Location convenient. I liked the yard area outside my door; place to let dog out, put plants. That helps make it seem more like an actual home. Liked management and maintenance. Received all my deposit back after moving. I believe if youre good tenant theyll be fair. Was a good in-between transition for me, affordable.

I did work for the owner of these apartments I tiled 15 of them for him and he did not pay me for them the owner likes to step on people to get where he needs to go the sky management people dont really keep up with anything going on there we got are stroller and kids bike stolen right out our front yards theres a guy name dave Savadraa that does maintenance there he is a criminal that has accesses to everyones apartment and he takes whatever he pleases and real low down dirty kind of guy so renters beware

I absolutely love my apartment, manager is great, as well as the maintenance man.

Decent neighbors, close to shopping, normally quiet, single story with no access challenges.

Lived here 5+ years. Had my tire punctured and my truck bumper stolen. My neighbors were obvious drug dealers which attracted the wrong people. This place is ghetto.
