Always have a great grooming experience here. They treat my dog like a queen and she comes out without a heavy coat! My checkout experience could have been better. I didnt realize I had to ask about redeeming points before the purchase had been scanned.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t bring my dog in, but each staff person I interacted with asked me the breed and seemed genuinely interested. The store seemed a little smaller than other locations, but it was still stocked well. All areas were clean and the environment was pleasant.

I wish I got her name! Dark hair blue eyes. Well she was amazing!!!!! I am mourning one of my guinea pigs. She was so kind and empathetic. Thank you again!!!

Most likely will not bring my dog back to the groomers here again. My family and I have been brining our dog here for years to get groomed. I understand he is a big dog, but now telling my family is not allowed to bring him here anymore is RUDE and uncalled for. Dont come here for grooming needs, go somewhere else that has a more friendly and hospitality staff. Plus the previous time he was groomed here he was cut too short and had cuts on him. Now my family dog is not his happy self after leaving the groomers by the way he was treated. Other staff members here are nice just not the staff members that do the grooming. Dogs are family, so please treat all dogs kindly next time and provide better service

I love the groomers here at Petsmart. We take our Newfie in monthly and he always comes out looking beautiful. Hes a large dog and theyre so patient with him. Wont go anywhere else.

The place is pretty clean, but I always struggle to find things or to find a worker to help me. Prices are a little bit higher than shops I tend to go to. I primarily come for aquatic needs. Check out is speedy and they are always friendly but I feel most of the staff is a bit under knowledged on fish and fish needs based on those Ive spoken with.

My dogs have been going here every month for a little over a year now and its always the best experience. The people who work in the grooming area are amazing. They remember my dogs everytime and they have established a relationship with them and my dogs get so excited to see them every time. Not only is this team very friendly but they also do an amazing job and I can not see myself going anywhere else to get my dogs groomed

This place is great, my daughter loves to see the live animals.

I have a skiddish dog, that shakes the entire time. Shes a good customer shes not aggressive at all just scared to death. The staff takes such good care of her and takes into account her fear. I got her bath and brushed toenails clipped and her pads shaved between her toes and the middle. Never had a bad experience. I am talking about the Grandville location for grooming.

They had the pet supplies we needed, including a life vest for our dog.

Great selection of multiple things its hard to know where to start! Many adoptable pets of many types and sizes. Food and care items everywhere for whatever type of animal it is you might have and can usually even bring into the store. Play things for usually cats or dogs but they have a couple of other species as well. In general if you have a pet, you can get what you need to take care of it. The service is great aswell!

Nice everything for pets store..Grooming service for dogs, Kittens and adult cats for adoption. Tropical fish for aquarium, and supplies, decor and complete tank set up all sizes.Pet food, some pet meds, toys and dress your doggie up clothes. Kennels and carriers, and cat furniture, some small birds, gerbils also for adoption. An assortment of everything pet related.

The store is always pretty clean and the staff is helpful. They have a good selection of products. I wish in-store prices matched online or that theyd price match their own website. Ive been doing more curbside pickup because the online prices are better.

First time using the grooming services for our dog Willow and were quite pleased. Shes soft and tangle free and the length is just about right. Moreover, the cost was less than another groomer we had tried before. Our groomer was Dana and well certainly request her again.

- Good overall- Had no emergency medical kit for dogs, and when I asked they looked at me like I was crazy (and asked stupid questions) Not cool.Emergency medical kits for pets are what everyone should have, BEFORE you need them. If my dog gets hurt, im heading to the Vet, not a pet store. It is like having a first aid kit for your children, EVERYONE should have one.

We stopped to purchase fish twice over the past two weeks and we were very disappointed in the lack of selection and the tanks were full of algea. We asked when they would get more fish in and the answer was every Wednesday. I asked about the lack of fish...answer was not sure why we are not getting more fish. I know this isnt normal for Petsmart....you guys need to step up your game.

Incredibly overpriced. You can go a block over to Pet Supplies Plus for at least $2 cheaper. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs, PSP has the best prices and a rewards program that is similar to PetSmart. If you or your pet is excessively finicky, then thats where Pets PetSmart outshines PSP. They have a minorly larger selection, but I still have been able to find all our higher end items at PSP.

I always take my 2 year old pup to this location, and I absolutely love it! Storm is an incredible groomer, and always makes my dog feel so comfortable! He does great work, and cares deeply for the animals he works on. I will continue returning because I have not met another groomer or location that treats my dog as well as they do!

Easy to find everything you need

Exelent help, knowledgeable workers that are fellow pet parents, and are more than willing to help you find what you need and answer what ever questions (even stupid ones) you have, with a smile.

They pretty much have all the animal supplies you need. And knowledgeable staff.

They have everything a person would need for their fir-baby, lizard, bird, turtle, snake or fish. You can bring your fir-baby in for a bath. You can adopt a pet or even help out by fostering a pet. Come on in and see the store, the customer service is great too

I love being able to see all the kittens (although its always so hard not to adopt them!) and other animals. The store is well organized and the staff is more knowledgeable than other pet stores as well as friendly. One thing, though, I wish the beta containers they are kept in were bigger.

We loved taking Luna here for training. We would recommend the puppy and intermediate classes to any of our friends & family. Tara was a great instructor and will help you understand your dog and improve your abilities to communicate with them. We hope to have Luna take more advanced training here in the near future.

I went in looking for a simple water pump for my fish tank. Never found one nor an employee who wasnt all over dogs who were in the store. I get it dogs are awesome but people pay your salary.

Long Wait. We needed just a few items and waited by the fish for a good 30 minutes. When someone did come over, they told us the knew nothing about fish and she was not really good at catching them and it all just a mess. Thankful I have nothing left on my gift card to there...I wont have to go back.

Very friendly staff. We have taken a handful of puppy training classes at this location and the training staff is very insightful and friendly. Jordan, our trainer, did a wonderful job with his classes and will always come to greet us when we visit. The grooming staff are friendly, helpful, and the wait times for an appointment arent weeks out. We usually take our puppy, Gus, to see Storm every month or two and he Gus comes back looking good, smelling great, and is so happy and full of energy. Highly recommend this store.

Decent. Some of the prices arent super competitive and they wouldnt abide by their price match promise listed on the website for a competitors cheaper priced item unfortunately.

The manager was great. He walked up, helped find a suitable beginner enclosure with room to grow. Then he even shopped it out online and price matched for a lot cheaper price. Great customer service.
