Autumn has helped me more than I can easily relate. She helps me understand what I’m doing and why, is kind, helpful and relatable. And is a very caring and insightful person and a very professional and warm-hearted person who makes therapy more about understanding why you act and feel like you do than in recriminating you for not being “normal”. I enjoy talking to her and almost always feel better after our conversations. Feels less like therapy and more like talking to a friend who understands you. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Taylor Bogue is a doctor that SIHF is blessed to have, she cares about her patients health condition I am a truck driver and when I was first seen by Dr Bogue she listened to what I had to say an not just gave me her medical diagnosis I asked her questions and she gave me answers to the questions and laymen terms not medical terms, she told me that she would be calling to follow up with me since I was a truck driver to see how I am doing with the medication and to see if I had any problems with the medication or my condition, Dr Bogue have been doing exactly as she said she would do with the follow up on the phone with me since I am driving all over the country . Dr Bogue she gives her patients five star service thats why I said at the beginning that SIHF is blessed to have Dr Bogue on their medical staff. The one thing that SIHF Healthcare at Granite City need to improve is the long wait time that patients have to hold to get to talk to their Doctor, if Dr. Bogue was not my doctor I would not wait on hold that long but I know that when I am contacted to Dr. Bogue I will get the answers to my questions answered then or if Dr Bogue doesnt have the answer right then she will let me know and follow up with a call back. Thats the type of medical service that patients deserve.

My physician Dr.Anderson is amazing , he is so brilliant and quick with answers I need ...that are not just text book answers but heart felt conversation with the best bed-side manner. He makes me feel comfortable and at ease with what ever circumstances bring me into the office and hes gotten me through some rough times. I love Dr.Anderson he is the best.

Dr. Sang has been a great Dr. She helps me a lot. Even if I dont have an appointment I can message her and she gets right back with me. Dr. Sang is amazing.

The nurses are so nice and try to make sure they help you with what you need. Plus the ladies up front at the desk that takes appointments and stuff are very sweet and nice and patient with you with all the stuff they put up with. There are alot of people that come in there that are not so nice. I dont know about all the doctors in there but Dr Anderson is one of the best doctors in there he listens to you he tries to help the best that he can when it comes to your problems and if he cant help you he will refer you to a doctor that can help you. Ive been with this doctors office for over 21 years. I would never chang my doctor for anything or the nurses that work there.

Dr. Bogue is wonderful! She listens to all of my many complaints and doesnt make me feel like Im wasting her time like many doctors do. She takes the time to explain what the problem may be and goes over which choices might be best, which helps me to feel better informed about my own health. She creates a good doctor/patient relationship by taking consideration of my thoughts and feelings in medical decisions. You wont find a better doctor. I feel SUPER lucky to have her at McKinley.

Ive had Dr. Muddasani since I was a teenager diagnosed with bipolar. Now Im 39 and Ive been on a cocktail of medications. Ive done my part by researching my medication and being very honest and willing in my psychiatric services I have been able to get. I also have a therapist somewhere else. Its hard to get refills and a hold of the staff, but never Dr. M. He and myself have worked TOGETHER at building stability in my life and in my brain chemistry. He is NOT a therapist and he wont prescribe Narcotics. Thank God! Hes not a pill pusher. We have worked together to get to this point. I am a wife, mother, and a full time employee. All because I have a great communication with my psychiatrist. I trust him, and hes always open to suggestions.

I needed a new doctor so I searched reviews. Dr. Wasserman had 4.9. I now I know why! I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked into the office. The desk nurses were great. My nurse was excellent. I wish a knew her name to write it here. Dr. W was very kind and knowledgeable. I was nervous and he made me feel comfortable and he’s a great listener. I hadn’t been to a gynecologist in over 10 years. I made the right choice!! I hope my review helps someone who is looking. I highly recommend him.

I have been going to Mckinley Health care for 7 yrs. My PCP is Carl Anderson and the care Ive experienced up to now has been top notch. The nurses are respectful and kind. Everyone listens to me and takes time to explain each process. Scheduling is easy peasy too. As far as Im concerned I am very happy with being a patient at McKinley Health care.

My female doctor at SHIF, is the best!!!!! For any woman that needs a gynecologist; Dr.Jennifer Cortapossi ( sorry if her last name is spelled wrong) but shes the best. I love this woman, she talks to you so that you can know that she truly cares for you as a patient. And she also listens to what you have to say about yourself and how you feel about yourself and what you are going through. I know its not about the money with her, but its genuinely because she care for you. This woman is amazing!!!!!!She truly cares!!!!!!!!

Ive been a patient of Dr Muddasanis since 2015 and in my experience he has always been a patient man and a good listener. He has always expressed compassion with me, and has always tried to help me by pushing me in the right direction with my personal life, school, and now my career. I appreciate him so much. Dr. Muddasani is very good with kids. There are only phone visits now because of covid. One of my two children is a patient there and he actually used to see a different doctor before she moved. We were there in person before covid hit and Dr. Muddasani didn’t even know my children, but he would stop in the halls to say hi and talk and play around with them. Now that we have him as a doctor we are very happy and pleased! Definitely recommend

Staff here is so kind and pleasant. Dr. Han is so amazing at winning kids over . Only complaint they take forever to answers calls , but make up for it by returning calls prompt covering every concern !

