats the point of scheduling. I called a Lyft and got picked up in 5 minutes and it was cheaper. Still waiting for refund.

Great experience using Super Shuttle from Dallas Fortworth Airport. The driver was smiling and very friendly. After a very short wait, we were at our hotel very quickly and very safe. I highly recommending Super Shuttle.

We used Super Shuttle for both drop off and pick up at DFW airport. The service we received when they picked us up was great. They were on time and we made it to the airport no problem. Now when we arrived back into dfw is where we had problems. We landed at 7pm and got confirmation of our ride. We get the message of where our ride is and after about 30 minutes they changed our shuttle got another one. There was another gentleman with us and he was assigned the same shuttle and was getting the run around about our ride. Another 30 minutes pass and finally the driver arrives and tells us he can not take us because of where his other stops are and we will have to wait. At this point we have been traveling for 12 hours and now waiting for almost 2 hours for a ride. We cancelled the ride and had some friends drive is home instead. We wasted our time for nothing.

They sent me a text an hour before my scheduled pickup in the morning saying there were no shuttles available. More notice wouldve been appreciated.

I have a large extended family that have all used Super Shuttle in Dallas for years. I made reservations for an early morning shuttle to pick up my husband and I and are 3 kids on June 29, 2019, and the shuttle NEVER SHOWED UP. After finally getting through to a customer service rep, I was told I would receive an immediate refund for my reservation and reimbursement for parking at the airport because we were about to miss our flight. I submitted a customer service request online the same day. It’s now July 13th, and I haven’t heard a word back. No refund. No reimbursement. NOTHING. I seriously doubt me or my extended family will ever use Super Shuttle again. Just terrible.

I would like to give 0 star! We have been waiting in the terminal for pick up for almost one hour (since 5:00pm). The driver didn’t pick us up at the scheduled time (5:15pm). The mobile app GPS showed he picked other customer and left (5:30pm). And he cancelled my reservation!!! So I am still at the airport. The supershuttle company said they will dispatch another bus. I didn’t know how long do I need to wait for another one!!!Do not use supershuttle!

This makes so much more sense than taking your own car and leaving it at the airport and hassling when you are tired with trying to find your car and driving home. The service is very exact and they will pick you up on time and make sure that when you come back home that you are taking care of even if your flight is late or you cannot get your baggage. I would use them again without hesitation!

If I could give them no stars I would. I prepaid for a ride with a customer service rep and the day of my flight at 5:10am they called to say they couldnt find a ride for me. I then tried for an Uber and finally was able to get a town car who drove me to Love Field with 15 minutes until my plane lifted off. Why would the rep book a reservation if they were short on drivers? I had to pay the town car $88.00 but at least I made it. Its hard to believe that they called to cancel 1.5 hours before my flight left with a 30 minute ride to the airport.... Spend the extra money to ride with the hotel driver or shuttle instead of being panicked with no notice.

I used super shuttle for our round trip to DFW. After our driver dropped us off at our home, within 5 minutes my daughter realized she left her backpack on the shuttle. We called and was told by dispatch the driver was not answering his phone. We called back for 2 weeks and super shuttle continued to tell us “the driver is not answering but we will call you back”. No call back. Strangest part was the majority of the drive home the driver was on his phone with dispatch, yet magically as soon as we are off the shuttle he never answers them again for weeks. Hope someone enjoyed my 9 year old daughters savings of 160.00 and her bose earphones. Would never recommenced a company that does business this way.

This was the most unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered. The only thing convenient was booking the reservations. Once booked, on the date of pick up, I received several texts changing the pick up time to up to an hour before the actual scheduled time of pickup. I received the earliest pick up time of 4:44 after calling to explain the second person was not due to arrive until 5am.Then on the return trip ... I called twice after checking in via phone, was assigned 2 cars (that suddenly there was no information on driver location) and waited over 45 minutes only for a representative to finally tell me there was no transportation available via your company. If you listen to the first call the representative clearly states he will call me back in 5 minutes to let me know the status of my request. I never got that call. Not once did I get notice that the car was cancelled and another one assigned or that the last car was cancelled all together.

