If you need a payday or title loan do yourself a favor and talk to Laura! down at Ace cash express not only was she beyond caring and super helpful and polite she went out of her way to solve a problem for me being able to get payday loans and where past employees there failed or didn’t care! Laura made things possible and helped in hard times so I could pay bills before i got my next pay check. Thank you so much Laura!!! Super nice lady that helped me. I had only a photo copy of my out of state Drivers License but she was able to work with that & not treat me like a suspect. The rudeness & indignation I have endured at the hands of so many who have, I cant even imagine why, chosen careers in the customer service industry is not to be believed & its become all to common so when I am helped by someone not being rude to me, I take notice & then I wonder what has become of people.

It would be a lot better of a place to go to if they would have at least 2 people working the counters and helping people at all times, when I went there the other day there was only one lady working one of the windows and because of that I sat in line for almost 2 hours before I was finally able to get to the window and speak with the lady about cashing my check, after that it took about 15 mins for her to take my picture and get my information and cash my check my check, she was very sweet and friendly towards me I really enjoyed my experience with her just hated how long my visit there took they should have had one other person there working with her so the lines would be a lot faster and she wouldnt have to be doing everything all on her own.

The workers there are very friendly and helpful I would recommend them to everybody thank you dawn for helping me out

Since I havent had the need in the past to use a check cashing agency, I was a little hesitant at first, especially since I had some unique needs and required some help resolving something, but they were Over The Top helpful and kind, and ultimately helped me to find a solution which allowed me to be able to use their services. MOST importantly to me though; I want to give an extra shout-out of gratitude to the Regional Manager of the area who was beyond amazing.. not only was she highly resourceful at knowing exactly what to do, but she helped me one on one in a very timely manner, and provided remarkable customer service with (more importantly) an amazingly positive attitude along the way; which I SINCERELY appreciated during my stressful dilemma.. I received highly professional service, with genuine concern of wanting to help me resolve my situation. While I didnt express my stress to her over the matter, I could tell she honestly cared about wanting to help me, and even probably knew how much stress it was causing me without me, having to say so, and she didnt just treat me like another number that was taking time out of her day. You can tell when someone treats you genuinely, and they might not always know how much it means to someone else, but it was SO much appreciated... Thank you. I highly recommend their services.

Every body knows of Th a ch cashing store Dawn the senior lady at the window I dont mean old I mean long time employed senority is word I ment shes the. Best ,she works hard and most times shes doing it all by her self ! And still Im in an out except at times customers an myself need more attention the wait has been long as 12 to 15 minutes most of us customer s are patient she probly cou l d use a raise an another person working other window ! Absolutely horrible customer service. The ladies here are rude and lairs. I got a loan from them and heard you could do a payment plan so I called to see that and Dawn the branch manager told me no they dont do that. I called the Medford branch and they said all Ace cash express do. Went in to due the payment arrangement and was told that they always do it after being told they didnt. Friday 9/25/2020 I had a payment due but also had a family emergency so I completely spaced it. Called Monday morning and Tracy told me they sent it to collections because they tried to pull from my account and said I had no money. Well I explained that I had money and she told me and I quote thats not my problem you need to call your bank. I called my bank and my bank confirmed that they never pulled from my account. I called back and Tracy told me to call collections. Such horrible service will never use them again.

Rude customer service and extremely long wait period with a lot of useless chit chat and customers walking in your personal time of service intruding for Amys mistakes of miscounting paid out cash that she shorted customers days or hours before and wasnt able to recount her till..allowing customers to walk in front of your hour long wait to make a payment etc..my personal experience cashing an out of state check from a small credit union I called ahead of my 45 minute drive to Ace asking the info ahead only to discover Amt did Not tell me to bring my familys #..her unprofessional attempt to call on a strangers # useless because on my return trip home I called Amy back with the correct # and she declined because she used her computer match and implied I was attempting illegal gain..Disgusting Business Service and Employee.