Sang is super helpful. Shes a great listener, she asks questions, she does a great job! She is always suggesting positive and healthy life decisions! I look forward to our sessions! Definitely recommend her if ya need someone to vent to or just keep your mental health in the best shape possible.

Dr. Ajao is a fantastic doctor. He’s very attentive and thorough and very good with returning calls and emails. Is willing to explain things in detail and is excellent with referrals and prescriptions. When you’re in an appointment with him he is very focused and doesn’t rush, which is good because as a patient you want to feel like you’re being heard and Dr. Ajao is a doctor who listens. Would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Wasserman is my usual doctor here and I really like him a lot. He’s personable, easy going, and gives great detail about all services. I recently met with Taylor Bogue and she was fabulous. She made me feel comfortable, and understood. I would certainly go back to her again!

Sometimes you get treated respectfully and other times they I guess think they are the only humans alive.In literally I had 2 phone visits. First one was with the NP and everything went great. Second one was with the doctor and everything he said he was going to do never got done.So now I have to wait to go back to work because the form wasnt done!

Autumn Molinari in the behavioral services department is outstanding! Ive been seeing her on and off for 9 years. I was going through an extremely tough time when I started seeing her. With her help, I was able to deal with my pain and move on. She has continued to be amazingly supportive. I stopped having panic attacks and was able to go off of my antianxiety medication. I no longer have an anxiety problem. She taught me how to turn my negative thoughts into positive ones by looking deep within myself and change my pattern of thinking. That was a gift in itself! Now it comes very easy to me and Im teaching not only my children but so many others. She will never know how much she has made an imprint on my life and it has changed me forever. Too bad theres no way I could ever repay her.

Dr. Han was great! Her and the staff were very kind and understanding. They were great with my kids and very patient with my boys outbursts. If you are looking for a pediatrician in the granite city area I will definitely recommend giving Dr. Han a try

I would recommend to family and friends. Was able to be seen for my preventive medicine, in person, despite most offices only providing tele-med visits in my area. They provided me with all my needed prescriptions and referrals for dental and eye care as well. Good primary care physician. Clean and modern office. Only reason I didnt give stars is because their office seating is so crowded together and a few of their office receptionists have horrible customer service skills and can sometimes act like you, showing up for your appointment, is bothering them.

I love Dr Jowe Hseih! Hes great his staff is wonderful as well. I truly feel cared for & thats a big deal. Ive been through domestic violence homelessness & abandoned by my own family. Lost everything ... Need disability had met Dr Say & he is very compassionate... Finally got someone to care & diagnosed me w PTSD... Im on my way to a full life of love joy & means. The aid of this staff & my doctor is very large part of my healing & recovery! God bless you all.

Everyone is always so helpful and nice and it makes you think they genuinely care and want to make sure they cover all the bases to make sure you are healthy and happy. My health and body and taking care of myself is whats important and they are very good at explaining anything I dont understand.

We have had troubles with staying pregnant and when I found out I was pregnant again he got me in immediately and got me started on the meds I needed. I’m happy to say our baby boy is happy and healthy! He knew I had pre eclampsia and I was so nervous to have a different doctor deliver the baby but he was very kind and patient when I was so emotional. Ajao takes care of my medical issues like Diabetes and Neuropathy , Blood Sugar , Blood Pressure , Sight , and Body . He monitors everything thats going on in my Body , including the amount of medicine I should be taking . My life wouldnt be the same without Dr . Ajao , and SIHF Healthcare .

I don’t even know where to start when it comes to Dr. Wasserman! From being 16 and pregnant to almost dying from a placenta abruption that was missed by my regular OB provider and found by Dr Wasserman! That’s when I started my journey with him. 4 kids and 4 C-sections later I never questions the type of care I was receiving. He’s literally the best doctor I have ever been to. Many people asked me why I delivered in Granite when I could go across the river and be at a top notch hospital. My answer was and is because it’s not the facility it’s the staff, and there isn’t anyone else I trust as much as I do him and his staff! He’s very detailed and explains everything fully. He never disregarded my complaints and always made me feel like I was receiving the best care possible! He isn’t just a phenomenal OB doctor but he’s also an amazing GYN doctor. Anytime I call him and his staff they are quick to get me in. I couldn’t recommend him more. I will be his patient until he retires!

I started seeing Dr. Hsieh when I didnt have insurance and I needed a new doctor. I continue to see him to this day, even though I now have good insurance, because I really like him. He delivered my first baby girl, was supposed to deliver my second, but had to deliver another womans baby, but hes super nice, trustworthy, and makes me laugh and now with me having Jenni, she is super sweet and I love her already.