We had a similar experience to many others. We reserved a shuttle ahead of time by booking online. We arrived at Dallas Love Field and I called using the terminal phone. They told me someone would be there in 20 min, I called after 30 min of waiting and was told that it would be another 20-30 min. At this point I cancelled our reservation and took a cab, which ended up only being $5 more. I do not recommend using supershuttle.

My ride failed to show up at the airport. I waited for 75 minutes in 95 degree heat. Nobody answered at the phone number provided. Nobody has called me to resolve the matter. Is that how this company operates?

Yesterday, our driver was close to our terminal pickup location and picked us up very quickly on a cold night (much appreciated). Our experience with SuperShuttle in the DFW area has always been Good and is usually Very Good to Excellent.

On time, no scented items in our drivers van which was a Big plus as we are allergic. Super Shuttle has done a great job most of the time. The chemicals inScented items is actually hazardous to everyones health. Causing weight gain, hormonal changes. Especially bad for men and children and pets. Thanks to all you drivers who do not put scented trees and other scented items in your vehicles.

My experience is with the drivers of the handicap accessible vans. They are courteous, attentive, and safe. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with the SuperShuttle in Dallas. When my flight to Dallas/Ft Worth was late getting in, I received a text keeping me updated when the driver for me would arrive. On my trip to DFW, the driver arrived in a timely manner. So, I would use again.

Arrived at San Diego airport at 11pm on Christmas night with reservation in hand. Went to the Super Shuttle pickup location and stood there for 45 minutes and not a single van showed up. But there were now 15 people waiting for the next van. I didnt want to get in a fight about who was getting on and who had to wait longer (even though we had reserved a private shuttle), so my family and I squeezed into a cab. Now Im trying to get a refund from Super Shuttle and the only way you can do it is by filling out a ticket online. The phone message says, We will get back to you quickly. Usually within 7 business days. Since when is 7 business days quickly? Horrible.

Excellent service at DFW. I forgot my phone in one of their vans. They went above and beyond to find it for me. I had to take a flight back to Arizona and I received my phone within a day after they found it.

I scheduled a round trip and was supposed to be picked up between 11:55 to 12:15. I called them at 12:30, they said they came didnt find me so they left. I was home the whole time and occasionally went out side to look. I also have both my home phone and cell phone with me. They never called. Now I am about to miss my flight. Uber is a much better option.

The shuttle at the cruise terminal at San Pedro was awful. They didn’t show up on time. They had limited vans when the ship docked. They could not tell me where the van was. I had to take a taxi for double the cost. There was multiple traffic delays and if I continued to wait beyond the hour I did, I would have missed my flight. Dispatch was of no help nor was the agent at the location.

Very disappointed that the dispatchers on arrival at DFW lie to you. It was a cold wet evening. I asked how long the shuttle would be and actually said I would wait inside until near to the collect time. I was told 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I was sent a notification that a van was assigned which was then 15 minutes away. Tell us like it is please ........

Very long wait, no communication and wait on the phone before the van was named. Once on board nice driver but dispatch sent us around the airport several times to the same locations to pick up more guests. Took more than 45 minutes to leave the airport AFTER I boarded the van. NEVER AGAIN.

My mother and I use Super Shuttle religiously. If you plan to do a shared ride, expect to have a longer wait... You pay for what you get. If you expect to be the first picked up or the first delivered, then pay the bigger money to get a private ride or a taxi. There is an app which will show the shuttle location so you can get an idea of how long away the ride is for pickup, that way you can avoid standing outside in heavy heat.

I choose superShuttle as a way from the airport to the hotel. I definitely shouldnt have though. The driver was texting and driving, tailgating, and cutting off other vehicles; One being a semi he sped way up to get in front of as the lane ended when he was at the back of the trailer. It was highly dangerous and illegal as he had to cross the white line to complete his pass since the lane had ended.He didnt use a single turn signal which was unnerving since we were on a 4 lane freeway.Back to when I was at the airport, I checked in immediately as I got off the plane, a half hour later I was still not assigned a vehicle. I went to the ride sharing area and waited for an assignment. Then I decided to call and see what was going on with my reservation. I sat on hold for 5 minutes before getting any help to be ask if it was okay for them to call me back.I, along with the other two passengers in that shuttle, will never be using SuperShuttle services again.

