I know they help alot of people, but when we needed it they told me they didnt have the funds tio help my 4 month old newborn son and myself. I Ive seen for myself how they wer putting homeless people up in hotels. But that couldnt help me because i did not have an I.D. Well now i have an I.D And a newborn son. So now when we needed them, they just didnt have the available funds to help us not sleep outside on the ground. I dont know how they can help someone as long someone is homeles, cold, and NO CHILDREN? ? ?

To the man who was handing out food (bananas)outside the Salvation Army you need a lesson on friendliness. How can you tell at a elderly man that you are calling the police on him when he clearly does not park in a designated parking spot ( his first time there) You should be ashamed of yourself! Dont treat people that are in need that way he was told to move on 2 occasions with no one to direct him were to park or pull. Get your program together.I understand your parking lot is small but however, treat people like you want to be treated!

Very unhelpful, I called to ask about rental assistance and was told they dont do rental. Which I understand no problem, but was not helped or redirected at all to any other locations that did or other places that could help. Just a pointless waste of my time to even call to try for help. The phone call was under 2 minutes long.

Great food pantry that always gives way more than I can ever take home and the food is actually good you and your kids will eat. I will say the individual milks and juices u get sometimes are expired and normally any already cut fruit in containers are usually spoiled. Otherwise I love going to this location.

I dropped off a box of items at the loading dock and one of the workers pick out the camera and put it in her pocket and threw away the package. I went inside to talk to the supervisor and when the supervisor walked out it was the same person !! I asked about the camera and she said there wasnt a camera in the box. I told her I saw her in my rear view mirror as I was driving off get the camera out of the box of things I donated (yes one of the items was a pocket camera....I put it in the box at my house) and she said no and walked away. I called the main office in STL and they didnt seem concerned the employees take things for themselves steal
