It wasn’t bad he was pretty helpful, but when asking just a simple question of if he buys laptops he had a bit of an attitude, then he said he would only be able to give me 100$ for a slightly used laptop that I payed 1000 dollars for, then when I said I thought that was a bit low he said he only buys to make money and hung up, not professional

Was looking on google for computer repair shops and stumbled upon this one being the only one open. Found a little gem, told me to go ahead and order my new lcd screen (already knew the model and screen needed) and bring my laptop in and theyd have it done the same day. New lcd for laptop arrived, brought it down there and I dont even think it was an hour and they had it fixed, looks brand new like nothing happened! Highly recommend for your computer needs.

Gizmo Tech is the best PC repair shop in the Rogue Valley. The PC repair shop is a family-run business. PC repair shop owner Christian has thirty years of PC experience (both software and hardware) and he is remarkably well knowledge of PC repairs. He quickly recognized the trouble symptom of my Alienware laptop, and it needed to replace the screen. The new screen part delivered within a few days, and he quickly replaced it in a half-hour. The cost was affordable. We recommend this PC repair shop for your PC/notebook repair help because of his superb skills and honesty. We are deeply grateful to him for fixing my laptop with a budget cost rather than going to a high repair cost of the corporation-run PC repair shop.

Guy was real friendly, I just didnt like the fact that he tried to way over price what he had.

Just brought in my pc and he managed to fit this video card i had into my tower i had no idea it would, I was going to buy a smaller graphics card when he said he could do it, I came back from work and picked it up, he had it all working amazing I still cant believe he made it fit! Also installed the driver for me and showed me its working. He could have had a nice easy sale for double the money he made but he did me right! Im at home right now happy and amazed at my gaming quality!

Christian worked on my laptop recently, and fixed hinges and also diagnosed and fixed a screen failure/ crash dump issue. Im happy to give him a 5-star review for both his diagnostics and repair. Great person to deal with. And I dont let just anyone work on my baby! If I have any future problems, I will definitely go back to Gizmo Tech again. The whole experience was problem-free, and actually enjoyable... not a description I would usually use in describing a stressful situation where my essential computer needs repair.

At first I thought I was just buying a normal desk top from a person but when I got to the business it was a business man who knew what I was looking for and even looked at the laptop I was getting from someone else and told me it was a good one he does great business I went back to him twice in a row to check out the laptop hes very nice and does great work im not a regular customer just a random person off the block looking for a desk top on FB market place now I plan to be a regular customer of corse when needed with this business I highly recommend for anyone who is having problems with their laptop/desk top

I am not one that takes the time to review places. However I think this is neccessary. I called this business about a craigslist add. They had a Asus notebook for sale. I met the guy he opened it up it was working I thought perfect. I get home plug it in and within 2 hours it turns off. I call the guy and he tells me maybe the cord was twisted. Are you serious. Anyway long story short I got a new cord for it turned it on just to find out its password protected. Again are you serious dude. I guess all your friends gave you the 5 star review. I wouldnt trust this guy for anything. Bad business
