Poorest costumer service I have ever encountered, just a bunch of hicks pretending to know that they are doing, slow repair rate, probably going to start a lawsuit over the fact that my mower was running when I brought it and now it does, seems like this small business “repairs” your mower just to break something else on it, also to anyone that has a mower or another small engine if they can’t get it to start they are using a forklift to move it around. They do not care about your belongings! Take them elsewhere

When people tell you not to go somewhere, listen to them! Took a chainsaw in for routine check. A month later it wasnt even touched. Was told it would be ready last week and never heard anything from them. Went to pick it up and not even an apology ....They just sat on it for a month. I wont be back and will be sure to tell anyone I know to stay away. Go to Marine Saw They work on all brands.

Call them about repairing my ingersoll riding mower that only needed a new flywheel that was missing a couple teeth on a Briggs and Stratton engine and was told that since it was on an ingersoll mower they wont work on it. They would only fix the engine if it was on a Toro or snapper mower.

Nice place. Id love to buy from them but they havent answered their phone during business hours in a week and when I go there (also during business hours) It had a closed sign up and no body was there. I had a few friends say the same thing about them. I hope to make a purchase as soon as possible.

Don’t buy anything from them if you are expecting them to service what you purchased. I just purchased a expensive Toro Zero turn mower and needed it serviced (never had even mowed with it). When I called Francos I was transferred one of the owners and was told it was my problem not theirs and have someone else service the mower. Unbelievable stay away.

Giving 5 based on he referred me to another company he only handles TORO brand repairs i had 7 riding lawnmowers needing tuneups and only handled toro should add franks smallbengine TORO REPAIR since google pulls them up under mobile lawn mower repair and lawn repair nothing about toro in search
