Prompt on Time professional.. better than my riding skills that has no commas

Called them 120mins before I needed to be picked-up and was promised they would arrive on time. Well 5mins after that time they still werent hete, along with no call letting me know they were running behind. So I called the conpany and was told they COMPLETELY FORGOT about me and wpuld be here in 2mins.. 15mins later they FINALLY show up. I call the company to complain about my treatment and spoke with one of the so called owners. I explained my issue and his disinterested response was, Ill talk with the driver. Made me feel like he didnt care, and that nothing was really gonna be done in our favor. We had $30 worth of Mexican food waiting to be picked-up at a local restaurant that was getting cold, and not even a, sorry, the ride is on us. Sorry for your inconvenience or anything. I said this is the LAST TIME we will do any business with your company. He said, OK!! Born and raised here I am. This company can CRAM IT!!
