First told us $10 to assess. OK, fine. Then said its not repairable. Basically said our TV was a paperweight. When we followed up, he then said we could try Blackies b/c maybe they could fix it. I thought it wasnt repairable?

I was really impressed today, Bob told me to come over within an hour, diagnosed my problem quickly, the $10 assessment charge was credited toward my repair, and my 40 Samsung LCD was repaired for $65 in less than one hour. I was able to wait and do a little laptop work on his bench outside while he did it. Hopefully I wont need to go again, but if I do I will definitely call him.

This guy was more of a headache to deal with than watching my broken tv. He was condescending and awkward to talk with on the phone. He called me to tell me my tv wasnt broken after I dropped it off and explained the symptoms to him. After I told him to kindly reconsider that evaluation, he called back and told me hed have to have Coppell tv repair the main board. Sweet, I could have googled the symptoms and sent it out myself for much cheaper, I brought it to him to fix in house and quickly. Not to contract out the work and upcharge me for his services . The guy is a joke and it smells like disgusting fried garbage food in his shop. Will never even consider telling a friend to use Bobs tv repair.

Bob promptly repaired my VCR and the charge was reasonable.
