This was a quick visit to grab a few things on my way home. They werent really busy which was nice, some isles were difficult to get through due to all of the boxes of stock not yet put away...to be fair though I understand they have a lot of responsibilities to deal with in between customers. Employee was no where in sight until I was at the registers. She was pleasant and rangMe up quickly. A few of the items I frequently purchase were out of stock, but thats not just this location. I pretty much feel like its normal these days. The store was clean and organized as far as the items already stocked. Of course we will return for future visits.

Quick and easy no frills. Get your basics in and out in 5 minutes or less. Like to get cleaning supplies and related accessories. As consumer report stated, Make sure not to buy your batteries here.

I don’t know why they follow you around like you’re a thief. If your out doing “sales” you know what I mean. If you do find any “sales” they refuse to sell them to you. They Manually put In whatever sticker price says. Very sad and it definitely makes me not come back here. I’ll be sharing my experience too. These dollar generals are hiring some very rude people here lately like they’re desperate for help. Customer service is seriously suffering.

By far one of the cleanest and most organized stores Ive been to

Older heavy set clerk (might be manager) is rude, acts irritated with customers, and is downright mean. She has been working here and treating people like garbage for over 5 years, and I don’t know why they still haven’t done anything about her.

Items purchased were very reasonably priced. The staff were helpful in finding wanted items.

Easy in and out, lots of handy items. Aisles a bit tight. 🎄 Christmas stuff, Halloween stuff. Pleasant cashier.

Pretty nice Dollar General, clean aisles and the cashier was wiping down the keypad which is awesome nowadays.

Sale sign wasnt accurately placed. Clerk wasnt friendly.

I dont shop here much, but they keep it clean and prices are pretty good. Checkout was a little slow with 4 people ahead. Not sure if that was customers being slow or the clerk being slow. Ill be back.

Love this store. Same stuff as Walgreens and Family Dollar but cheaper. If you have app and use the coupons you get good deals and save lots of money.

Is!e ways full of merchandise making it hard to navigate the store. The stocking placement of items makes no sense, but the prices are decent.

This is a good place to buy greeting cards cheap. They always have gift items.

People are always super nice here.

Clean store but the one cashier that I saw seemed bothered by customers; she was young and I may have interrupted her screen time by checking out... Millennials really are close to worthless as unskilled workers... Kinda sad really. I would prefer most other DG stores over this one.

As dollar stores go, this one is pleasant, clean and well lit. Although one cant count on the same products being here every time, it is a good place to find storage boxes and unusual toys.

Profiles customers to accuse them of stealing, and wont show proof when confronted with the situation. poorly managed bigots.

Quick and easy place to grab items you need

The one on Hickory Road was trashy both inside and out. Literally trash in the parking lot, on the sidewalk, in the entrance way and on the floor on the store. Aisles were unswept and partially opened boxes strewn on the floors. The overall store appeared unorganized. The place was painfully obviously in need of a custodian and a manager who cared about his store, his customers and his employees. Wont be going back to that store! Having said all that, I then went to the Dollar General store in Granger. What a difference! Clean, organized, employees were friendly and struct up a conversation with the customers. They directed us right to the spot where we found the items we wished to purchase. That store we will patronize!

Had some warm soda had to get some ice.. Woot woot they had the best..HOME CITY ICE. better then home made.

Its just Dollar General, but this one is particularly clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I love this store, well stocked, I usually shop weekdays days so I miss busy times. Clean, inventory is good...in & out, with my needs.

Nice place just stop on the way to work

They do not take pride in the Niles store. Always a mess with full boxes sitting around and empty shelves. Things are in the wrong places. Dirty floors. I go in at lease two times a week. It is always like this! Poor Management for sure!

This one is okay. Dont expect any cashier to talk to you. No eye contact. No nothing. Also,they need to fix that conveyer belt! Having a sign saying,please slide products forward doesnt fix it. Its been like that forever.

Unpacked boxes of products littered the aisles; they were out of the item I was looking for; salesperson did not have any product knowledge when asked if an item was in; prices were high. I will never be back.

Cheap place to buy whatever your looking for

Very crowded today due to stocking. They have changed many things & relocated items I shop there for. Frustrated so I cut my shopping time short.
