The service was extremely professional, quick, and affordable. They made me feel at ease with my situation and made sure I didnt worry about more than I already was! My first experience with Rite Away Towing And Hauling LLC was so pleasurable I even called them the next day to deliver my car back to the car dealers service center from my house!

This shop towed my car and quoted me a price of $1000 to repair my damage. I was called and quoted an extra $200 to $300 for more work. I arrived and was told I had to pay a total of $1500 instead. The owner was rude and wouldn’t communicate on the price change. I paid to get my car back and it still wasn’t complete. They also cut out my catalytic converter. When I called about it, I was told it fell off on the highway but the damage wasn’t anywhere near it and it was cleanly cut. They are cheats and liars. DONT GO!Response to below…. The paperwork you provided was a hand written receipt after the fact and there was no courtesy in your approach when questioned about it. The car was started after you towed it and it was not producing the sounds it produced once I picked it up. It was making those sounds due to the catalytic converter being removed. So it made it to your shop. Your mechanic also took all of my change out of my center console. I also saw that in the car after the tow.

I had a blow out and had an hour to make it to drop of my step daughter. They had me in and out with four new tires balanced and paid in 34 minutes. Tire prices you cant beat, customer service beyond belief, hard intelligent workers, and a great atmosphere!

RECKLESS!!! One of their trucks almost rear ended me. Had to pull off the road to avoid being hit. Then not even a mile down the road they cut someone off just to slam on the breaks to turn into a residential neighborhood. No lights where on on the truck and unlikely it was an emergency call when pulling into a residential neighborhood with no through streets to any other main road. Called the company number listed on google to report the reckless driving. Person who answered claimed to be the owner and the driver of the truck involved. Very rude and told me he did not almost hit me. Even if he was confident he wouldn’t have hit me, he could have been respectful and apologized.

Donald helped us out when my riding buddy’s motorcycle tire came off of the rim. He did it $100 cheaper than everyone else I had called and was really down to Earth and nice about it. He called me back twice to let me know how far he was (which is great when you’re stuck on the side of the road). Everyone else was quoting me $275+ and this company towed my friend’s Z800 for $165. Much better price than everyone else. Would definitely recommend if you’re stuck somewhere and you want to rest assured your stuff isn’t going to get messed up in transit.

They charged me $40 for a good used tire.

I got my car stuck in a ditch, on top of a metal pole. It seemed like it was gonna be impossible to get it out. Don figured out a way to get it out without doing ANY damage to the bottom of the vehicle. He arrived quickly, was very nice and professional!!! I would highly recommend Don and Rite Away towing to anyone who needs a tow or any of the services he has listed. Thanks again for all your help Don, I truly appreciate everything you went thru to get our car unstuck!!! You went above and beyond and I will most definitely be calling you if I ever need any type of the services you provide ever again!!!

I called my Insurance company for a tow. They contacted this company I guess they have a contract through. I waited for 3 hours. I called the man that was supposed to come get my car 3 times each time he said 15 to 20 minutes. The last time I called was 1 hour after the time he said 15 to 20 minutes. When he answered the phone I asked him is he the one coming to get my car. He immediately started yelling at me saying Im on my way there now! I asked him how long because he already told me an hour ago he was on his way. His response was you an call someone else or sit there and wait I dont care this is my company!! This was After I explained to him I have a baby with me prior to this call. What a jerk. This company doesnt even deserve one star.
