Eric and Chelsea were great to work with and were always quick to respond to my questions. The crew that installed the laminate were great too! Very professional and knowledgeable. Cant say enough good things about Grandview Top Co. From planning to final installation everyone was helpful, courteous, patient, prompt, on time, efficient, and more. Chelsea calmed my fears when I had last minute contractor issues, Eric was so friendly and helpful when he came out to measure and the installers explained everything they were doing as they went about their work...even took the broom and dustpan out of my hand to clean up their little bit of sawdust. Best of all even though this was a small job (as I was told by two other local suppliers-to my dismay) Grandview Top didnt hesitate to step up and make me feel like I was their only customer from start to finish. I had a bar top and sink counter top replaced. The original bar was easily 30 years old and apparently had been built directly into the existing wall structure around it. The construction on the original bar was like nothing Matt (my installer) had ever seen before. It was a LOT of work to get it right, but he did and Im so happy with the results. We had an exceptional experience working with Grandview Top to replace our kitchen countertop! Their prices were reasonable and they worked hard to make sure we were happy with everything. The slab we chose had a lot of variation and they chose the best parts for our countertop, not just the easiest parts for them to fabricate. We were really impressed by that. The installers they used did a fantastic job and went out of their way to make sure they didn’t leave a mess.The countertops have been in place for a few months now and we still couldn’t be happier with how they turned out and with our choice of Grandview Top. Grandview Top Co did an amazing job on our new quartz counter tops. We contacted them to help us get this do it yourself quarantine project completed the end of March and it was completed as promised a month later. Grandview Top CO is the BEST! We ordered an 11-1/2 foot by 43 Formica counter-top (Pattern 3422-RD Crema Mascarello) with a Crescent Edge and 2 inch clipped corners. Eric Crofut and his staff worked with us in a very efficient and super professional manner to fabricate, deliver and install. They were able to cut the Formica product out of a 12 foot sheet so there are not any seams on the flat surface. It is beautiful! They are, indeed, a wonderful, experienced company to do business with and I highly recommend their services to anyone needing counter-tops, whether they be Formica or Granite. They do it all.

Fantastic craftsmanship at a great price

The people at Grandviewtop were great to work with and patient helping me choose. Eric’s measurements and recommendations were perfect. The countertop came in quickly and installation was great—one week before Christmas! It is beautiful & we are really enjoying it!

Really interested in new countertops and read the reviews here thinking I would have a great experience too. That hasn’t been the case at all. I asked for the dimensions to be provided to me along with the cost of having the plumbing included. The only response I received was that the measurements are done in linear feet. Very unhelpful. Apparently they didn’t want my business after all. Very disappointed.

Eric and his team are such professionals. He showed us the differences between types of countertops and how each one could look in our kitchen. The total cost was lower than anyone else we had priced (3 others). The installation team was great and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They had the plumber on standby and he was there as they were finishing to reinstall the sink and reattach the disposal. These guys build awesome custom cabinets and countertops that are affordable. They have a nice showroom and an impressive fabrication shop. One of the last shops in two that still does laminate as well.

We originally went to Grandview Top Company when we renovated our master bathroom. We were very happy with their service and their craftsmanship. When we moved last month, it had been seven years since that renovation, but we knew we wanted them to help with our new kitchen counter tops. At first, we were leaning heavily toward quartz, but ended up deciding on a gorgeous laminate instead. Eric and Kim are friendly and responsive, and Eric was great about explaining our choices and the pros and cons, depending on our layout and the materials we were considering. We never felt pressured---only supported. After Eric installed our counter tops, my dad (who was a craftsman before retiring) made a big deal to me about Erics craftsmanship and how great his seams were. :) If we ever have another counter top project, Grandview Top Company will be our choice, and I hope our friends will take our advice and use them, too!

Ordered a nice laminate from Grandview Tops for a kitchen remodel. Eric came out and carefully measured and made notes (which is something the home improvement stores do not do). It seemed like common sense that the people fabricating the countertop would be the ones to measure it in order to ensure a good fit. The final product was a perfect fit and very well crafted. Seams are nearly unnoticeable. Getting it into the house and positioned was no small chore, but delivery/install crew was very careful and conscientious. The folks at Grandview Top are great to work with and turn out fine results. I was very satisfied and would recommend them for any of your countertop needs.

We purchased quartz countertops for our kitchen and could not be more pleased. You would have thought we were related from the way Eric and Kim treated us the moment we walked in the store (we are not by the way). They went out of their way to make sure we would be happy with our purchase and boy are we! The thing that surprised me maybe mores was that even the installers were equally incredible! They were meticulous-even sweeping and wiping down all the cabinets when they finished. These are things we would never find with a box store purchase. Well worth every cent we paid.

We had the pleasure of working with this company in January of this year We were on deadline to replace our kitchen countertop and backsplash prior to the cabinets being refinished. I went to the Grandview showroom, visited with Sarah and came home with several samples. Sarah was efficient in communicating between us and Eric and was always helpful and courteous. Eric came out to our home to gave us his recommendations on materials and design. After agreeing to his proposal he created the template for our new countertop the same day. We proceeded to select and purchase the backsplash tile ourselves and he arranged to have it installed at the same time as the countertop. The process took only 1 1/2 days and Matt was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and the outcome is stunning! The results exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this group to anyone!

Great service from a small company

I contacted them to buy a 4x8 laminate top. Both times they said Eric would call me back. Never got a call back.