Weve used Super Shuttle Dallas probably a dozen or more times over the last 10+ years and in general have been very happy with their service and prices. However after an overnight flight with an early morning arrival (5:30-ish) we ended up canceling our most recent reservation after waiting more than 45 minutes without any sign of them. Ended up taking Uber which showed up in less than 5 minutes and ended up being slightly less than Super Shuttle!I hate to write a negative review after all our good experiences with then but Im not sure that well be using them again. Sorry!

Awful experience. Driver picked me up at airport 30 minutes late. On my return trip I get a call 50 minutes before pickup starting a driver was not in the area and they cancelled my pickup. Ran over to the train station to get a ticket to dfw. Bought it and train took off right as I reached the dock and had to wait another hour. I asked the person who called me what they thought I should do. She replied, maybe ask the front desk. Never again will I think about trusting this company!!!

When I initially called SuperShuttle to check on my shuttle after the initial 30 minutes of waiting, I was told that my shuttle “was coming.” The woman I spoke with never gave me an ETA, never apologized for the inconvenience of waiting, and when I called asking how much longer it would take, she responded with: “it will be more than 5 minutes.” Because of that and the lack of apology, I cancelled with SuperShuttle and demanded a refund. I will not be using SuperShuttle Dallas in the future and would not recommend it to others.

Good for going to airport, but a consistent no show to pick you up at airport even when you pre-booked return pickup.

Used SuperShuttle like I Always do. I used the app this time and apparently wasn’t waiting in the correct pick up area. These areas are for safety and I know that. As I huffed it down mr desire d van 930 was kind enough to be walking back to me. These guys work hard and it’s because of this mans customer service I will use SuperShuttle again. The absolute worst shuttle service I have ever used. After calling in advance to reserve my shuttle, I had to wait for an hour and a half before finally canceling. Not only is the shuttle service terrible, the customer service line refused to give an ETA and never apologized for the inconvenience. Will never use this company again and would advise everyone to do the same.

Driver was very pleasant and loaded my bags onto the vehicle. My wait time was less than 10 minutes and he drove safely on the highway to my destination

We came in much later to DFW due to bad weather. SuperShuttle has an application to check in; I did so when I had my luggage and was at the pickup point. No van was assigned by the application for more than 60 minutes and nobody answered the phone at 10pm. The instructions in the app were poorly written and failed to use modern smartphones’ abilities to direct you to the pickup location (although it’s easy to find it.) Eventually, one hour later, somebody called me. However with a crying, exhausted child, I gave up waiting for them to show up and I hailed a cab and was home before midnight. Also, the cab was the same rough price before tip as the SuperShuttle. Because of thisexperience and having directly compared this service to others, I would not use them again.

I’ve been using Supershuttle for over 15 years and never had any issues with them. They’re very efficient and friendly.

Be careful when booking with Super Shuttle. I made my reservation on-line, and they outsourced my trip through a third party called Jayride. The cost was reasonable. However, when I received my credit card statement, I had been charged 4 times for the same trip.

Dependable, courteous employees working at this company. Would recommend them as rates are very reasonable!!

Pick up in the am for the flight out was great but the return pick up was a nightmare. Working the DFW airport they had one shuttle. One. Waited over an hour. Why ask for the return flight info if you can’t work a schedule.

I have traveled with SuperShuttle Dallas to and from DFW, once a month for a year. To date, they have been professional, on time and friendly. The drivers operate the vehicle safely and the vehicles are clean. Additionally, I recently left a bluetooth headset on the van by accident, and it was promptly returned to me after I called lost and found. I am impressed with this company overall.

At Las Vegas airport now found out are 11:25 arrival time is delayed by up to 30 min so making us get to love field after midnight and with that we have no drivers after midnight. I’m will never use this service or recommend this car service to anybody . Use Lyft,Uber, hobo joe down the block anybody but this company

Drivers are helpful, polite. Pick-ups are always on time. Less than 10 minutes at the airport for pick-up.
