I had an appointment set with the stylist Alyss. The day before she text me several times while I was at work insisting I confirm at that very moment my appointment then she shortly after replies with I’m canceling your appointment and giving it to another client!! Mind you I had this set weeks in advance!!! Very unprofessional! Mid day harassment… lady no all people are unemployed I actually work during the day and can not check my phone

Had my hair dyed today for my wedding the end of the month. It was done exceptionally well. Then curled to perfection. I am coming back later this month for Pam to do my hair on my wedding day. I have found my salon. My stylist. It was a good day.

I went in over a month ago to get my acrylics removed and to have a set of gel nails put on. I had talked to lance over the phone when scheduling my appt and he was able to get me in very quickly within a few days, when everyone else in town was booked out 2-4 weeks. I told him I needed my acrylics removed since they were so grown out and when I got there he looked at them and was surprised and said it may take too long and that he wasn’t really prepared to take the time for removal. It took about an hour for him to remove the acrylics and it didn’t seem like he was experienced on how to use the dremmel. He did file my nail beds a little too much and they were sore afterwards for a couple of weeks. After taking over an hour to remove acrylics the said we didn’t have time to do the hard gel nail set and that we should probably just do regular gel polish so my nails could heal. I was fine with that but disappointed. The nails looked good inside the building and I payed $45 with a $20 tip. When I walked out of course the lighting was different and I was able to tell that the polish was uneven and lumpy on the sides and flat in the middle. The nail polish started chipping after 5-6 days and I was so disappointed. I called to cancel my next appt and he had a little bit of an attitude. I would have rather went elsewhere than to go back and have him fix them. I most likely won’t be going back in there unless I schedule with a different person. He doesn’t have much experience and just graduated from phagans in November of 2020. Not saying he can’t gain experience but just saying he doesn’t have much at the moment. Also my sister in law called today to get in for a hair appt and he answered and she said he had an attitude and was very rude saying that there was no one that would be able to talk to her and that no one was there doing hair, and he didn’t even take down a callback number. She was going to definitely get her hair done there and apparently because of his bad attitude she is going elsewhere and she also leaves big tips. Needless to say won’t be going back there.

I had Sandy do my hair after a bleach box dye gone wrong, my dark roots were starting to come in. It was just terrible. Sandy made my hair look gorgeous. Not to mention this was the day before my graduation and my grad photos turned out just beautiful. I’ve never gone here before or had anyone else do my hair other than my hair lady out of state, once I moved I was very hesitant to have someone else do my hair, but I have absolutely no regrets and would definitely go back and see Sandy again. She was very understanding when I was suddenly in a pinch for time and she finished as quickly as possible. She’s great to talk to, very friendly and welcoming and has a talent for hair! Tia Miller gave me the most gorgeous set of lashes! They looked REAL!!! Not the thick kind. And she flared them at the edges! Very glamorous ! I highly recommend her! She listens!

I get my eyelash extensions done by Esther and my hair done by Karlee and they are both masters at what they do. Theyre constantly upgrading their education and uplevelling their skills and Im always happy with their work. EnV is a beautiful salon and I love the location. Karlee is a master colorist. She used to be by stylist in Portland, OR and Ive actually driven to Grants Pass a number of times (from Portland!) to get my hair highlighted because she is THAT GOOD. Im blonde and when Karlee started doing my hair it was a mess. It had prior breakage from hair done bad. Literally a chunk that had broke from the last stylist I went to who tried to correct her work. She was amazing from the start my blonde always looks amazing and I love the products she uses. We often will do conditioning treatments which I love doing. Shes even done extensions and they were beautiful! Its been a couple years now and I drive all the way from Eugene just to see her!

Beautiful salon with a great ambiance! I get my hair done by Karlee and nails done by Nicole. All of the girls are friendly, accommodating and professional. Always pleased!

I received blotchy, uneven brassy and platinum highlights instead of the balayage service I paid for. She became very red in the face as she styled my hair, changing my part and curling my hair to camouflage the cheetah spots. When I washed and I styled my own hair the following day, I noticed the blotches all over, and especially noticeable in my part. I reached out to Pam to ask her to fix it before departing on a vacation and she insisted that she could not be expected to accommodate me. Trust is key in q relationship between hair styling and. client and Pam tricked me and let me leave the salon with embarrassing hair. I wore a hat during my entire vacation and now she refuses to refund me!

I had a cut and color appointment booked with Pam, and that woman TRANSFORMED my hair. She is an angel to be around and with scissors (and color)! I have naturally a mix of curly and straight hair all over my head and she gave me the cut I wanted, but tailored it to my face and complextion, whilst working with the nonsense I have on my head! En V and Pam will forever have my business.

Pam is wonderful! The cut was perfect!
