Their aircraft are always breaking. Last time I was there the engines quit, the brakes failed, the avionics went on the fritz and lots of red lights were blinking. Would fly there again.

Awesome state of the art simulators, super experienced and knowledgeable instructors and management is excellent! Far superior to flight safety! This is my 8th year in a row!

If you are a preferred client then you should have no problems other wise good luck. Four stars for the Simulators only. Upper Staff (but one instructor) have a serious miscommunication problem. I wasted two out of three active Sims sessions because the upper staff paired me with training staff that argued throughout the entire sim session and the instructor allowed it. Very hard to concentrate. Some instructors short change your time on the sim sessions so speak up if you see other student clients are getting more time than you do. Terrible terrible experience. You dont even have time to address concerns due to the tight schedule. But I still tried and by the end I was tired of complaining.. couldnt wait until all was over with.

Top notch training facility located on the perimeter of DFW. Awesome simulators, instructors and best atmosphere there could ever be.

Good sim training facility.The ground school portion depends on the actual instructor giving the course and obviously on the aircraft type to be taught.There is definitely room for better standardization and quality control in the ground school portion of the program.The sim instruction is impeccable and the level D sim (Citation C560 Ultra) is state of the art.The location great near the airport and there is a good restaurant in the building.

Very nice facility! But training is a joke. Save your time and money, go to Flight Safety.

I have called multiple times and submitted a request online to schedule Gulfstream recurrent for a crew and nobody has called me back. Incredible you cant even get a call back given what they charge. Guess I am going back the FSI.

Trained for two weeks straight, then sat for a month waiting on a checkride. They offered one extra sim session before my checkride. I take it at the end of this month...

Without a doubt the worst training experience Ive ever had in a career spanning more than two decades. Every question I asked was answered either I dont know without the usual but il find out, or I was given a bs answer that didnt make sense based on the laws of physics. When called out on the bs answers, I was told, I dont know, maybe youre right. This is not an acceptable answer. Dont waist your money here.I tried to work it out while attending, and spoke with the program manager. He told me he was shocked and never heard this before. I told him I had questions that I needed answers to and he just told me to email them to him. I explained the questions couldnt be phrased in an email and I needed time with an instructor in front of a diagram or two, but clearly he didnt bother listening and ended our conversation and told me again to email him my questions. He obviously didnt care about the difficulties I was having with instructors that didnt understand the airplane they were teaching as I was later assigned the same ones.After this horrible experience that turned out to only be a self study course, I tried to explain the problems I experienced in the survey they send at the conclusion of a course. The survey didnt give me much room to bring up all the problems I had, but did have a section where you could request a call from customer service. I requested the call hoping to finally solve some of the issues. Two weeks later, still no call. So I present to you this warning.... They know they have problems, and choose not to fix them. They also dont care if their problems interfere with your training.
